I expect good customer service, instead I saw an old man watching TV and barely giving good enough eye contact and didn’t even help us get an item we were looking for and didn’t tell us about the item we asked them finally he said he didn’t have it, even though we asked 4 times. Worst service I gotten in years.

If youre looking for great customer service, quick delivery, fair prices, and a personal touch, youve found the right place.Ive bought 3 appliances from Birrenkott over the years. One installation was very difficult because of a narrow stairway. They spent at least an hour carefully wiggling the appliance up those stairs. Other sellers would have simply given up.You wont find the biggest selection here but you also wont find any lemons. Dont be put off by the starkly decorated showroom. Take a gander at the antique appliances while youre there! I highly recommend Birrenkott Appliance.
