The employees were really great. Available without being pushy. I really appreciate that.

Has a sale right now, from 75% to 50%. They have a huge sale. My sister got some lotion and spray, all of which smells great.

My wife and I were followed by rep she followed us like we were going to steal something it was very annoying and nerve racking. Felt racially profiled. Will never go back to that place again!!!

The staff here are excellent!!! Very kind and pleasant, and dont come off terribly pushy, although there have been a few times Ive felt bombarded. Store is clean, and well managed. All in all will be returning!

I went into the bath and body works at east town. All of the staff were really nice.. Until this one sales associate named Alejandro or (Ali) for short is what he said his shortened name is... came up to me and rudely made a smart remark to me. Before I could even ask him to repeat himself or explain what he meant he ran away to the back of the store. I had to ask him what his name was on the way out of the store because he was the only person working there who didn’t have a name tag on. He was VERY rude and a terrible sales associate. I love bath and body works but I Will NOT be going to that location ever again!!!

Love there foam hand soap when I have to use other soaps they just arent as rich and creamy

Horrible horrible customer service this used to be my go to place for Christmas. I have spent a lot of money at this store in the past. Very rude employees I will never return to this location again. I work in customer service and would never treat people the way these to girls did last night. You lost a faithful customer.

They just switched spots with Aeropostale at East Towne Mall. The spot they have now is much bigger and brighter. The new store is very nice with lots of inventory and friendly staff. I love shopping when they have great coupons.

I love this store. The products they have are all high quality and they usually have great deals. The customer service is great.

I had an awful experience at this store yesterday. No employees even tried to speak to me or help me in any way while the store was not busy at all. Made me extremely disappointed and made me feel very unwelcome and unappreciated. On my way out of the store they tried to speak to me but the damage was done. They had 15 minutes to attempt to welcome me and sadly they didnt but had time to chat with each other. I definitely did not feel wanted, even though I was buying items. Which in hindsight, I wish I hadnt. I would return them but not sure if I want to renter that inviting place.

There are people walking around trying to convince you whatever the sale going on is the best deal ever. They should had out ventilating masks at the door to the spouses who get dragged in. The assault on my senses is a near instant headache. But my wife likes it, so I go.
