This review is specifically for the bakery, but the rest of the store and employees are up to the usual Publix standard of excellence.I called asking for a specific Disney princess custom design birthday cake. The design was a bigger rectangular cake but the birthday girl wanted a round one. It didnt need to be a big cake either. Given those instructions they made it happen and it was perfect!! Publix bakery for the win!

This is my go to place to gather the ingredients for my Culinary School lab assignments. My program is geared towards plant-based cuisine and the produce section is very clean and organized. Fruits and Veggies are always fresh and labeled accordingly. I also love that the non-frozen bags of vegetables (organic, whole) are located nearside via the cooler wall. I was able to find everything I need without store associate assistance. Also, cleanest bathrooms Ive ever seen! Publix prides itself in more than just its quality inventory.

Publix at Shop at Pine Grove is the newly opened Supermarket at Pine Grove and Wall Triana Hwy. Previously we had to drive to the Publix at Promenade in Madison. Publix supermarket is the most pristine supermarket I have ever seen. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have an awesome fresh produce department as well as freshly prepared fruit and vegetables in the cooler which make it easy if you dont have a lot of time for food preparation.The store has pretty much everything you need for food items and is less than one mile from where I live. The meat market is decent but it would be nice top see a larger selection of beef. The aisles are nice and wide and the shelves are well organized. The staff are all very friendly and helpful in finding what you are looking for or answering questions about an product/item.They have manned registers to help you check out, but they also have self check out registers. There is a Publix App for smart phones, unfortunately this store is not setup to allow for your Publix account to pay using the App or Apple Pay. Hopefully this will be remedied in the near future.It has a nice large parking lot but the entry and exit from Wall Triana is confusing. Very happy to have a Publix close to our neighborhood.

The staff is exemplary. When people were in quarantine for COVID they handled groceries and put them in the trunk of cars. When Ive forgotten things on pickup orders, they went out of their way to make sure it was added. They are always friendly, and helpful. AND THEY DONT FORCE YOU TO SELF CHECKOUT. Customer service minded staff and business models go a long way for me. And I love the local Publix stores because of it.

I made the choice to shop at a different Publix which is further from my house because there are certain staff members that are extremely rude, dismissive, and prejudice. There was a lady working at the deli who, walked past me twice, looked me straight in the eye never said a word and then turned her back on me and didnt care. I had to walk away for a second. When I came back she did the exact same thing. I walked over to a different staff member asked her was the lady not working or on break and she told me no, she treats people like that. Now another employee says this, this is a problem. I spoke with the department manager she apologies, but seems like she is unsure of what to do. I went back in a couple days later and guess who is see...the same rude lady walking away from another customer being dismissive. I will not go back there again, I spend my money where I am welcomed, and treated with respect. I will burn the gas and drive somewhere else.💜💜

Ordered a sub on the APP to be picked up later in the day. When I got to Publix it was ready. Bread wasnt soggy and it was loaded with what I had requested. Store is always clean.

Beautiful new store! Staff are incredibly helpful. The staff all over the store try to anticipate your needs. There is a wide selection of international products I haven’t seen elsewhere. The selection of organic products is great. Love the plants and flowers section.

This store is conveniently located, is always super clean and has a good selection of fresh vegetables, meat and fresh sea food. I also happened to buy some Publix bakery raspberry donuts for a party and they were polished off!The staff are always courteous and friendly. The senior lady at the sea food section deserves a special mention :) I always find her polite and willing to help. Shopping is truly a pleasure at this Publix location.

Definitely prefer this Publix over the Publix closer to my home. While in the store not finding a specific item my wife wanted, the grocery manager Nick stopped and asked if we needed help and what we were looking for. When we told him it was no big deal they didn’t have it, he offered to looking into ordering it for us. While I wasn’t expecting a call back, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back 2 days later saying he located it and is having it brought in the store to be stocked in 1-2 weeks time. Fantastic customer service Nick!

Beautiful clean store! All the produce is absolutely beautiful! We went in for some chicken wings and some vegetables and everything was so easy to find. This new store is set up to be customer friendly. The staff at the store is outstanding. We asked them a few questions and they were very friendly and helpful! We love this store!!!

Now, I love Publix subs, but this location’s deli area is subpar. Tell me how a store with a BAKERY in it is out of bread (they are not - the deli may not have white bread but you can walk directly to the bakery and find packaged “white sub rolls”) Tell me how they have only one person making subs at noon (bless her heart) and staff the rest of the area with the absolutely most rude person who mutters under their breath while doing anything. I do not know if I’ve given a one star review before, but this location constantly has issues.

Very clean store, but not all employees were wearing masks. I understand that the mask ordinance is no longer in effect, but COVID is still an issue. I wont be returning...

I live less than a mile from this Publix. My wife and I very often use the deli. This day tho... I had to walk away very angry. I want sandwich on white Italian. The woman said they didn’t have white and I’d have to choose again. I was confused because next to her was a rack of white Italian bread. A lot of it. She said that bread was for pre-made shelf sandwiches. I tried to tell her that she should make my sandwich because I was right there, she refused. So furious, I walked away! Won’t return. All my life it’s been the customer in front of you is who is served, not the might sell on the shelf.

I love to shop our local Publix great customer service but yes there is a but ! We were very disappointed we ordered a cookie cake on Thursday evening the 24th over the internet for a birthday on Sunday we picked it up on Sunday hopeful that it was going to be fresh and soft.We were excited it look very good but it was very dry when we cut into it!We were really embarrassed when everyone started eating it 😪 this will be the last time we will order a cookie cake from this location.

This is the absolute best Publix Ive ever been to. Im not a Covid crazy person, but they did have several employees outside to the side talking without masks on which I found weird but to each their own I suppose

This Publix is great! I am so happy they have opened a store at this location, as it is very convenient for me. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I cant say enough good things about the employees that helped me today with a product I was purchasing. I love Publixs produce section in comparison to other area grocery stores, as well as the Deli. I like the arrangement of this location as well. Spacious aisles and nice layout. Always clean and well stocked.

This is a brand new Publix Supermarket just opening September 2019. Of course its super clean and well stocked. The registers are always clear or hardly backed up at checkout and the cashiers are always extremely friendly & willing to help.If you find this post informative & helps you with your decision to use this establishment, please feel free to give it a thumbs up. I called the deli to place an order. They gave me a certain time to pick up my order. When I arrived I waited another 30 or 40 minutes and the order was still wrong. Never going back to this location.

Great New grocery store. They have a very nice open seating area upstairs. Get a sandwich or salad in the deli and enjoy it upstairs.

Youre employee at Deli made wait supposedly 10 minutes fresh shrimp but wait 22 minutes while she walking back forth between cleaning and arranging, well she removed the chicken that expired that brought her attention by another customer next to me, she put away the brought back and placed again with the new chicken I was like wow so that not nice .sad I will think twice if buy chicken .well got home all mash potatoe where mix with macaroni 🤨
