Had an absolute wonderful experience today at GILL ram/dodge, especially Mike from service department. My dodge ram 2500 needed some service and I called in monday and talked to mike and he got me in on wednesday morning. Was down there today and they took care of the service I needed all within the day, there was a good list of things to do.Just very impressed with the whole experience and highly recommend them, if the rest of the team is like mike your in great shape!

These people are so rude called around 8 times within 3 days and finally got an answer a lady answers and say I cant hear you maybe problem with the phone and immediately hangs up. I call again and she picks up and hangs up again while Im speaking so I try one more time and this time no answer horrible place. I recommend go to fresno dodge jeep ram they took care of me the 1st time I called and I got an appointment made within 3 minutes great people who care about there jobs. I mean dont take my word read the reviews below there is alot of bad service reviews.
Was walking looking at the cars wanting to do a trade-in, worker named Joe looks at me & whistles doesn’t even say hi or how you doing, he said what do you want? When he looked at my car he turned on the a/c to full blast then turned my car off with the a/c still on full blast which can mess up the a/c. After that he put my car in reverse with the brake on and moved back, after that they took at least 30 minutes just to look up my cars value. I will never visit this dealership again, I felt like I was an unwanted customer.

Horrible Horrible Waited for my pink slip and my registration to come to post a review I drove from Sacramento the manager at the dealership wanted me to pay 4000 for what the car was listed for after I told him not gonna he was upset then he said I have to pay 600 on top of what the price was that is his profit He had told me to leave but salesman kept me there after all said and done he did not take a penny off of the car price Then we went to the paperwork the lady who did the paperwork captain on Printing the wrong paperwork the year was off the make was off on the car which I had to look correct her Three times she just kept laughing about it like it was a joke and one thing that did not make sense at all I told him when I went in there I was buying the car cash which they still ran my credit hard which I do not appreciate I will never in my life go back to the dealership or recommend it to anyone I know People who work hard for the money be careful super careful
Was looking at a vehicle to purchase and when I did not purchase that specific vehicle I received two harassing text message from manager. I purchased a vehicle and have not been able to get a hold of the salesperson for over a week. I also have not been able to get a hold of the General Manager after a week and three messages. Very unprofessional place.
Not good customer service you call for a question and they pass you around for someone else to tell you nothing about what you need. So I went there personally and its even worse they are to busy walking around and dont even care to help you. Im not the type to wait there minutes to get help when its clearly not busy at the time that I went.
Very good my salesman was Joe, he went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. Only thing was they did not fill up my car with gas when I took it home.

Bought a used truck with them, took it home on half way there check engine light came up. Gave them a call about it, told me to drop it off and now I have to pay out of my pocket. Another note I check the oil and the filter all dirty have not been serviced.

I called the dealer for a 2018 vehicle they had listed well below MSRP. Spoke to Jim and told him with Tier 1 credit and $3,000 down what can he do for me on a wrangler. He said he’s looking around $300 a month. I trusted him gave him all the credit info. Called me the next day saying it’s in mid $400 he sounds like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. They just want your information. I would never ever recommend this place. I got a better deal in Fresno. Don’t trust them because they don’t care to lie and put a hard inquiry on your credit score. Worst customer service. Jim needs to figure out his numbers before lying to people.

Good place to buy you future dream Car Miguel in sales that the guy to work with... Gonazolo in parts expert guy knows what he doing... show room looks always spectacular¡! Never tired the service but last time I set an appointment (expert on brakes) was always sick *2 weeks*... got tired waiting on the only ONE expert on brakes 😂 😂 maybe it was a sign¡! 🤔 Warranty issue they like nah skip... 🙄 I paid Les Schwab Tire Centers to fix the problem
Went in for an appt on a recall notice and have to say the woman that helped us was very nice . I was informed my car would be about n hour so she called for a shuttle to take us to anywhere we would like to go to pass the time. Our shuttle driver was just as nice so i treated him to starbucks. Very down to earth yet professional employees. And my car was done in less then an hour!

Though it was Fathers Day, I got treated when my husband brought me to Gill Chrysler Jeep in Madera this past Sunday. What started off rocky (our initial contact person wasnt there), was quickly recovered by Jeff Hunsaker. Knowledgeable, friendly, relatable, patient and not at all overbearing - Jeff made the lease of my 2019 Overland stress free. Without hesitation, I would recommend Jeff if you are planning to purchase/lease in the near future. We made the drive from Manteca, Ca to Madera for this purchase and Im glad we did. Had a good experience at Gill RAM today. I got the truck I wanted at a fair price. Peter was great to deal with and was the only person that took the time to converse with me over email about specific questions I had before actually stepping foot inside of a dealership. So after talking to Peter I decided to meet with him to look at a truck. I had contacted several other Dodge dealers in the Fresno/Clovis area over email with the same specific questions and the only answer I got was come in and lets talk not good enough for me. The only possible complaint I could have against Gill is that they seem a little unorganized. However Peter is very new to the dealership and I could tell he was still trying to get used to the system so he gets a pass! 👍Hopefully the aftersale service is as pleasant as the sell!
Had a bad experience taking my car in for service. My car recently got a recall we set up and appointment to get it fixed they told me they had the part in stock. I missed work to take in the car just for them to tell they didn’t have the part in stock they took apart the dashboard and other parts. 5 hours later I call back just for them to tell me they tried calling me back which never happened. I wanted to speak to the manager they told me he was busy and to call back in 2 hours. I callled back and he didn’t answer. Later he called me back and he told me he was going to fix the issue and till this day he hasn’t. I called again to set up and appointment because I thought they were going to call me. They told me they had another part in stock but it belong to a customer that was waiting they told me I could get that part but I didn’t want to take another persons part. The lady replied by shouting “Really!!!” I was not expecting that response. I called the manager again just for him to tell me he had other the part and he was going to talk to he’s staff about lieing to customers. He told me when I go he was going to hook me up but honestly I don’t want to go back because at this point I don’t trust them with my car at all. Thanks for the services in the past but I’m not going back thanks.

I took my truck to get serviced here for the first time. Not only did they not have me down for my appointment. They didnt feel like putting my information into the computer, luckily my husbands info pulled up.No quote was given to me prior to the oil and fuel filter changes.When they called me back 2 hours later to say it was done I came in and waited for them to finish inputing the stuff on the computer. They walked me over and said okay you owe $500+ dollars for a routine maintenance.When I got home I noticed that my truck was leaking. I looked under it and they had gotten oil everywhere! The chastity, the inner wheel cover... Literally everything is covered in oil.I will not be taking my truck here again. I would not recommend this dealership either.

I dont recommend madera Dodge careful if they change your oil they didnt properly put the oil filter on twice. Its sad!
Took our service truck in to have the transmission replaced first they had to inspect it that took them 3 weeks.Then they said it was under warranty. Waited another week then they told us it wasn’t under warranty. That the transmission lines were leaking and it was our fault we went down there prove the lines were not leaking where they said they were and they said the transmission was under warranty and they were going to warrantee the transmission for us then they told us that their lift was down and they were waiting to have the lift repaired. Now they’re telling us that their transmission guy is not certified yet and it will be Monday before our truck is ready we have been dealing with these people for over three months and they can’t get their act together. I would not take anything to this place ever again I am very unhappy.Going to call there corporate and tell them about my experience with them.Very disappointed and that’s putting it mildly

Worst visit to this place. Would not be somewhere Id buy a vehicle very dirty lot, dirty vehicles not kept up (washed), unwelcoming staff. Drove in walked around 20min, and NOONE came to ask if we needed help or anything. Another person drove up and someone began helping her and her kids, after 30 min on lot we left. Very disappointed this why persons looking for vehicles go elsewhere and buy!
I was assisted by Jim Hamby an individual who had terrible customer service, he did not show me the vehicle I was interested after waiting for 30 mins, he was hard to deal with, did not make me and my family feel comfortable at facility, lied on numerous occassions regarding the deal on vehicle and tried persuading me with ridiculous deals. That same day I went to Fresno Chrysler Dodge & Jeep and it was night and day compared to this garbage dealer. Walked out with the same style Jeep i wanted with no BS!
Buyer Beware!!! They sold me an overpriced used Jeep whos catalytic converter blew out two weeks after I bought it. They refused to do anything about it.Then I find out they lied about the features this Jeep had (ABS to be exact) and that is how I ended up being taken complete advantage of.They also promised they would fix a leaky window but after repeated attempts to bring it in to be fixed, I finally gave up.Do not waste your time here, they are slimy salesmen who do not give a crap about the customer.

Company i work for called in that we were bringing in a vehicle for service. GILLS Chrysler waited until the tow truck driver took the vehicle off and left to tell me they (GILLS) do not honor the warranty I purchased through dodge. Now I have to pay to have it towed again.

Received a flyer in the mail after Oct. 25th I scratched off the winning numbers I won $1000 cash with no purchase required. I call the hotline to claim my prize. Very shady, it kept hanging up. So I call the dealership and was advised by Jim that since I was not present at their even they would not honor the $1000 but if I purchased a vehicle they would take $1000 off. Shady Slimeballs!!! Wouldnt give them my business.
After talking to Jim there online manager all week and getting our ducks in a row (preappoved, figuring out how to get out there, seeing the car fax) my husband called Jim Wednesday and put down a 500 deposit, and was going to send him flight confirmation after he got off work. An hour or so after the deposet was taken jim TEXTED NOT CALLED my husband back to tell him they sold the car we were holding..... Now that were checking all the review sites on them we arent the first and probably wont be the last they screw over . unless your hands on the car at the dealer dont count on anything!!
I was having an issue with my gas cap so I went there to purchase a new one and the gentleman who was at the auto center place when you first walk in the main doors helps me by going out and putting it on and checking it out for me it was great thank you guys
