I had a last minute warranty issue on my 2020 24MXZ before I left on a trip, Anthony and the crew at Boulder boats went way out of their way to fix me up so we could still leave on time. They were extremely professional and courteous, saved my butt!!!. Diagnosed the problem, found the part and had it installed and detailed a day ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Boulder boats for any sales, service or pro shop items, I own my own business and I understand how important customer service is... in a small town it is everything. Great place to shop for boats.

We had a great experience with Boulder Boats in Madera. The boat market is hot this year and many of the dealerships we visited acted is if we were lucky they had time to even speak to us. Not at Boulder Boats. The sales team worked hard to find us the exact boat we wanted and then rushed to get it to us by the end of the week. We’ve already put 50 hours on the boat in 45 days so I brought it in for service and again, was absolutely delighted with how I was treated. They work to meet your expectations which is a nice change from many of the other dealerships I have talked to. Great Job Madera Boulder Boats.

Eric the General Manager was more then helpful to answering all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond and I had the best customer service I couldve asked for. I was having issues with a drain plug and he called me right away and shipped out a new one. Great overall experience!

SHADY SALESMAN AND BUSINESS PRACTICES....I emailed for a price quote on a boat that was at their Arizona location since California didn’t have the boat I wanted. The email reply did not give me a price but a “range” of what it may be. Then they asked if I had checked any dealers near me. Really? You don’t work with you dealers within the company?I called the California location asking about the price of a boat the website said they had. The sales guy told me about a boat they had just taken in on a trade, text me pictures while we were on the phone and said he would build me a quote. I was excited since it seemed like it had a lot of potential. I waited several hours and nothing, he said he had to talk to the business side to get it in the system. I called back and the sales guy was nowhere to be found, even by his coworkers who said they were looking for him. The sales guy I was talking to was nice and said the boat was taken to the Nevada store and they would have to find out when it would be back. This guy said the original guy would call me before closing.I still haven’t heard anything so I call back (the boat market is so hot and I did not want the boat sold out from under me) and I was told that while the boat went for it’s vacation to Nevada that the O2 sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. The original sales guy said he was trying to get more info and we needed to “pump the brakes” on the deal and he would call me Tuesday.Now mind you, used boats are listed for maybe 24 hours prior to pending so yes I was very persistent and would call back. I called back and was told they didn’t know anything still.Luckily, I have a friend who knew an employee at the Nevada store. Apparently the sales guy should have never told me about this boat since they will be using it as a customer loaner and they weren’t sure when it would be available for sale! So I found the real story out about the boat by being lucky enough to have a friend of a friend.I STILL have not heard from the sales guy to tell me the truth. I can’t imagine what they would have done if we had filled out the finance application waiting for this boat. I don’t know if this a bait and switch to get me into the dealership, or what but I would never give them a penny!!! I guess they are only this busy since the climate.

After shopping around for a new boat months, I found Boulder Boats. From my very first call with Tim in Sales (CA.) my experience with Boulder Boats was fantastic. I had the opportunity to work with many Boulder Boats team members from Marie in Finance to the Dave, the CA. store GM. My experience with all Boulder Boats team members was great. Knowledgeable staff, friendly staff (not always the case in the boat industry) and honest staff. If I could give Boulder Boats more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend you give them a call if you are considering buying a boat!

Fabulous! Jake, the manager was so friendly and helpful. We were given great customer service from the parts department from Eric as well. An additional employee came in from outside to assist us with getting exactly what we needed. He was super great as well, sorry I didnt catch his name. He was equally as friendly and very knowledgeable. A Big thank you to all three of you! When were ready to purchase a pontoon boot we are coming to Boulder!

We just purchased a used boat from this location. Everyone at this location was very helpful and helped answer any questions we had. We worked with Dylan and he was a great help. We even did our lake test in the rain and it was a great time.

Great Staff, Ricky and Matt are awesome to deal with. Very Knowledgeable Mechanics..... These people do not work for them anymore and they are in Madera so I will not be going to see them. A lot of people left they were really good. My review was from 2 years ago so things change.

I get most of my repairs and service done at the CA location. They treat you right and get the job done. They have always delivered on time for me. Valerie in the service department keeps you updated, and gives you a contact to follow up with. I highly recommend them.

Phenomenal,Our first visit and as soon as we stepped through the doors we were welcomed by Jake the Manager, this dudes awesome!!! Our parts list was a little out of the ordinary so He didnt hesitate to call for help. In steps Eric, fortunately with patience and a smile. By the time we left we had the whole team at the counter helping us. They treated us like family and had the knowledge and all parts we needed to put us one step closer to the lake. Drove from Lake Tahoe to Visalia to pick up a used Cobalt 200. After getting back home the boat needed a $504 seawater pump. I replaced it myself and I will be reimbursed for the cost. Excellent customer service thank you boulder boats

I would recommend this shop to everyone, we needed a key for our sea doo and Eric Liden, the manager of PWC dept. went above and beyond to help us out, we are very happy with their service and parts dept. and will use a hem in the future.

We were recently on vacation with a Malibu boat we purchased elsewhere (we live a good distance away) and ran into serious trouble when we couldnt find our boat keys. My husband called Boulder Boats looking for help after trying several other options for key replacement, and Dan went above and beyond to be helpful- even texting my husband late at night to give ideas and then talking with him on the 4th of July to help my husband resolve it. Our family and the five others who were counting on the boat for our vacation entertainment were able to enjoy our time without much drama thanks to Dan and his kindness! If we ever need to replace the boat we already own, we would seriously drive all the way here to do it, just based on how amazing they were to us!

Great friendly knowledgeable staff that will help you with anything you need. Even if they dont have the service or parts they will tell you where you can. Most parts where on the sheld for my Centurion boat so its my first go to store for all my needs!!

I bought a 2019 CanAm defender max DPS hd8 in October. 2019. I called to see if they had this machine. Spoke to a young man Martin Crum. Told him what I was looking for. He said, they had it. I told him I wanted an OTD price. He called me back. A price I couldn’t refuse. We did all the credit info over the phone. I arrived to pick it up @ 4:00 pm. No hassles. Everything was exactly as they said on the phone. No hidden charges. Price was so low no need to haggle. Awesome working with this company. Offered us food and drinks. Just top notch to deal with. I highly recommend if your looking for a boat or a off road vehicle. Give Martin Crum a call.

I will never do business with Boulder Boats again. Broken promises and decieptful sales tactics.Iwasnt going to bother doing this but I recently received multiple calls, voicemails and emails asking about my experiance, when I finally called back and let them know about the unresolved problems I had from buying my boat from Boulder Boats I was AGAIN promised Stewart (Owner of BB)would get in contact with me. I purchased a used boat and was told by BB that the hours on the meter were not the actual hours on the motor due to the motor being replaced by the factory after its use as a demo boat. I was told they could prove the actual hours were 200+ hours less then what the meter read. I feel they knowing lied to me to make the sale. Stewart made multiple promises he did not nor do I believe he had the intentions on keeping.

Went in for some OEM oil for My CanAm Spyder. Staff was awesome in helping me out.

Was going to buy a boat and the one we were looking at overheated on test drive then it was supposed to be fixed took a day off work to go on another test drive and when I was about to get to the store I received a call saying they had problems still from the night before i had already put down money then went through 3 weeks of phone tag about another boat only to have to hound there receptionist who isnt even in my state to even get a call back would not go again and when picking my deposit up it seemed as if the wasted time and effort was no big deal.
