The Xbox one S I got here didnt even work I bought a pre own Xbox had it shipped to my house an the Xbox was hella dirty an the disc tray wont even play my games correctly

I do not recommend going here no matter what. I went there to buy a ps4 controller from them because I know they sell refurbished controllers. I got there and they had no controllers in stock but was sold on the fact that there was free 2-4 day shipping so I decided not to go across the street and get one from Walmart which ended up being a huge mistake. It wasn’t until 5 days after purchasing that the status was changed to shipped but it wasn’t shipped to me, it was shipped to a location in Texas. Another 2 days have passed and it said it was going to arrive by the end of the day and I didn’t receive it so I looked again and it now says it will arrive in another 2 days for a grand total of 9 days after I ordered it and 5 days past the max amount of time it was supposed to take to get to me. I will update this when it gets to me but I am honestly not entirely sure it will ever get to me. Going to this game stop was a terrible mistake, one that I will never make again and I hope no one else that reads this does either. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Service is pretty good, they always help me find what Im looking for. Got some good deals every now and then. For Xbox games/accessories its cheaper/more convenient to shop here than online where the prices are more inflated. Plus I can look at merchandise in person and get a feel for the device like the controller sticks etc.

Im always able to get whatever Im looking for here. If they dont have it they get it for me. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and will take the time to do research to get the best deal. Trade ins are not always the best dead so I never do them.

Went for the COD advanced warfare release and was never contacted about a time change. Employees never opened the door let us know that they were closing and after everyone was outside the door and was tired of waiting (bout 20 min after midnight) we started knocking on the door till they answered. The employees said that the release time was changed and they were closed.Now I cant get my stuff till 10:00 amNot the first time buying from here, but if they dont make good on what people pay for and what they tell people or at least have the decency to let people know you were closed and not leave them outside waiting for the doors to open. This will be my last purchase, only because I have already paid for it.

DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYERSI went there to pick up a game I purchased and instead got attitude from the worker who was helping me. When she grabbed the receipt to look for the game they claimed they didnt have after calling me saying it was ready she yanked the paper and was completely disrespectful Im very disappointed

Great Customer Service overall and fairly knowledgeable employees. I wont lie and tell you that there arent any occasional experience hiccups, what with accidentally forgetting to place a used purchase game in the case, but its forgivable because they wont put you through embarrassment when you report a mistake on-site.

This place is horrible. Customer service is horrible this is my second time here i should have learned from the first experience. Well i was in line next to pay for my item the cashier walks away and starts doing something else there was a line behind me as well. He didnt ask next customer or anything. And now today my man has been in line for almost 20 min i see alot of people coming in and only 1 person on register. Get it together gamestop. Sheesh. From now on i will by in fresno.

Nice store you can find almost everything you are looking for game related the problem thoe is that the workers arent gamers they know nothing about games in general I went in asking for an adapter I told them what it was called and showed them the item itself but they said they dont know if they have it and I asked them to plz check and his response was, I dont think we have it here sir im sorry if you need anything else plz let us know, you might think whats wrong with that but the problem was he did not even check so either he was lazy or had no idea what to do so I stayed and looked around for a bit and I found a game guide that I was interested in aka fortnite so I went over to pay for it and to my surprise there it was the answer to my prayers the damn adapter was on the front desk so I asked him what these items where for and he responded with, I think there for charging laptops or computers, so I let him know that thats the exact item I asked of before and that it was not a charger it was an adapter for a wired controller and know its not a charger even thoe it works as one.

I like all the gamestops but this one is my homestore. The employees help out when deciding on games by giving their knowledge of the games and their personal experience on the gameplay.

The new management here really sucks, these are some of the most incompetent people Ive seen at a gamestop. The old people that worked here were nice and fun that made you feel welcomed. This new manager seems like he hates the world and wants to ruin everyones lives.My friend tried to buy Fear and when we got home they gave him the wrong game. We called them and they said Oh yea come by we have it. We went back and they didnt have the game so we made a trip for nothing.These people lie, are rude, and have no idea how to run a Gamestop with good customer service. I went here for 7 years and guess what they lost my business.

The place was crowded and a few guys came in stealing. Only one person worked the register and the other two acted like they did not see these guys stealing from the store. I suppose there was only one experience person working. Other than that business as usual.

Poor service. I bought a new game for my son and the guy said said ( I forgot his name) since its a new game you can return it for a full refund or store credit,as long its 7 days from today you can return it so I came home my son didnt want the mario game for his nintendo switch he wanted arms. Two days later I go to the store to return the game. The girl in the front desk said I couldnt do that and out of my $60 (original price) she could only return 14$ I waited for 24 min because it was packed and only one register was open.
