Absolutely horrible customer service! The shelves were practically bare and the woman didn’t even know the difference between club & tonic water. She told me I “best start summoning” my husband out of the car. He was in the car with the baby. I had about 4 bottles, a case & an 18 pack. She didn’t even think to offer to help. Will not everrrr go back to this place.

In this time of crisis, what I first encountered at this location today was a store full of customers and staff without masks on. I did my transaction and took my purchase with a pointed remark that Ill not be returning anymore. The gentleman behind the counter took my remarks as if they made no difference to him that I be a satisfied customer. His nonchalant manner when I pointed out his higher item price led to a shrug as if a dollar was insignificant. I am always aware of costs. Ill be spending my money at a more appreciative store.

Best package store in Macon extremely courteous and friendly staff I enjoyed myself in the clean store talking to knowledgeable employees about the alcohol that knew the stories about the alcohol and their creation as well as sharing some of their own funny and as well extremely amusing stories about time that theyve had while they were drinking said alcohol
