Great service. Had new battery for old calculator I like. Also took bunch of dead batteries and burned out bulbs with no problem for recycling.

My iPhone X was experiencing battery issue and shutting off. Prior to taking it to Simply Mac I went to Batteries + Bulbs. For $74.89 Batteries + Bulbs replaced my battery. When I had the phone it registered a 44% charge and throughout the night it continued to discharge. I used both of my Apple chargers to get some sort of life to my phone. Next day I go to Batteries + Bulbs and they blamed the software. I was issued a refund which was great.I called Apple and was referred to an authorized Apple repair shop. This shop stated that Batteries + Bulbs did not use an OEM Apple Battery to solve the issue of my iPhone X. They also noted that a strange adhesive had be used. Something they wouldn’t recommend. The other shop was able to fix my iPhone and it’s working excellently now. Don’t come here for Apple repair. Go to an authorized shop.

I scheduled an appointment at 4:30 to have my battery replaced which was Tuesday of last week. After I arrived to the store I called to let them know I was outside, in which they told me the person was working on something and would be right out with me. After 10-15 minutes or so she finally came out there and asked what’s the problem with the phone, asked me a couple of questions and had me right my signature. The lady told me it would take 30 minutes or so and then my phone would be out with me, which was fine so I waited. After those 30 minutes were over she came back out with the phone and had me pay for it. I checked out the phone and notice the home button was working properly so I called them back and told them, she came back out and told me they were going to fix it so we waited for a hour or so before she came back, but once again the home button wasn’t working. After another hour or so another lady came back and said that my phone was no longer turning on, but the battery was getting hot. She said she thinks it was more than just the battery, but since it was in that care that they would replace the phone. They also gave me an iPhone 6 to use until my phone was to come in. A week later they called and let me know that everything was there and I could pick up my phone, I picked up the phone and when I arrived home I checked everything out because the phone was dead when I got it back. I gave them and iPhone 7 with 128 GB of storage and it was replaced with an IPhone 7 as well, but only with 32 GB. I don’t want an upgrade or anything, I just want something that’s as equal as what I gave them. I have lost photos and contacts and other things that cannot be replaced. (Update it’s been about 3 weeks and I’ve called multiple Tim’s and still have yet to hear from anyone 5/17/20)

These are their hours. We called ahead, asked if it was in stock, and ordered the battery online. All between 7:25 and 7:35 pm. We arrived for pick up before 7:50 and the sign was off and no one answered when we knocked or called. If the store closed at 7:30 the sign should say so. It should also be online. These new extended hours are very interesting.

Poor customer service. I went there to find a battery for my generator on 9/16/2020. When I first walked in she looked at me and said that she was doing and install outside and meant to lock the door. In other words, I wasnt supposed to come in. Then she said What do you want? I showed her pictures of the generator and she put the model number in the computer and then she said they didnt have anything like that nothing was coming up and walked away. I will not be shopping there again.

They don’t listen to what the customer wants versus what they think the customer “needs” I would give zero stars because all of the overcharged fees also.

I needed a new battery for my cell phone so I went to the website to find out the cost. I saw that I would get a 10% discount if I ordered it online and picked it up in the store. It was so easy to place my order and then drive the short distance to the store. The associate installed the battery for me and I was on my way! Ive always been pleased with their service.

These people told me they dont test batteries. What kind of battery store does not test batteries? How incompetent does a business owner/manager have to be to open a battery store that does not test batteries? I encourage people not to do business here. Instead, use a business where they actually know the meaning of service.

These folks put a screen on the phone for me and with in a month there was lines in the screen not from the glass. The lady there named queen was very rude and said it was dropped... it wasn’t and there wasn’t a Crack or Even a Scratch on the screen. the lines were coming from under in the glass. I called the Corporate office email them the video the phone. And the lady said she would have the owner call me back. No one called me and I’ve called back several times to corporate and they were not return my call. I wouldn’t Recommend anyone doing business with them.i wish I could ad a pic and video of the phone so everyone could see. They are bad to do business with. I had the phone fixed at a place on bass rd and they were nice and cheaper. They had to replace the screen under the glass.

Great service. Had a dead battery not far from this store. When I called the store the Assistant Manager Quenne advised she was on the way with a jump and had my battery in stock. She got me cranked and a new battery.

I went in to this store for the first time today, and had a great experience. Shay helped me find the batteries I needed for my key fob, and was very friendly. I went to my car and attempted to replace it myself, failing miserably and popping out all the buttons on my key fob. When I went back in, Shay was so helpful. She put it back together for me, and showed me how to do it. Great customer service!

Each visit is a great experience! Ive bought batteries for my watches, car keys and cell phones and Ive had my grandchild cellphone screen repaired. They are friendly, helpful and even funny. Im in my 50s and they are mannerable and funny and the excellent service is appreciated.

Actually thiught that my key fob was dying. The nicest man took it apart, tested the battery, found it to be strong, then cleaned the contact points,put it all back together and said ... no charge...just think about us if you need us.... that doesnt happen any more!

I used Batteries Plus to replace a battery on my iPhone and they did a great job. When I shattered the screen on my iPhone it still worked but the screen worked. After they replaced it they were unable to get the phone to come back on. They met me at the Verizon store and purchased a new phone for me. Brandy could not have been nicer and I was impressed that they stood by their repair like this. I would definitely use them again.

First time using them. Had a UPS battery that needed to be replaced and a watch battery. Thats pretty much both ends of the spectrum. They had them both and at almost the exact same price online. They know what theyre doing. Now I have a go to place for needs like this. Glad to know ya, Batterlies + Bulbs.

I was charged over 250 dollars for the repair of my cracked screen, but over the phone there was no mention of this price. When I came to the shop and answered questions about my phone the price was never brought up. It seems very irresponsible to only tell this price after the repairs had been done. It felt like being politely robbed.

I took my motorola phone in to get the screen replaced. He said it would take a few days to order the screen and then I could pick it up. A week later, they call to tell me the part is on back order and it will take another 2-3 weeks to get the part in. After three weeks of waiting, I hear nothing, so I call the store. The owner tells me there was a mix up with the warehouse shipment and it will be another 2-3 weeks on top of the original waiting period because of their error. Instead of waiting a ridiculous time because of their error, I am picking up my phone and taking my business elsewhere. CPR in North Macon said they could order the part and fix my phone in two days. Terrible service. Would not recommend for trying to get a phone fixed.

I will not buy anything from this store again. I encourage all to do the same.I purchased a lawnmower battery in April 2017. It had a bad cell causing lawnmower not to crank. The battery was useless after 7 months. Unacceptable. I Returned it because the battery would not hold charge. Was told by the employee they would give me a $10 discount on a new battery if purchased with Batteries Plus. I already purchased a battery elsewhere. Wont be buying at this store because they dont stand behind their products. I dont expect this business to last long if that is the practice. Shameful.

Absolutely the worst experience for a simple repair to a phone. My wife went to get her I phone screen repaired and they admitted to breaking her phone and after about 5 attempts to fix it and two months later they tell me the only way that I will be reimbursed is if I give them my phone!!! I could not believe this response. I highly recommend going elsewhere as there are places that are less expensive as well.

If I could put zero stars I would. I took my phone to have the battery replaced and my phone was ruined.The glass on the back was broken and the front melted. They got me to bring my phone back just to leave with a two toned phone and a battery that is no good.(refunded 29 of my 65 dollars).Brandy, Vincent and one other girl were nice but the others were rude and unprofessional.

Purchased my car battery online and was notified the next day it was in. Even though it was windy and very cold the employee was more than happy to install it for me and was in and out in 20 minutes. Extremely satisfied!
