Wow this store is awesome! Was right off the main highway. Great location! Great service!! And Great prices!!! Was getting some hand tools and they had the best corona brand landscape tools. The showroom was huge and had everything I needed! Will definitely be going back for more business as this was an A+ facility!

Most helpful. Im very new at riding lawn mowers so not at all sure of what I needed. All of the staff is very knowledgeable in these matters. The store owner was very personable and spent time answering ALL of my questions. He also gave me a demonstration on the Hustler zero turn (which has always intimidated me). He encouraged me to try driving it as well, in the parking lot. I did! I am very impressed with him, his staff, their knowledge, and their professionalism, as well as the Hustler lawn mower. They did some repairs on our riding mower. When we used it for the first time after the repairs, one of the belts slipped and we noticed that the hood of the mower was now not aligned properly. I called them to let them know about these issues and they picked the mower back up and fixed the belt and hood at no extra charge with no questions asked. Highly recommend.

I always have the best customer service and the best service when I bring my mower in shop for repairs.

I go in to buy a spring for my mower and of course I dont know my model number but I know its a 46in husqvarna zero turn. I ask for a spring that goes to the deck and he requested that number. I ask to see the springs he says theres so many he doesnt want to play the return game in a condescending tone. He drops the box of 20 springs on a counter and walks off. I quickly pick out two and pay $15, the gas it would cost me to drive over here. Im in the market for a new zero turn but not from from here! Customer service is key no matter how they dress or look.

I have used Macon Outdoor Power for about 5 years now. I have always been very pleased with their service and honesty. They have repaired multiple items for me and I have also purchased a riding mower from them. They even helped me get a warranty repair on a blower I bought from Lowes through Lowes a couple years ago.They offer a very cool early year (JAN/FEB) free pickup and delivery on riding mowers. This is very good for folks like me that dont have a trailer.They have also given me good advice about how to treat gas for ethanol, crank my power equipment regularly, and how to store them properly.Power tools can be very frustrating if not cared for properly. Macon Outdoor Power has definitely made them a lot less frustrating for me. I will definitely use them again.

My tractor has been back 3 times and they were kinda rude and seemed to look down theyre nose at me. If I didnt have a Husqvarna under warranty I wouldnt go back.

After a terrible experience with power house in Warner Robins, I called outdoor power and was helped immediately. They had what I needed. A little bit of a drive for me but save me time by having the part that I needed in stock.

I called up there and asked if they were Briggs and Stratton certified and the gentleman who answered advised that they were but they don’t do any warranty work and hung up instead of asking what’s wrong, or yea bring it in and we can take a look at it. That’s a terrible way to conduct business if you ask me.
