This location is the best CVS Ive visited in 20 years
The pharmacy techs and my pharmacists definitely needs work on customer service. It’s terrible! It’s crazy how these folks see people every day and don’t even know how to talk to any. Crazy.
Horrible customer service, unorganized and rude! I was told to come back in 30 minutes they were working on our prescription. We were signed up for auto refills. Came back and was told they were out of the medicine. I was told to call another CVS if I needed it. Young girl at the drive through was really rude and the pharmacist standing right behind her and did not say anything. We moved all our prescriptions to Publix, they are much nicer and easier to deal with.

I dont know what was going on but I went to this location to fill a prescription and it was awful. I was at the drop off counter for a long time before someone helped me even though 3 people had walked by the counter and said nothing to me while they were putting up inventory. Then finally one of them came to help me, but acted annoyed that I was there. Not only that but I think he was on something. He acted very lethargic, slurred a little, and repeated my phone number back to me several times incorrectly. I am very concerned about this because he is responsible for filling prescriptions!!
NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE HERE at the PHARMACY!!! Called three days in a row. Heard music for prolonged period. I hung up all three times!!!
