The facility is very clean. The ladies that work here were very friendly, knowledge, and really catered to my needs. The prices arent that bad either.

I was redoing one of my rooms in my house and used Super Storage to store some items that was in that room. I will definitely be using them again for the next room! Very wonderful people there too!

I absolutely LOVE these sweet ladies, especially Sharon. The facility was always exceptionally clean. The staff was always helpful and went out of their way to make us feel appreciated and welcome. I always felt safe coming in and out. If we should ever need any storage services or rental trucks again, THIS IS WHERE I WILL GO!!!

Super Storage in Macon, GA was everything you could want in a storage facility; clean, quiet, respectful tenants and great managers. Price was extremely reasonable. Insurance is available as well as automatic withdrawal if you do not want to be burdened with making monthly payments manually. Sharon is especially great to work with. Read the agreement and follow the rules and you wont have a problem.. I didnt have any issues and Id definitely use this place again.

The storage is clean and easy to access. The only concern I have is that the agent stated that we have access to the storage even after it is closed. This is correct, however, she did not specify that after 10:00 pm you can not access the storage. In other words, this is not 24 hours access. It is limited access. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

Have been a customer here almost 2 years now. Never a problem, units are well maintained, secure, and safe. They email an invoice each month do you dont forget, and are always willing to help you up or downsize your unit.

Would not recommended this place to anyone! Do your research before you store your treasures!And to follow up to the owner’s reply - the lease was not in my now; however the unit was for me and contained my treasures that were not properly stored. Lesson learned - would recommend someone sticking a pod storage unit in their front yard before recommending this place

Impressive conversion of prior warehouse to useable storage space. I only returned a Penski truck here, so I cant speak much to anything else other than the service. Staff at counter was friendly and transaction was prompt. Seems like a good and secure facility from my limited appraisal, definitely a good place to get a Penski.

We moved from a large house to a much smaller house for a year and had to find a storage facility. We used Super Storage. It met all of our needs. We recently moved into a bigger house and moved all of our belongings. Everything was in excellent condition. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Super Storage has gone down hill. Today 3/10 I meet a lady and her sons to give them furniture for charity. The lady in the office was leaving as I left she went over to the lady and gave her the third degree in how they got in, who let them in and so in. The lady called me I spoke with the manager she asked me if I knew it was the tenth? I said yes. Then wanted my unit number so she could see if my unit was paid. I guess she thought we were moving out without paying. The problem us she did this in front of these people. It was embarrassing to say the least. I will be moving my things to another location. Her attitude with me and the lady were uncalled for. Rude does not even begin to describe it.

This place is clean, convenient and Ms. Sharon was very helpful. I had to move my things in very suddenly and and needed a unit and a truck, Ms. Sharon walked me through everything and made this tge easiest part of my process

This facility is clean and secure. The staff, Terri and Sharon are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

Super Storage is a clean facility, manager Teri Grubbs is a nice person and has let us into our storage unit to grab a few items even when we were behind on payments. The biggest complaint I have for this particular storage place is that there late fees are almost as much as your monthly rental fees. I lost my job and have had difficulty paying and now I am up to owing $500, which $200 of that is late fees. If I dont pay by the end of January they are going to auction off my things. I am having to use 1/2 of my first paycheck just to pay off my storage fee so that I can keep my personal items.

I have had a storage unit there for a number of years and cant speak highly enough about the manager Teri Grubbs. She is a very sweet person, easy to talk to and always willing to be helpful. I enjoy it every time I go in. I think Super Storage should be thankful they have and empolyee like her. I highly recommend Super Storage for all your storage needs.

I have never been so mad. We met a nice woman who is starting a Domestic Violence shealter, at our Super Storage Unit on Gray hwy- they took a number of things such as Funiture and dishes ect. We left them there finishing up loading their truck. A few minutes after we leave we get a call from her saying that the Manager at the storage is having a fit, and wants to talk to us. The manager proceeded to tell my mother that it was the 10 of March and if we were trying to run out on the bill before lock up on Monday she was not having it. ( We paid our bill on the 1st) Then says we where not allowed to let those kind of people into the building without permission. Referring to the fact that the nice woman and her male helpers were African American. Im so angry and when I talked to the nice woman she said she watched this manger wait until we left to approach them. I dont have any idea why this manager thought she was the gatekeeper of our property and who we decided to give it to ...but I will be asking the General Manager that on Monday!!! So if your looking for a storage unit dont pick that one on Gray Hwy!!!
