I decided to stop by to this Starbucks I came to visit family members. The employees were very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. We were trying to determine what drinks we wanted because they didn’t have a couple items to make our regular drinks. We decided to try some of their popular drinks and one of their holiday drinks. We all loved our drinks, we were happy with the experience. Good customer service, good drinks and very clean inside. Thank you for your service.

Ive stopped here more than I probably should. The staff are generally nice and customer service oriented. However, they are always out of something (pre/post-covid), but the last few times I have gone they have somehow messed up my order(s). I order 1 of 3 custom drinks from here and this is the only Starbucks that has never made them right. The last time I was giving my drinks they were covered in whip and other sticky films (see pics). Probably will not give another chance after few tries in as many years...

There are many Starbucks in Madera now, and for the most part they are all pretty consistent with their good service, except for this one. First if you go here expect to wait more than 15 minutes for sure. Your drink will be just a little lower than any other Starbucks in town, hardly ever made right. There is this tall guys that’s usually in the window with long hair, don’t expect good service from him. The one things I totally recommend you do is make sure your hot drinks are properly closed before they hand it to you. I received a hot beverage that was not closed, it open up when the girl was handing it to me and burned both my hands. I am sharing this experience not because I was anything from this multi million dollar company, other than to make sure their employees are properly trained. Do not waste your time here just chose any of the other options in Madera.

The staff is really friendly and Ive had good times here. Its close to where I stay and places I like to shop and has fast become my favorite coffee shop / hang-out spot. ☕💕

Enjoy their coffee as well as their customer service.. The only downfall is their slow drive thru time. Expect to wait in that line..

Sad when this store has over 10 members working they ignor customers who they fail to acknowledge once they look directly at them. You call the store 2x to speak to the mgr. and no one answers. So wheres the customer service? No longer coming to this location poor customer service doesnt work for me.

They do not follow simple requests & they give you what they wanna give you. Also they are never stocked on anything. & their workers lack major customer service skills. Today was the first time someone their was kind. Wish I would have got his name. He helped with my iced mint majesty tea & ge even suggested what kind of sweetener to use. That store needs A LOT of work. Listen to what your customers want & clearly ask for.

9 out of 10 times they get my drink wrong and they hate to follow their policy regarding remakes. I even called corporate on them. Michela is so rude and sarcastic. Shes belittled me on a few occasions.

Ive been there only twice on 2 different occasions, and twice my drink was not made right. The girl that took my order and the one at the window (mayde same person) were very nice but my drink was super water down, I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew add white mocha and it didnt even taste like vanilla. I hope they retrain their baristas or something because its just not working out. Other than the drink not tasting good the girls were nice.

Today driving through Madrea we stopped at the olive st location closest to the freeway heading home to Modesto. Went through the drive thru, got our drinks and continued home. Got to Modesto stopped to get dinner & well no atm card to pay.....why??? The girl at the drive through at Starbucks DID NOT RETURN MY ATM CARD!!!!! I am so mad, called Starbucks & YUP my atm card is sitting in there store. Yes its my fault too however its her job to give it back!!!!! Now I have to drive all the way back to MADERA to pick it up. I sure hope I get a free starbucks for my time!!!! Thanks for making my Friday Starbucks!!!!!

Probably one of rudest Starbuck staffs there are! I’m a truck driver so i go to a lot of coffee places. From the moment i walk in i was given a rude greeting and when she gave my change back she throw across the counter !!!??? Starbucks teach your staff to give better service ! Sure not going there again.

Rude passive aggressive customer service from particular barista, was on a trip with the family and we wanted to stop a Starbucks, this was the nearest Starbucks that showed up on the map, totally regret stopping here, you give Starbucks and the city of Madera bad image, I feel bad for your coworkers.

Went with the family for coffee and pastry! Four adults, two young ones and my dog! He got a pupaccino! Friendly and fast! Sat outside to enjoy our beverages! Love it cause it’s within walking distance!

They were very punctual with their drinks. Ordered online and the drinks were ready by the time that was specified. Very impressive, indeed! The staff was friendly, greeted us with a smile and kind words. I really enjoyed my peppermint mocha, tis the season!! ☕ 🎄 🎁

Always a Good lace for a Caramel Frappuccino

First time there, daughter was down for the weekend from Sacramento. Ive heard of Starbucks, but have never gone because I dont drink what they have to offer. My daughter says this is the only way to start your day.

Awesome customer service! They are all kind and make my drinks exactly how I like them! I have never had one rude employee here ! Definitely recommend this Starbucks if you are in the area!

Great coffee and drinks. At times can get expensive, however, I love the rewards and games. I feel that with rewards it makes it easier to justify the cost and its fun when they have games and you get additional free drinks/ food.

Starbucks is always good but upon asking for light ice it wasnt given to me. I know this is a small detail I should just get over but its such a small detail any human can get ready right. Anyways none the less the drink I ordered was good and refreshing.

About half the time they forget to add soy to the drink thats been labeled to have soy. Cardinal sin. Most of the time people get soy because theyre allergic to dairy. So when they realize their starbucks drink is undrinkable after a long line wait and a commute. Yes one star is about right.

The staff is awesome here The food is always fresh they do a great job filling the orders as well. However, the delay on filling orders even when not really busy is a bit longer than most Starbucks I have visited. This place is very new, maybe they are just trying to find their groove.

One would expect consistent quality from Starbucks...this store is only consistent in selling cold breakfast sandwiches...sometimes still frozen in the middle. I go by, hoping things would be different...but no. Sixth time the food was cold. Im over it...time to go down the street.

When I was here they didnt have anything good (juices). The store looks good, but the service is bad. While I was waiting there I seen a total of three people who got their orders mixed up, badly. If this does not get fixed immediately, then business will not go so well. I hope they will open an AT&T next to it. Nevertheless, respect to the guy that was making the drinks fast

For a pick up order you cant even go inside to get your items. You have to wait in a long a** line for 45min! Completely messed up after looking online to see you can pick up but their doors are locked.... Smh.

Slowest starbucks ever......I was seriously in line for 25 minutes and trapped in the drive through. They weren’t even busy on the inside, and barley anyone in line in the drive through. If you’re headed to work don’t go here.

I made a mobile order and took forever to get my order and when it was ready, the size was wrong and I still had to show them my receipt when clearly the tag said venti...like really the sticker does not lie...really upset and rather go to the other Starbucks since I also made a different purchase and ran out of the caramel for my caramel ribbon drink..could have told me before

Horrible service way too slow!! Waited in the drive thru over 35minutes, for a drive thru that’s just unacceptable!! I also felt trapped in, because the drive thru was closed in and I didn’t have the option of driving off. It was a mobile order which should have been even faster thru the drive thru but.... I told him(guy at window) what’s going on over 35minutes in the drive thru?!.? He said that’s madera for you!! He didn’t even say sorry! Nope next time I’m going to the one on 99 they are always packed and have never taken this long ever!!!

Really slow service. The slowest Starbucks ever! This is not a one time thing. They are always slow, and always messing up on my drink. Only come here is you have about an hour to spare.

Im not a fan of Starbucks but the drinks and drive thru service have been by far the best of all my previous visits to any other Starbucks.

For some reason, I always feel like the drinks are watered down and not as flavorful as the Starbucks on Howard.
