Pretzel bites are top tier on my list whenever I visit. Always soft, warm and nicely salted

I ordered the biggest cookie cake for my sons graduation. It was nicely decorated & very yummy !

I love the pretzel bites! The young lady who assisted me could have been a little bit friendly.

I ordered 2, 16 counts of mini pretzel dogs and got basically just the dog and no pretzels. when I made a comment about it she just looked confused and didn’t say anything. For $9 and me waiting 10 minutes for them to be cooked I imagined them to actually be better than I can make them with actual breading, so one would think anyways. This isn’t my first time coming here but it is my first time being disappointed and it will be my last time coming though.

Just called to order a birthday cake at 10:25 and the girl told me to call back later they aren’t open. Why does the website say you are? Why did you answer the phone? Very dissatisfied.

I am currently outside the location at River Crossing. As I got back in my car the clock says 5:59 pm. Of course I was cutting it close but can you please change the time you close from 6 pm to 5:5ish or whenever you choose to lock the door! So unprofessional

What an awesome staff! Came in last minute on Saturday night to get my daughter a cake before they closed, and a girl decorated it on the spot within 5 minutes!! Thank you so much!!!Highly recommended!!!

I enjoy coming to these place, the cookies and brownies smell so good. If you havent tried it; get the red velvet brownie its so good.

When I walked by, they had large signs in their window advertising their bacon cheddar pretzel bites. However, when I ordered them, I was told it would take 15 minutes to make. Fresh is good, but waiting that long for a snack is kind of silly. Plus, the prices are hefty. 50c per little bite-sized pretzel bite is steep.

Went in today, 3 people working, but only one upfront helping customers and she was busy taking a cake order for someone. No one greeted us. Wanted five minutes the other 2 girls never said hello or offered to take our order. They were avoiding making eye contact. Girl up front finished with the cake order and then waited on the customers that came in 5 mins after us first. I finally asked one of the other girls in the back if anyone else was going to come up and help customers at which point they all had an attitude towards us. I also pointed out that they were not helping customers in the order they came in the store. I ran a retail store for 13 years and this kind of service will kill your business quick. Will not be back anytime soon. This happens because the management allows it. If staff acted this way in my store, they were fired.

I have always loved their cookies. They have gotten more expensive but always so worth it!! Small store so a little wait. Everyone loves cookies!!

I love Great American Cookies, but when I stopped by on a Friday they only had 1 left of my favorite cookie (Chewy Pecan) and didnt have any that were almost ready. Also they didnt have and sugar cookie double doozies which I love as well. The cookies that I did get were good though.

Absolutely the best place to get sugar cookies, especially when ! Ive never found any that I like from anywhere else besides the ones Wendys is now selling, but they still dont compare to the ones here!!

Poor service. I came in for an order 20 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t fulfill my order because they said they were busy (busy it wasn’t busier than normal).

I have given this location three chances, and all three I was disappointed with our service and the cleanliness of the store. The quality of the cookies and pretzels are somewhat consistent with other locations, but every time I go in there looks to be no one over the age of 18 working. Today, they were completely out of pretzels and there was spilled food and drink covering the floor of the eating area. Two of the tables were filthy as well. We love Great American Cookie Company, but this store needs to tighten up.

Tried stopping here tonight at 9pm and the workers inside insisted they had already closed even though the corporate website says 9:30pm. Please fix your closing times posted everywhere

They have a very limited selection of cookies and brownies here. I came here one day looking for birthday cake cookies and was told that they do not sell them. They also always have a few brownies to sell.

They never have their pretzel bites ready. Literally never. And I come here about 3-4 times a week on my break from work and I dont have to time to wait on them to cook.

Vary nice staff food was great just could have done with out the loud vary inappropriate music that was playing over the store speakers.

Worst service I have ever had here walked in almost every cookie tray was almost empty I always come for a colossal m&m cookie there was one on a tray so I did what I normally do and still ask for one cause its either cooking or on a baking rack the retarded cashier says we only have colossal in such and such I asked so are yall cooking some she says no so I ask why she shrugs her shoulders what a way to please a customer this was unacceptable

The owner Lisa seems to have her picks and choose with the employees. Where as I have been told by another employee that she pays her nephew 9.50 per HR. And the other employees 7.25 per hr. This is unfair. And she knows this is unfair!!!!!!
