Third time is a charm. This last time I specifically drew a picture of how my uniform is supposed to look. They not only royally messed it up AGAIN, they purchased a cheap replacement. When I called to complain and said we were never going back here again, all the person said was okay. Great way to treat your local customer base! Thankful there are other options in town. Use them if you wish and hope your expensive shirts dont get thrown in the trash. A one star is too much here.
