If we could have left NO stars, TRUST AND BELIEVE we would have! We totally get that due to covid companies are hurting for employees, but when do you sacrifice your companys reputation for desperation? Were so tired of the whole covid excuse. Its not an excuse for ignorance or unprofessionalism. Answering the phone hello, not paying attention to someone articulating exactly what they need in a professional manner and saying um, um, um is unacceptable. Then, when you call the employee out on it, not rudely but matter of factly and then get hung up on? Really? Wont ever be giving that store any of our business. Not open at 11:30 on a Sunday like the hours posted on the door say as well as the hours on the google listing say, very annoying. I would’ve went to a different location if I knew they were closed.

This location is awesome great staff plus well stocked inventory no need to run around town to grab paint 👍

A lot of paint color options and very friendly service. Paint supplies cost are reasonable, but Paint is not cheap. Its about $60-$65 a gallon. I decided to give it a try since most paint brands out there do not perform that well. I cant wait to start painting to see how it looks and how many coats it takes to cover well. I will update my review after Im done painting.Update 12/29/20: Down from 5 to 4 stars. Superpaint works well so no need to prime spackle. However for some reason navy blue paint is not easy to work with. Tends to leave streaks of you dont paint really fast. We had to do 2 heavy coats for good coverage while the gray covered perfectly in one coat. Now you can forget about navy blue if you use the Duration paint. For some reason neither color nor coverage went well. We tried three coats with no luck. Went back to to the Madison heights store and told the store manager about it but he blamed it on the 3/8 inch nap we used. Really, its smooth drywall. Anyway he did not offer to resolve the issue and we had to buy a gallon of Superpaint instead. So not happy with customer service after spending over $500 on paint. Very disappointed.

Great place. Really helpful people and they will go out of their way to give you a good deal. I will be doing all of my paint shopping here in the future.

All Sherwin Williams paint is expensive but they have plenty of sales. I love how well the manager at this location mixed a stain for us to match our new cabinets! Service is always attentive.

Always good products and good stuff best paint around I tried the others and it is funny when these tools of a contractors just passing by come in wearing Competitors t-shirts, and they wonder why those of us that mainly use Sherwin Williams laugh at them, yea sure money is what makes the world work but its not everything when it comes to Quality. They have been around the longest I have used them for over 30 years, no one can say otherwise on self attained knowledge of what is actually good lol

They have very knowledgeable staff and a great selection of paints. The whole staff at this particular store Madison Heighs always let you know if something is going to be on sale and they always say to ask a question anytime they are very nice and welcoming.

Outstanding sales events and the products are the best. I would never paint with anything else. The Madison heights store employees are always so helpful and knowledgeable!

The sales staff was helpful but not at all intrusive. He gave me the best tips for seeing what the paint would like in natural light. Didnt pressure me to buy anything, didnt upsell when I made my purchase.
