Hands down, the sweetest staff ever. I’ve gone here multiple times for dropping, picking up and passport pictures and every time, I get my work down in less than 5 minutes since the staff is very knowledgeable, especially Kiera. Not only is the service quick and easy, but also trustworthy! 10/10 recommend!!

There was a young girl that worked there, dont know if she still does, but my granddaughter wanted to send a package off . She said no because she didnt have ID. So I gave her mine and she told my account had been ghosted. I asked why and she told me if I didnt like it go somewhere else in front of customers. If I could give her a minus a million stars, I would. The Mailbox is so much nicer and as they say I went somewhere else.

I recently came in to ship out some items to my grandchildren. I had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful young man whos name I did not catch. He carefully packaged my items for me and was very patient with me. Will most definitely choose this location again in the future.

Went in for a notary today and it was preformed by the female there named Kiera. Very knowledgeable and made the process very smooth and painless for me. Only complaint is how hot it was in there.

I mailed a certified letter on July 3rd. It is going to Kentucky and in 2 weeks it has only made it to Tennessee. How does it takes over 2 weeks for just a letter to get to its final destination?? Last time I mailed a pkg before Christmas, it didnt show up when it was supposed to. I contacted them and was told that the pkg was prob stolen from the porch. I told them per the tracking that it never left their office! 2 weeks later it finally showed up. Of course, weeks after the original delivery date. Not using them anymore.

I enjoy coming to this UPS location because it’s convenient for me and the staff & store manager are always so welcoming and helpful when I come in. The store manager is so nice! I highly recommend this location to get your errands done here.

Sometimes the line is a bit long but for the most part they get the job done I’ve never had any issues and the line moves pretty quick!!!!

Mail is constantly missing or stolen. It took months before management got around to handing over a key and refuses to acknowledge any responsibility. Packages were constantly shown as delivered and now I am dealing with stolen checks and fraudulent card charges. Extremely frustrated, would not recommend having a po box here

The UPS guy literally walked over my grass when delivering a package at my house today. He could have walked like 3 more feet to walk around my grass by using the drive way! But no, he chose to walk on my grass leaving his prints behind.My grass is everything. And this is unacceptable. Please train employees not to walk on customers grass when delivering. The Disrespect is real and frustrating since it is my job to ensure my lawn is taken care of.

Gets busy and not enough staff and depends on who is assisting you it may be a pleasant experience went today at 11 and the guy there was rude mid conversation he left to speak to someone else and I waited an extra 15 minutes for help but ultimately left since he was in no hurry to help people in line.So I left but came back later that day around 2 p.m. and there was a new guy that was helpful and fast was there less then 5 minutes. 2 different experiences same store its the people who work there that make it easy or hard for you.

One Star because I can’t choose Zero. The owner is rude and has no clue how to deal with customer issues. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to The Mail Box instead. WAY better customer service!

Just leaving the store... the young man was the nicest! Polite, efficient, quick and patient.He is the only one here at the time, with customers coming in one after another. The phone kept ringing off the hook, and yet he remained calm and gracious.Thus was our first time here, and we are very pleased.This young man deserves a bonus and/or a raise!

Good experience here. Customer service was good and speedy, only 1 other customer in front of me. I was out in less than 10 minutes.

Unreliable when it comes to printing!

Always come to this location, mostly for amazon returns, every time has been fine and quick. This time in particular Jason was there alone at front counter, god bless him. He had a line to the door and both computers in use and he was still trying to be in all places at once all the while still being nice to us. So I really would like to give him a shout out because I know most employees would be upset and rude but he really handled himself well. Great job!

I stood in line along with 20 other people outside waiting to be serviced. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They are not appreciative of their customers. I wish this wasnt the only UPS store in Madera. They give UPS a bad rep. Oh and yes the owner was there. Smh!

I ship with this store because it is in the same town where I live but I am gladly moving my business to a Fresno store, never have I been asked to show an ID when shipping a package and todays experience was an absolute joke, Kiera the rep that was supposed to be helpful was one of the rudest individuals I have dealt with, apparently sitting on the job was to tiresome for her and wearing her mask must have restricted her hearing because I had to slowly repeat myself multiple times, we are all dealing with the new protocol of wearing masks while living our daily lives and working our jobs, whatever our jobs may be to hopefully prevent another complete shut down but individuals like Kiera have no business working in customer service, she takes no pride in her appearance or demeanor and fails miserably in politely helping those who walk in the store, customers can tell she thoroughly does not enjoy her job even though she is given the opportunity to do so while sitting down and enjoying a cool environment. The Fresno store on Herndon blows the Madera store away with its professional and very friendly staff. Shame on people like Kiera who are using the pandemic as just another excuse to perform their kick back job poorly and rudely.

They are not forth coming of services that are offered. Case in point my toner was faulty and they sent me home to reprint a label when in fact I could have just printed at the store. I live in YLP and drove 35 miles there and back just a new label...??

Really great and truly friendly service! I was surprised at the high standard of quality service I received, both during my time in the store, and afterwards when I called needing further assistance. Josh totally rocks, hes the type of guy Id like to have as an employee, and Cody was also very polite and helpful. The owner, hopefully, appreciates what great employees she has. You can count on a good experience at this store. I was a customer, Im not somebody fake posting, and you can count on these folks to treat you right!.

Staff are knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. Shipping rates are reasonable.This location accepts Comcast cable equipment returns.Parking is much easier on the side of the building than in front of it.We utilized the printing services for documents via email. One computer is better than the other. I do not understand why the manager refuses to update it. Would be a five star review otherwise.

Went in at about 1:30p on 11/15, there was only 1 person working the counter and she was with a lady with a problem, so stood there until I had to leave while some other person was in the back training someone I guess. I tried to get back before 6:30p which is when it said they closed on the window. I got there at 6:22p and they were already counting cash drawers and when I said they closed early, I got a head nod and a grin. Nice customer service NOT!!!

I like this store. Its in a convenient location and they offer a lot of services. You can purchase stamps or boxes, mail a letter or package by UPS or USPS, and even get fingerprinting done for a background check. I never seem to be in the store for more than a few minutes because they are quick and efficient and theres usually no wait at all.

Service is good but always short staffed. Long lines.

Kiera, was very rude next time I go in there if I ever do i will ask to see someone else to handle my packages!

Customer Service is bad. Staff is rude. You have to come 100% prepared (by this I mean, you cant have any questions). Be prepared to stand in line and wait until the person behind the counter is done taping boxes or finishes with what they are doing (not with a client). If you need a box and go get one, another client is helped and you have to stand in line again. If you need a label filled out, you are sent to the counter and loose your spot in line. You should come prepared to wait at least 20 minutes in line.

This is purely a “service” store. Wow, such rudeness. Grateful for a UPS store being in Madera though.

Wasnt open today or last Saturday. Hours on store say 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Not the friendliest staff. Went there today, she even told me my debit card wont go through, surprise! She was entering it as credit without even asking me so I gave her my credit card which I told her i do not like using a lot. Guess what she said? I should get rid of the credit card then. . I just walked out after i was done. I contained myself since it was early in the morning and i had a lot of other things to do.

Great UPS location in the Madera area, stopped here on the way north on highway 99. easy, quick, and great service.

I have had 2 packages in the last 2 months delivered to the wrong address!! I will never use this store to ship withl

The clerk was on the phone and never acknowledged I was there, then took a person who walked in after me still without acknowledgement. Keep driving and skip this store.
