This is the best gun shop Ive been too, period!! I have been to nearly hundred store over time and the customer service is exceptional, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The manager, Caleb, has a great staff that is always willing to help, but not pressure you into a sale.The negative reviews are inpatient or folks that just like to troll reviews. To the man that complained about the no mask allowed, lets put some common sense into this. Its a gun store and someone would take advantage of it wearing a mask to rob the place. It happens everywhere. Most gun stores have the same policy in order to protect their employees, customers and inventory.We will continue to do our business with this great company and we appreciate their friendly help and wide range of inventory.

I purchased 4 m1a mags.one of the mags couldnt be removed. from the firearm The mag wag was defective. I didnt want a refund I just wanted the defective mag replaced. Classic Firearms said I should contact Mag usa and it wasnt there problem, Not good customer service.I will not buy from them again

Walked in and was floored at their prices. I shop at a lot of gun stores and this one is by far the priciest. I walked around for several minutes looking at almost everything in the store and was never acknowledged by any of the three employees present. There was only one other customer in the store. I was actually looking for shotgun magazine, which I saw they had as I walked out their door. I honestly dont know how they stay in business. Ill be ordering my shotgun magazines online.

Called to talk w/ someone about selling some guns that I no longer wanted. He put me on hold and then came back to scream at me about his store being crowded and I would have to call back later. It wasn’t what he said it was how he said it. I would never do business w/ this store ever again. Then he hung up. If you’re so busy don’t answer the phone. Respect goes along way w/ me.

By far the biggest price gouger Ive ever seen at a gun show. These kinds of people dont belong in the gun industry, they should have been escorted out of the building. Absolutely insane prices, they should be ashamed of themselves. Theyre selling the same exact guns for $200 more than the booths beside them. These clowns make Gunbroker look like a bargain. Really pisses me off to see people trying to take advantage of people during hard times like this. I wouldnt buy a bottle of water from these people.

Ive been in their store and stopped by their booth at the last Eastman Gun Show. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business with their prices. Their whole business model seems to be to prey on the uneducated gun owner by hyping up poor quality firearms and overcharging for ammo. Not to mention their old military surplus rifles are outrageously high for what they are. Ive tried to haggle with them, as I assumed thats what they wanted with their prices as high as they are, and they told me what was on the sticker was what they were selling for. I drove 10 minutes away to Howards Pawn and got the same rifle for $300 less.

Some of the worst prices i have ever seen in Georgia. Places like this is why I don’t feel bad for shopping online.

Drove to this store from out of town. Just to be welcomed by a no masks allowed sign. What kind of establishment doesnt allow someone to protect themselves in the middle of a pandemic? Ridiculous.

Is it that foreign for a woman to enter this establishment? I spent too long waiting while 2 employees were off doing something else. One walked off as soon as he helped the customer in front of me. When I was finally acknowledged, all I received were short answers. Sure didnt receive near the help any of the male customers did.

Prices are pretty rough, about a 50% markup on everything they sell, compared to most stores I’ve been to. Not sure if it’s a pandemic thing or what, but wow, talk about gouging your prices.

Walked in the store to buy a shotgun and found one I liked, stood there and waited for a employee to help me and they kept looking past me like I wasn’t even there. I guess they don’t care if $700 walks out the door. First time customer too.

I’ve been looking for one particular rifle for some time now . I finally googled local gun dealers and bam . Of course they had exactly what I needed and the employees were awesome. Got my rifle and way more than I planned on but they have everything really . Kid in a candy store. No seriously these guys were absolutely knowledgeable and know their stuff. If you’re looking this is the place to go .

Went in and bought my first gun today. The salesman was really helpful and even though I was looking at the wrong website, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and at a way better price then I was looking to pay. Very pleased with the service and Ill be a return customer. Out of all the places I have been to, to look at guns, Classic Firearms has been the best. Highly recommended!!

Manager Buddy, will do anything to help you find any special weapon or accessories for all your weapons big or small. Also mini safes, to T-shirts, to holsters and ammunition from .22 - shotgun shells and every kind in between! Great atmosphere, workers are thoroughly knowledgeable about all firearms and specialized weapons or accessories. If you are looking to get a weapon you do not see, they’ll kindly look through their distributors to find what you need. The fun selection goes to just made this year, to antique guns that are rarely found. I strongly recommend this store, if you’re new to weapons, pistols to shotguns they will guide you to a good affordable first step. If you are a collector, they have guns that are so old some people don’t even know it’s name. Check the store out. You will not be disappointed

Just recently purchased a firearm from the company at a gun show this past weekend.

Ordered $425 of items online from . Charged my credit card. The order was declined by eye4fraud. No call no email to inform me. I had to call to finally get action started. Even after I called to verify my information, the order was not accepted. Not sure what exactly they were profiling but it feels like there is a racial undertone to this. It goes without saying that I will not be ordering from this company. Palmetto State, CDNN, Primary Arms are much better alternatives.

As soon as I walked into this place it seemed as if they had no interest in me being there. As we were leaving my 4 year old said goodbye to the man politely and he looked at her as if she was nothing. I intended on purchasing a new side arm from here I would never spend a cent in this establishment. EVER!

These guys have always been very friendly and welcoming every time I go into their store.They had ammunition at reasonable prices back when it was so scarce and when you could find the price would have been jacked up so high it wasnt worth it. Classic Firearms never gouged their prices and I shopped there many times. A friend.

I only gave one star because i had to. either they dont know what theyre doing (which i seriously doubt) or they hope that you dont. guns are ridiculously priced and salesmen either dont know the history of some of what they have or hope you dont so they can rip you off. ill never do business with them.

The staff is Super nice and helpful..have plenty of guns and accessories t choose from and if they dont have it in the store they can get it...

I use them a lot for FFL transfers, and they are always good guys about it. They ship fast, have good communication, and package all my rifles extremely well.Also, I was there today, and they had one 6.5 creedmoor ruger American available. I was going to purchase it but they had another customer who called “dibs” on it. They called him to make sure he still wanted it and, sadly for me, he did (that’s some serious customer service). Well the guys felt bad for me so they ordered another ruger American for me to make up for it.Also, the store owner is always out with his employees, willing to talk with you about firearms and just BS. They have a good store with good employees.

Website shows certain guns in stock when the store doesnt have them, and if you go in the store, expect to spend about $100 more than what the website shows.

Good prices and the guy ho makes videos on YouTube its honest I purchase 3 firearms with them and no tricks was what I spect highly recommended

Bought a gun online that was advertised as new and unfired and that seems to be the case.However there was flaking on the barrel shroud that was not specified and in the photos they are clearly taken at an angle were you cant see the spots.Seems very dishonest considering I paid a collecters price for a gun that will eventually have to be refinished.
