I have been with Safeguard Storage South for three yrs now, since I first rented from them they were under different management which I didnt care for, but over these 3 yrs theyre now under new ownership and I abseloutely love it! They have been so wonderful, and I feel at home there, the young lady that I do all my business with is a gem, and Im so happy to know shell always be there. The staff is just awesome, the grounds and units are clean, easily accessible, and I feel confident my property is safe and secure!

Im not sure if was the owner or the manager who helped me the other day while I was there, my cousin and I was unable to find the light switch and the owner or manger was very helpful to show me the one place I didnt look, right across from my own unit, hahaha 0

Just became a renter at this facility a few weeks ago. There were a few glitches along the way, but were resolved immediately. Facility seems to be well taken care of and clean. A bit secluded, but accessible. Prices are very competitive and lower than most other storage facilities in Madera. Manager on site at all times ensures better security.

Great facility and very friendly staff! I’ve had my items in the storage unit for about a month now and when it came to my next month’s bill, they went above and beyond to give me a reminder call on the due date in order to avoid any penalities. And even better, they helped me set up auto pay for added convenience. This tells me that they really care for their customers!

Rebecca is awesome! Shes very helpful, super friendly, and always calls me with a reminder that my bill is due BEFORE late fees occur! She even called me once because my lock was broken, and put a temporary lock on for me until I was able to show up! The bill his increased a couple times since being here however. Overall I am very satisfied!

Their assistant has always been super helpful and always polite. Even when I had trouble with my billing statement, they worked out with me and fixed all the issues that were presented at the time.
