Usually have what I need. Easy to find the things that I need. Everyone is helpful but dont pressure sell.

Very useful hardware store in Rutland as there is no Home Depot or Lowes very close by. They have a good selection of electrical, landscaping, and plumbing supplies and helpful staff to help you find what youre looking for. The lost star is for their ability to maintain stock. They dont seem to track a lot of their hardware so I have run into the problem of them being 100% out of a specific piece that they have a drawer for but there are 0 in there.

This store is always clean and organized. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Someone is always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this store for your home needs.

Really nice people. Good prices. They have things I cant find at the big hardware stores. Best place to get bug spray light bulbs and birdseed for sure. Im sure theres more theyre best at but thats all I can think of right off. Only bad thing is garden section and plants are very limited.

I usually go to the bigger stores but a Google search lead me here due to much better prices on a particular item. Unfortunately it is not an item they carry but one I would have to order and have shipped there for pickup.The employees have always been very polite and most times more helpful than at the bigger places I usually go. So if you want or need assistance from knowledgeable staff I recommend Ace.

Great and friendly staff. A Mr. Sam (I believe his name was...gentleman with gray hair and grill experience) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very down to earth. Cashier was also very nice and helped me sign up for a reward card with no pressure. 10/10 experience and will be back.

Expensive, and with a selection of plants that shrinks every year. Good place to go when you dont want to drive to one of the big box stores, though, and the staff is always so friendly. Ive always wondered how in the world they pay for the staff they keep on hand since theyre rarely super busy, so Im guessing those overpriced goods do pay the bills. When they DO have what you want, though, the quality is exceptional.

Purchased their weed and feed from there store and was told by a representative to purchase a certain brand and obviously he didnt know what he was talking about been a month and still havent seen any results. So for as lawn care Lowes or home Depot would be a better choice for experience/knowledge on lawn care.

Did a local hardware store this Ace hardware is usually not very busy. I wish their garden center were better. I like going there for random nuts, bolts, nails, screws, washers etc etc.

This is truly the best Ace hardware in middle GA.Helpful! Every time you enter, someone immediately asks if you need help with anything, and then they escort you around the store to assist you until your visit is over.Variety of services. They offer many services that other ace hardware stores dont offer, such as propane gas can refill, lawn equipment servicing (for saws and other equipment), they used to have a USPS mail service in the back of the store, but it closed a while back, etc.Advice. There have been times when I looked up how to complete a job on YouTube, and then go into the store, and they guys tell me theyd reccomend a different way to complete the job... and so far they have been right every time. Their recommendations are spot on.Great stock selection. Some other ace stores in the area dont have specific items that you need... but EVERY time I have went to this store, they have what I need in stock.Prices. Pricing at any ace hardware will never be the cheapest. You can obviously find better deals online, or at large chain stores. Bit, this ace hardware is about serving the neighborhood area they are in, and providing superior service and convenience.Summary: I dare you to try this store! They are truly the BEST!

This is a great store! Friendly employees and very nicely stocked.

Live nearby but avoid when I can. They have a great store but prices are high as a camels tail and are often mismarked as well. I once had over $80 of stuff on the counter and they were trying to verifya price on a small package of rivets that were on clearance marked for seventy cents. After 10 minutes of this quibbling I just walked away and got my stuff at HD for about $45.

Like a ghost town. I was the only customer in the store and every employee wanted to help me. It felt like they were all just there for me. Clean, friendly and they had what I needed.

Good service with employees who mean well. However, this is a HORRIBLE place to bring any Stihl product for service. I have been using Stihl chainsaws my entire life and their technician is completely incompetent. He has ruined 2 perfectly good farm boss chain saws of mine. I would recommend the store but NOT the Stihl service department. Period. Dont let them touch youre equipment if you depend on it to make your living.

Whether its pool problems, plumbing issues, painting, stihl equipment parts and service or any other issue that you may have as a homeowners/do-it-youself handyman you cant beat the ACE Hardware Store on Houston Road. The management and employees are great! Im a regular customer at least once a week and no matter the time of day or the day of the week this business knows how to treat customers. The old--fashion way!! Glad they are in the neighborhood!
