John always has what I need or can get it in quick 😊 my last visit was mainly to say hi to John

Call ahead for parts. They usually have what you need but if they dont they can have them in as little as an hour or as long as 3 days.

This was one of the worst part stores Ive ever been in The guy with the long ponytail in there working was extremely rude and was not willing to help me with my windshield wipers on my car maybe he was having a bad day but jeans dont take it out on the customer

They were awesome in more than helpful Ill give them 6 stars out of 5 just because everyone else is full of Ship lol

Ive been going to J&H Auto for years. Always a good experience and the guys there are so helpful. If they dont have what I need in stock they get it quickly. Great sevice and great staff...what else can you ask for.

Jerry was super helpful. He talked me thru changing the intake gasket on my 2001 Buick Century. He saved me some cash by taking the time to research alternate brands and explained the difference between features and prices of the parts I needed for the job.I highly recommend this place!!

Terrible customer service guy was very rude I tried to return a purchase I made I had the receipt and I took it to the shopI didn’t get the box back but it was still in the page unopen and had the tag on it and told me he couldn’t do nothing for me and starting being rude when i asked for other options
