One of my favorite store chains. All the associates are super friendly here and helpful except the manager. Shes one of those associates that it seems a hassle to help a customer.

So I was tricked into a credit card because the cashier said Would you like to save 10% by signing up for our Loyalty Card I said sure and when she asked for the last 4 of social I never thought you can get credit without the entire social... Anyway when I tried to pay she told me I had a 250$ credit limit I was like WHAT!! SO now my credit is screwed and if she would have said CREDIT CARD I wouldnt have agreed. So thank you Bealls

Extremely clean & organized. Nicest one I’ve been in. You can tell they work hard to keep it that way. Employees were very friendly! Great prices. Will be back next time we are in Macon.

Best shopping experience Ive had in a long time. Went in for flip-flops hoping to walk down the sidewalk for a manicure/pedicure. Nail salon was too busy so I walked back up and got 2 purses, a blouse, skirt, and lingerie.The employees were so friendly. Totally made up for my spa visit disappointment. PLUS I got a birthday discount!!! Whaaaaat!!??? Probably the ONLY gift Ill get. .

I would have given it a five but, the cashier was so unfriendly until i did not feel welcomed.

Worst customer service !!!!!! Very very rude old lady. There are pretty good merchandise. However, they should hire better employees with better customer and employability skills.

This was my first time going into the store today. I found some amazing products for very reasonable prices. I am instantly in love. I definitely will be back.I was able to get bathroom rugs, charcoal toothbrushes, a few beauty products, vitamins and non stick speckled cookware for just over 100.

Customer service was great, but the store seems so empty, especially the shoe dept.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was followed around the whole store by an old lady and was very rude.
