These guys helped me out when I had a flat tire, got me back on the road with no hassle. They went the extra mile to help me and turned a very frustrating afternoon around. Very thankful I stumbled into this place.

Two weeks after getting mine and my wifes oil changed there, both our check engine lights came on. Found a hose cut on my Dodge. And a bad spark plug and wire on her Hummer H3. Wed never, ever had these problems after leaving our main mechanic. But after leaving Quick Lane, Ill never again return.

Great place. Im usually out in 30-45 minutes when getting oil changed. The key to not waiting hours is to not go when everyone else does (as is with any other service). They offer shuttle service to the surrounding areas. They seem to retain their employees which means you are getting experienced techs each time. Recently when getting my oil changed, the tech found $10 in my seat. They made a point to bring it to me. To me this showed that I can trust them (in all honesty I didnt even know it was there!) Ive also gotten tires here and they gave me a great price and did a great job.

Originally went here to get transmission work done on my dodge, and everything was smooth for about two months. Then, my battery light comes on and I get someone to look at it. Alternator problems again. Whoever worked on it previously, had left a few things unfinished. Took it back here because it was under warranty, and Michael Benson was incredibly rude to me and my husband. He looked and acted as though we were a HUGE inconvenience. He even told my husband, I dont know why she didnt just take it to the other location. (referring to me. ) Would not recommend. That employee just completely ruined my experience with this company.

First visit I woke up to oil all over my garage floor the next morning. Care was not taken to capture the oil when they changed it and left my skid plate full of oil which resulted in the mess. Not to mention the oil that blew all over my exhaust and the smell I had to tolerate. Complained to manager and received a sincere apology. He asked that I give them a chance to do it right.Second chance... Leaving on a trip Saturday. I called Thursday to inquire about an appointment. I was told they do not accept appointments but they will be happy to work me in Friday. I took 2 hours of vacation in order to allow ample time for my oil change and tire rotation (arrived at 1:00 PM). When I arrived I was told they were not accepting any more oil changes for the day. I explained I had called the previous day and was told that I would be accommodated. The reply from the counter was Dont know what to tell ya... while bouncing a pen on the counter and sucking air through his teeth.There wont be a third chance.

Great work by competent mechanics. I trust them completely. It is worth the drive from Gurley to Madison.

If you can get in here, they do a great job. They say they dont take appointments, but you can drop your car off (because we all own multiple cars). They are extremely under staffed and oil changes can take days. No clue why Woody Anderson doesnt build another location out here like this, but that means most customers cant go here.

Ive had multiple repairs to my Ford focus here and they always do a great job. I had an air conditioning issue and they resolved it for cheaper than Pep Boys quoted me for.Give this place a try.

Was third in line on a Saturday morning and took almost two hours for them to finish an oil change and tire rotation. Upon getting in my car I discovered the technician had soiled my light grey headliner above the drivers window with oil/grime. Very disappointed and frustrated.
