Very professional and knowledgeable employees. When I moved into my house, they explained how I was renting a water treatment system. They went over various details about the system and provided me with information about purchasing the unit. They told me me the best time purchase so that I maximized the credit I received for renting initially. Later I had an issue with the unit not softening water correctly. It was still covered under warranty and they were able to come out quickly. Again, they not only fixed the problem but were able to explain the issue to me and how to prevent it in the future. I have been very satisfied with Culligan Total Water and would recommend their products and services to anyone.

The delivery drivers are always very kind! I have health problems and was recommended to stop drinking city water. Culligan water is always ice cold and delicious. Makes me feel much more at ease about my health.

The first water cooler equipment we received started leaking all over the kitchen floor a day after installation. In general, equipment rentals are pretty worn. Communication about billing and delivery was not straight forward and we had to speak with multiple people to get any answers.

For years weve been filling up our gallon water containers at those self-serve water machines at the grocery stores to use in our coffee maker and personal water bottles. When COVID hit and the grocery stores shut those those water machines we decided to go with Culligan until things returned to normal. Well - were hooked on Culligan now so that isnt going to happen. Great, great service top to bottom. We do home delivery (which has spoiled us) and the delivery guys are the best: always on time, super, super friendly and personable. Culligan is a company thatI have been with for more than 10 years as I rent the water softener for my home. They service and deliver the salt to my home. I never have to worry or think about this appliance, which is a relief since I never know when its out of or low on salt because I hated having to fill the tank. Not to mention, I cant lift 50 lbs of salt anymore. Culligan also hires excellent employees who deliver and load the salt into my softener when Im away from home. I have never had any [trust] issues with their employees coming into my home when Im gone or when Im home during a delivery. This has been an excellent company to work with.

Culligan Total Water Systems Inc. sold me/installed my water softener and water heater (installed Aug 3, 2016). Wade Waltz was my sales/water consultant. Wade did an excellent job of explaining the difference between my old products and the new options from Culligan Total Water Systems, he also went over the cost savings on energy, salt, and warranty information. The customer service from the first time meeting with Wade through the installation was great. The installer was on time and there was no mess to clean up after he left. Even after the job was complete Wade followed up to make sure I was happy with the products, the installation and the overall service. I was happy to report back to him that I am very happy, which is why I give this company a 5-star review. Great service, great people, great products!

Friendly staff and everyone I have spoken with seems to know what they are talking about. I like that we have a maintenance free system. If needed all I have to do is pickup the phone and someone will come out. Now that we have filters on our faucet the water tastes so much better!

They did a wonderful job and I have an older house with old pipes, and it has been fun watching the ice cubes get clearer and clearer. There is no sediment in the bottom of my water glasses either. The installers did a great job and got rid of my old equipment.

Service was fine but technicians and delivery drivers do not take boots off nor do they wear boot covers when inside a customer’s house. One technician decided it would be better to stand on a rug rather then the tile right next to him. They left muddy wetness everywhere. Otherwise we are pleased with our bottle service.

Culligan Total Water has been very responsive since we had our first reverse osmosis water filtration system installed. We ended up encountering numerous problems with the clear link R/O system which allows filtered water to flow through your normal faucet (problems were unrelated to their install). Their techs visited our home many times and were always courteous and worked until the problem was resolved. We recently decided to switch systems and go with the standard aqua cleer which has a dedicated tap. Again, the tech came out and took care of the switch in under an hour. Very happy with the new system and the service weve received from Total Water.

Just great service...the water specialist came out and tested the water and gave us a free estimate. I then got another estimate but that company would not come out to the home and gave me all kinds of options over the phone, this was kinda confusing. I really like how Culligan comes out to the house to see what my needs are, just grade A service. The installer was polite and showed us how to operate the systems.

The salesperson wasnt pushy, nor did he belittle me or try to sell me something my house doesnt need. Installation was quick but thorough. The area was cleaned up after installation. Installer was polite and patient. The salt delivery service has always been friendly and professional. He monitors usage and makes adjustments to my delivery amount. If I miss a delivery, the scheduler is always responsive and friendly and makes it easy to reschedule another delivery. Honestly, the entire experience with Culligan has been more than 10. I havent had any instance of being frustrated or felt insignificant. I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend this company to everyone.

Delivery service is prompt and and most helpful with the 5 gal jugswe enjoy the purified water on a daily basis. We dont need to worryabout build up on our coffee maker and our Keurig.

I love the reverse osmosis water system. Renting the unit is affordable and much easier and environmentally friendly as opposed to buying and hauling plastic bottles. My water taste great and my ice cubes are crystal clear.

I use salt delivery for home and busines, its amazing. I never have to even think about it, it just shows up and they dump it in the softener! I also recently signed up for the reverse osmosis water system with the button at the faucet that automatically triggers the filtered water to come out of my faucet. No second faucet necessary! I love the water and wont drink any other water anymore!

Wade was very quick to respond and schedule a time that was convenient for us. He was prompt, friendly, and super informative! As first-time homeowners, my husband and I know very little, and Wade took the time to show us our water main, the water lines, explained how the softener worked, etc. – he was thorough and explained it all in a way we could easily understand. We now feel much more confident about that aspect of our home.While he was there, Wade also talked to us about installing an RO Water Filtration system in our home, and having experienced how great RO water is at the office, we decided to package an RO system with our new water softener. Wade simply explained how it would work in our home, providing helpful information without pressuring us at all. We rent our Apt. and have a Culligan water softener. We have not received salt or had our system serviced in many months. Every time Culligan is in the neighborhood we wait for them to knock at our door and they always pass us over. They even said that they knocked on our door last week and that is a lie. Definitely a company to stay away from. It’s a racket.

I have had 4 jugs delivered a month for over a year now and I couldnt be happier with the service and price. As long as you get the hot water option on your water dispenser the thing is a godsend.
