Food is great but it wasn’t ready after ordering ahead and being told it would be ready in 15 minutes, they hadn’t even started on the order when we got there

Staff was nice but they had no earthly idea what was going on. This location is always out of everything, don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

Worst ever, my mother ordered 3 pounds of meat and still managed to get the wrong order. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come help and the store phone rung the whole time I was there, with no one answering it. The service was horrible.

Your website does not indicate that it is necesaary to reserve a boneless ham in order to purchase one. It gives the option but does not specify the necessity.

The ONLY reason why I am giving you all 5 stars is because one of your employees. Her name is Quette. I am what some people would call a regular, and she is always so nice and helpful. She clearly knows what she is doing and I hope you all recognize her for that. Good employees are hard to come by.

Everything is refrigerated. May as well be the grocery store. Broccoli soup tasted like chemicals. Only good thing is you can by the meat by the slice. Thats the only reason Id return.

Always an old standby when entertaining around the holidays. Selections that everyone loves ready to serve and enjoy. Prices are consistent with the quality and convenience. Locations in Warner Robins and Macon.

Food is great and reasonably priced for what they sell. The negative is they never have the full menu and the customer service is about three star. The employees arent welcoming and seem off put to answer any question regarding the menu. I enjoy the food but the service leaves much to be desired.

Picked up ham on Tuesday and it was full of fat. Are very little. Wont buy again. Glad I had a turkey to eat. Happy Thanksgiving.

This was a horrible experience, just had lunch and the people work there are very unprofessional and very rude. Bread wasn’t fresh except the croissant that was ordered, took forever making it bc the lady wasn’t prepared at all, left her station multiple times to chat and grab different things, then didn’t bring out watered down tea til we were almost finished eating then the other girl got an attitude and lied to me when I asked for a canned drink bc our tea was so terrible. Do not go to this place! I will never go back. This is not the honey baked ham I remember

Normally I always get an excellent product at the Macon sore. However, at Christmas and at Easter this year I received a less than top honey baked ham product. Since there is only my husband and I, and he doesnt eat ham, I buy slices of turkey for him and ham for myself. My husband said the turkey was delicious. However, the ham at Christmas was so full of fat that I gave it away. The ham at Easter wasnt much better. If you are going to sell a less than top quality product, please dont charge the top of the line prices.Jackie Thompson
