Very good service. Fast and efficient. Came on time got the job done very quickly and efficient. He was very nice and knowledgeable and knew just what to do and gotten it done in a timely manner.
I had work performed on my ADT system, in which there was a glitch in the work order that the tech who was on time a very professional and knowledgeable and took care of the issue which he did not have to he could of rescheduled it for a later date. But he chose to take care of it on his own. Very much appreciated that then continued to perform the job contracted change out an old component with a newer wireless component. Made sure was completely satisfied. This is the company I like doing business with. Been with ADT since spring of 1986 would highly recommend ADT to anyone. Thanks again for a job well done.
I go out of my way to tell everyone I know to avoid doing business with ADT. I was promised one thing but told another once the installer arrived. The installer blatantly lied to me about the cancellation policy as well as protocol for when I move out of my rented apartment. He told me I would be able to have my devices moved to the new location and installed for free with a visa gift card. 6 months later, when I moved from my apartment I was told that not only would my equipment not be moved; I would be expected to keep it at my old apartment and whatever tenant moves in would be required to pay for it. I lived in an apartment complex that understandably does not allow for prior renters to keep such items. This caused me to cancel my plan and then ADT informed me I was responsible to pay 3 years worth of payments a month from my cancellation date. This was $850 (after my complaints they waived a percentage that still left a $600 balance). It doesn’t even end there, because ADT tech did not even come the day they promised to remove my equipment. They came after my move out date. I am expected to pay that $600 balance in full in a months time, wasted legitimately hours being transferred between representatives on the phone, and have experienced by far the worst company of my life. Never use this company.
The ADT representative that installed my system, William P., was very courteous and respectful to me. He was also very knowledgeable about the system and provided me with a working knowledge of it in a short period of time. He was not a “pushy salesman” as some can be. He listened to my concerns and respected my decisions. It was a wonderful experience and I absolutely love the system thus far.
If I can give them a zero I would. Such a horrible customer service. Their associates are extremely rude and disrespectful. It took them months to fix my indoor camera. And now even with the moving process to a new home they make it super complicated and difficult. I regret doing business with them. Once my contract is over, I will never come back to them again.
We switched over to ADT recently. They were absolutely fantastic from the sales call to the installation. I was so impressed with Darren, our technician. I would recommend ADT for their products, website, communication skills and technical support. All great!

ADT has been helping to keep me safe for a very long time. I have not had any issues as a customer. I am very pleased with the quality and price of my service. If there were discrepancies, customer service has always been able to rectify the issue. I have referred ADT to family and friends & they are happy with their service plan.
I will give a zero if I can. I suggest any business user dont choose their service.We have a problem with the access system for over 6 months and they cant fix it. Their technician keep rescheduling the visit time or cancel the visit without showing or call us.They maybe good at sales but poor at any technical support.
As a shareholder Im happy this stock is up at the moment. As a customer I dont think that will last, the doorbell camera and the camera on my garage worked for one day and Ive had problems ever since. Calling to cancel when they open.

Ive been with ADT since 1998, my techs have always been polite, replaced my batteries, upgraded my system when needed & wore covers in their shoes, in & out in a timely manner. Anytime Ive had an issue it was addressed immediately, along with making my yearly payments or questions about my billing. Very happy with them.
I have been an ADT customer for several years. It just feels good to know theyre there if I ever need them! I just upgraded to a wireless system. My technician, Adam, was very professional, pleasant and knew his job and product. Gave me detailed instructions, offered suggestions and cleaned everything up. Got a new system, pleasant service experience, kept same monthly rate and still happy to know theyre there if I ever need them! All good things with ADT.

Right from minute one it was a bad experience. The installers are the salesmen, so any thing They can push on you is money in there pocket.I was told by installer I could cancel at any time. I knew it IS three days but he assured me as long as I returned equipment.Guess what, three daysIf you call customer service, I have yet as to talk to anybody who is not rude.Do not under any circumstances contract with ADT.
I have been with ADT for several years and every thing hasnt been perfect however I can say that I have NEVER spoken to a rude person or had a bad experience with customer service. ADT has also, made things right with me to accommodate what I felt needed improvement. It not about how a company messes up, it is about how the fix/resolve it!

I had an unusual problem with my ADT system that was not simple to understand and had not been handled properly when I initially called. I communicated my displeasure and was contacted by Daniel who took charge and sent a technician, Matt, who had the knowledge, concern and commitment to ultimately determine a cause that he was able to correct. His diligence was matched by his friendly nature and communications. Daniel later called to make sure everything had been corrected.
Seeing that ADT can’t repair or replace my inoperable cellular radio (which was just replaced last year), I’m looking for another system that actually works so when I pay my monthly fee, it’s not for nothing.
Service questionable. Recently was billed hundreds of dollars for them replace their outdated, no longer functioning equipment.
Both techs did a great job explaining their products and services. The problem came when I wanted to talk it over with my wife what services we wanted to purchase. They would not take that for an answer. We wanted to think about it for a day or two and decide. Techs called the the supervisor and put him on the phone with me. He said what was the problem and why are we not moving forward with the install. Then proceeded to tell me how much money he spent sending the techs to my house. I asked them to leave my property now. They said they need to make another call. I had to ask them to leave again. Finally they left house and proceeded to sit in front of my house for 20 more minutes, I almost felt threatened by them not driving away. high pressure sales tactics and not taking no for an answer, made this the worst professional experience ever. I would never recommend ADT to anyone.

Worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I already did email that address. I of course didnt get a reply because youre all told to give that generic response to make it look like you care about your customer experience, when in fact all adt cares about his how much money they can suck out of people.
ADT Failed to show up for TWO appointments that they scheduled!Didn’t have the courtesy to call or text me to let me know they weren’t bothering to show up.Wasted over 5 hours waiting on them!

Adt doorbell has not worked correctly since I’ve had it
Don’t trust the salesman Joe! Broken promises and endless calls to him with no call back. They promised me an 8 camera system, delivered a 4 camera system and after I was signed up, they were done with me. However, the monthly payment continues with no support.Do not use ADT. The camera system app is the worst. It’s not user friendly at all. When the alarm goes off, they call the number you give for 1st contact. If you don’t answer, nothing happens. No police are ever notified. Absolutely, not happy.
ADT Security Service alarm company should be ashamed! I have tried to cancel this account since June, 2019. This was for my parents’ house (who are deceased and we no longer own the house!!!) I have sent at least 8 emails with required documents and over a dozen phone calls, since June. Now, it went to collection!!!!!UPDATE: FEB 29, 2020I am happy to report that I received 5 emails, today, from ADT. 3 of the emails were appologies. and the other 2 emails were a credit bringing the balance to $0 and a letter confirming that there is no long a balance and the collections has been cancelled. So, thank you, ADT for taking care of this matter so quickly after I went public.

Thanks to DJ brown and his recommendation and instillation of my 1080p cameras I have not only saved $100’s of dollars from theft in my sm. Business but have been completely exonerated from false accusations against my business alleged by a former client! The money I saved in litigation alone has paid for my cameras 10 fold! Tnx DJ!

Two Saturdays in a row we had appointments. The first Saturday no one showed up. The next Saturday, no one showed up. Called to confirm my appointment and it was changed to Monday without me knowing.
This is the worst company to have as your security / alarm company. Its been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with, starting from the sales rep to customer support to the technicians theyve sent out. Ive had 4 break in events which Ive recorded from their DVR but their installed motion detectors have not captioned any of the events. They never service you in a timely manor, its always days out for a tech. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They do a great job advertising the BIG NAME but the service and support is horrible.
Never contacted this company...they will not stop emailing me they will not stop calling me they are rude on the phone ...any ideas on how to stop adt from their harassing tactics? If this is how they treat me how do they treat paying customers. ..they should be embarrassed

Ive tried to get a technician out for a tech and was bounced around through different departments and then the guy NCNSd twice.
SCAM ARTISTS, it will be cheaper for a theif to rob you than these guys to rob you blind
