The location is tucked away a bit, but its worth finding it. Absolutely phenomenal beer! I love how they have multiple sizes so you can sample a lot without having to slam down pint after pint. And they have a great variety; if you like beer, youll find something to your taste.The building is also huge with plenty of seating & a bar area. The friendly bartenders also owned the bar, making sure everyone was taken care of quickly. Theyll also happily fill crowlers & growlers if you want something to take home.No in-house food service, but they do have food trucks that rotate through.I wouldnt hesitate to make another visit if Im in the area!

Im a big fan of Rocket Republics beer. They have great cores and I love when they brew small batches. The beer is 5 stars. The notch in stars is this tap room. It was HOT. The door was open and they had a large fan going in the back but other than that, there was no real air flow. Maybe the AC was out? Not sure. There was nothing posted about it. I feel Ive been here other times and it wasnt so hot but it was colder outside. Also, the service was pretty lackluster. The beertenders were not very friendly. Thats ok, though. I got cold beer and it was good.Being that this is one of the only breweries in Madison and Rocket Republic does make really good beer, its a good stop if you are in the area. They also have a taproom in downtown Huntsville that Ive had better experiences at. A lot more to choose from there, as well.

Very laid back, friendly atmosphere with tasty brews to match. The staff is very helpful with telling you anything you want to know about their craft beers. I have tried at least half of them so far and have not found a bad one yet. I love the open feel of the place especially with Covid. Nice and roomy and not crowded. Last time I drove by it appears you can stand outside too which is awesome now that spring is here. A+

We came for cold beer and to get out of the summer heat but is was just as hot inside. Not sure if the building is climate controlled or not or if the AC was out. Either way it was an uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience. The beer was okay at best and none I thought were worth the travel.

This place is pretty neat. Great beer with a decent selection of taps. Good food truck. It’s a smaller production facility than Yellowhammer but equally tasty when it comes to the beer. They have a laid back vibe like many tap rooms.

We were told this was a great place, what a disappointment. The two bartenders were two of the most unfriendly, inhospitable women I have ever had the misfortune of not quite meeting. My glass was 75% empty and no refill. They never asked us how we were doing, or if we had been here before. They literally spoke to one another more tthan they spoke to us. It was a sad experience. I did notice that they spoke to people at the other end of the bar but not to us. We were nice enough, entered with a smile but... if you know what you want and dont want to be bothered or you come in with a party. I would say go to Rocket Republic. Not a staff friendly place. The short blonde behind the bar who refused to identify herself was the WORST.

Craft beer brewery with a great steampunk vibe and some solid brews.

Parking is a little hard to find but its worth the small hassle. The brews here are all uniquely named accordingly and the staff is very helpful in helping you make a selection especially if youre a newbie like me. Theres several interactive games such as ping pong, darts, and some arcade games. Theres occasionally scheduled live music as well. Overall, great spot to hang out and have a good time!

Some of the best beers in town! They usually have a large variety so everyone can find something they like. I really like the Mexican Hot Chocolate Imperial Stout, the spicy IPA, and Space Jam sour!

This place is kind of out of the way and difficult to find for the first time, but the beer is good. They dont serve liquor, which is annoying. Theres plenty of parking, and the space is huge. The staff was friendly and helpful.Would go again.

Of all the breweries in Huntsville/Madison, this is my favorite! Very cool taproom, and definitely worth the drive every time from South Huntsville. I mean, where else can you play corn hole indoors while downing a pint of Vapor Trail? I hear their hockey team sucks (kidding), but fantastic place to spend your afternoon or evening!

Great staff, great selection of brews, and daily events. I ordered the Cosmic Cookie, which in my opinion is one of the best dark beers out there. My girlfriend ordered the Coffe Cream which she loved as well. We loved how you can see the in house brewing as well. Would recommend anyone looking for a great beer and good time to go to Rocket Republic.

There isnt a lot of parking, but the road is wide enough to park along and walk to the taproom. Inside, the atmosphere is great, and the beers are even better. This is probably my favorite local taproom when its too cold to be outside.Sometimes, they will set up a large inflatable screen for football, and its definitely a great place to watch.

A great local brewery. Beer selection offers variety and pronounced beers. The tap room is spacious with pinball machines, dart boards, and a pong table. They had a food truck outside offering Venezuelan bar food.

Our company Christmas party was held here. Had heard of it, but didnt realize where it was. Its a great venue and everyone was friendly and having a good time. Im not a drinker, so I cant say Ill be back often, but Im sure Ill be back again!

Have traveled from Green Flash (CA) to Odell (CO) to Flying Dog (MD) to here (Ive been around) and I will say I was impressed at the care out into these beers.Dont not look for a west coast hops explosion, these beers are more subtle. Odell Brewing would be my best comparison: a LOT of crafted flavor, yet every beer is smooth and so damn easy drinking- even the higher abvs!Definitely stop here, and go out of your way if need be to have their beer.

Food trucks arrive ~5:00, music starts regularly ~7:00. Its a very friendly atmosphere. While its loud when the music starts its perfectly fine from 3:00-6:30 PM for a family generally quiet and laid back and they have free WiFi. The beer is some of the best in the area with a good variety, solid regulars, rotating seasonal, and staff that can help you find whatever you prefer. Dont miss Rocket Republic, its a great tap room!

The staff is very friendly and, more importantly, knowledgeable about beer. The taproom is a cool industrial space with a huge TV, darts, and even Foosball. The various local food vendors are a bonus! And while youre there, dont forget to pick up a little RR swag. I love my t-shirt.

Great new brewery in Huntsville with a fresh steampunk vibe with enough space to be able to walk around and spread out with a group of friends to enjoy their good beers. They have a nice and fun staff with a nice assortment of their beers with a rotating selection of different variations on their beers with infusions. They have food vendors and bands their regularly to add to the fun. Local home-brewer approved!

This is a very casual place with a very friendly staff and a nice selection of brews crafted onsite. If youre looking for a very drinkable IPA, be sure to try their Mach 1. It is really outstanding. With Alabamas recent addition of onsite take home sales including growlers, I definitely see Rocket Republic making a name for itself in the states microbrewery market.

This is a great place with a great staff. It is very much a local brewery. Theres a great rocket theme and the beer is excellent. Theres no kitchen but sometimes food trucks are parked in front. Theres always a sour, a couple great ipas, a good scotch ale, and a great Belgian triple on tap. Highly recommended.
