I must say the entire experience was wonderful from the time I walked in the door until I walked out I felt like a valued customer that had been doing business here for years. I picked out a ring with their recommendations and advice. They were even able to size the ring in a few minutes after purchase. I would highly recommend Bashinski Fine Gems & Jewelry to anyone. The Bashinski brothers have been here for several decades. Great for high end shoppers, and bargain hunters also. Good security, friendly staff. If you need a nice piece of jewelry, this place cant be overlooked. The Bashinskis are very knowledgeable!

If you are looking for a hands-on, customized experience where you work with everybody down to the owner, the person crafting your piece, and a support staff that has been there for years helping community members add one of a kind-pieces to their collections then you should work with this family-owned and operated business. No two pieces are the same and if you dont see it on their site they can create it especially for you. With the help of the staff at Bashinski Fine Gems & Jewelry, my husband was able to craft a beautiful, vintage-inspired ring that literally stops people on the street daily. I proudly tell them about how my husband picked it out on his own (with the guidance of the incredible staff) and when we went to pick our wedding bands they added tiny, beautiful details to pull all three rings together. Every time I walk into Bashinski Fine Gems & Jewelry I am reminded of the difference between working with a small business and a large corporation. They remember my name, spend time cleaning my piece and talk about the part they played in picking it out for me. You dont get that kind of service from Tiffanys or Kay Jewelers. Recently my husband completed his service in the military and to commemorate his time he worked with Stephen to find a set of earrings that symbolized that part of our life. Having spent a majority of his active duty time in Africa, Stephen suggested a set of beautiful tanzanite earrings. His knowledge and perfection with the gems he handpicks is incredible. I dont know if I can ever thank the staff at Bashinski Fine Gems and Jewelry enough for the pieces theyve added to important moments in my life. This has truly been a 5 star, one of a kind, experience.

Recently had some work done to my wifes wedding rings. The service, quality, and price was spot on. Kimberlee assisted me throughout the whole process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. My fiancé went and bought my engagement ring and said they were very helpful and kind. When I went to get my ring resized they were friendly and seemed happy to help. They helped me pick the right size and got my ring back to me that same day. Beautiful ring as well

2.5 stars...It has been a little over a year since I had a bracelet designed by them. The item is ok. It could have been designed a little better ( a stone is not centered that should have been). The experience here overall was a bit negative. From getting an estimate via e-mail to dropping my stone at their store (2 hours away) after agreeing on a price for the item I wanted designed. Once I showed up my estimate went up by about $2k and I was told it’s because they assumed the item was for a woman... yet that was never mentioned and obviously I’m a guy emailing you. I was already there an excited to have the piece made so I continued. Then trying to pay a few weeks later - that was even worse...Do not try and use an Amex credit card to pay (unless this has changed in a year). The only card I have and no one ever mentioned this was an issue until after they had my stone and set it in my bracelet. Checking out wasted two hours of my life and was super frustrating. I wouldn’t go back personally but that’s mainly because when I’m buying jewelry, generally it’s for a good memory or special occasion and I feel like you ruined the memory by the experience you gave. Not a pleasant thought.

They will even mail my jewelry back to me and ask for nothing in return. The customer service is out of this world! You will be taken care of for as long as you live and then some. :) Do not go to an overpriced retail chain of people who don’t care. Bashinski is the best!

My custom engagement ring was originally purchased at another jeweler. We expressed some concerns with quality of the work at the original jeweler with no resolve. We ended up taking it to Bashinski and asking their opinion. They made several changes to the setting/prongs and increased the size of the side stones. The results were amazing and far exceeded our expectations! We were so satisfied with the customer service and quality of work that we purchased our wedding bands there as well. We will never shop anywhere else! Highly recommend!
