I am a new mobile customer of AT&T and I truly enjoyed the services demonstrated by the staff. You dont have to wait too long before being greeted by staff to ask how they can help you. Once they begin pursuing your request, I must say, theyre very competent from start to completion and assure anyone, youll be pleased with the service they provide. I would highly recommend to others that if youre interested in receiving superior assistance with cell phones, rather youre buying a new cell phone, switching to another provider or adding to your existing plan, head over to AT&T, they have the answers and exhibit excellent services while displaying competency and a smile in a professional manner. Madison Brown is a one-of-kind sales associate— he was the most kind, courteous, informative, and efficient sales associate I think I’ve ever met (all while training a new sales associate). He helped me set up my new FirstNet service through AT&T. He explained things very clearly and made sure I knew of any and all promotions that were running at the time. I got to the store a little early for my appointment on a night they were supposed to be closing early at 6pm. Not only did he get me in early, but also ended up staying past the end of his shift to finish helping me out. I truly appreciate the help and guidance through this Madison!! You’re great at your job and I hope AT&T is paying you as much as you’re worth!! Thanks again, man!
Very disappointed in my service. The manager, Betty, was extremely rude and short to me when I was just trying to solve an issue with setting up my internet and she would not help me find a solution, she just told me to cancel my account and go to another internet provider. I have been continually lied to from these associates because they don’t want to help me solve the issue and every time they set up an appointment for me, no one will show up. I hope they can treat other customers with at least a little more respect than they have shown me. I have worked in customer service for years and I would never treat a customer like this manager treated me.
Horrible service. Told returns could be done if not opened at corporate store (this store). Sadly they did not want to honor their own policy and said it needed to be done online. Not a huge issue if she wasnt rude and the info on the phone would have been the same. Go elsewhere :)
The employees at this store are the best!! They go above and beyond and never make you feel stupid, no matter what question you ask them!! I give them an A+
I worked with a representative named Madison on replacing my broken phone. I was also switching my service to a postpaid account. he made it extremely easy for me and did everything he could to save me money by looking for eligible discounts. I was really impressed with their customer service. Madison also made sure that I had everything I needed before I left without trying to upsell me on unnecessary add-ons. I would definitely recommend this location and provider to anyone.

Came in to switch from another phone provider. I was greeted by Madison and he helped me get everything squared away. We ran into some issues in getting information from my previous provider, and Madison sat on the phone with them for 30 minutes to help me resolve this! He gave me great input and provided me with a great deal on my new phone. Through it all he had a smile on his face and was very polite. He even assisted with the set up. Made my experience with AT&T a very positive one.
This store is my favorite store in madison!!! its a convenient location and the service is always great. Josh takes his time to understand, educate, and not pressure to upsell products - he takes time to listen to what I need. I understand this location is busier than others, so I have no issues creating an appointment online or waiting longer hold times over the phone because i know the service is so great. Keep up the good work, Ill be a forever customer.
I never post reviews, but felt inclined to after having such a great experience at this store. My wife and I just moved to town and were switching carriers and getting new phones and numbers. We walked in and were greeted immediately and set up with Tony. We didnt know where to start, but he walked us through everything and made the entire process seamless. Extremely helpful without being pushy or trying to sell us on anything. By far the best experience Ive ever had in a cell phone store!
I visited this AT&T store on E Washington Ave in Madison, WI. And was helped by Ler. She was awesome - super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She answered all my questions (I had a lot) and helped me find the right plan for myself.This was the best experience I have had with regards to starting a new phone plan. Definitely worth a review and 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

My 6 yr old phone died and I needed a new phone now. Forrest was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my best options for a new phone and recommended we change our plan to save money. I appreciated that there was a lot of space between us and other customers. Overall a very positive experience.
Every experience i’ve had here has been frustrating. understaffed and unhelpful, not communicative front door greeter/manager has been a source of great frustration. i managed to get some good repair work done in the past, but it took multiple trips and the good part of the experience was related directly to the (not in house) repairman. Are you very busy? Do you have very little free time? Come by this place and they’ll waste it for you! Want to sit in your car for half an hour thinking you’ll be helped next? Don’t worry, they’ll always be 2 people in line ahead of you. Make an appointment, or better yet, don’t go!

Nice very larges store but they need to get a few more chairs for customers that are waiting. Theres plenty of room to space them out in pairs too.

I got a new phone and signed a contract for new service with Tony. The entire experience was thorough, easy, and Tony is awesome. Truly everyone working at this location seemed friendly, thorough, delightful, and were enjoyable to be around. Tony made the process simple and set up my new phone effortlessly. Went in there a few weeks ago trying to buy a new phone for my wife and I got my name on a list but 30 min went by and still no one had come over to acknowledge us saw the store manager made eye contact and he left didnt say anything to us just left so I went to uscellular instead now she has the new Samsung could of been your money but now its theirs

Zer was a lot of help. Very knowledgeable and patient with the many questions that we had. I was able to get me and my wife new phones with understanding of the contracts and the differences from a lot of the phones offered. Will definitely go back to this store and ask for her assistance when we decide to upgrade again!
Zer was so great to work with when buying the new iPhone 11 Pro. She is very knowledgeable. She moved us to a new plan that increased the data maximum. It also was a lower cost for our family package.

SO! My brother and I stopped in and upgraded his cell phone, after he broke his nearly a year ago (we wanted to pay it off to be safe instead) and were helped out my a younger man named Hunter! The sales reps and manager were very helpful. I was in and out in a short time. The store was also very clean and I felt safe shopping as they wiped down everything before they worked with me.
Couldn’t get them on the phone for 30 mins. Then the representative was defensive and hung up. After I had so much grief with a their 800 number. The person who hung up on me is name was Josh. A waste of humanity and a waste of a store.
I worked with Zer. She was very helpful with everything i threw at her. She got my family hooked up with brand new phones and even got us a cheaper bill. I would highly recommend going to see Zer with all your mobile phone needs.

Walked in looking for a better phone. Paid more than I intended to, but it was worth it.Salesperson was very professional. Only place around that doesnt expect people to be wearing a mask in 90° weather.

I went in the store to register and I told them I came for a battery for my router. Asked to wait in the car. After 15-20 minutes in the car I went into the store to see what was taking so long and repeated my need of a battery. WE DONT CARRY BATTERIES ... go to Battery plus down the street.... VERY INFURIATING and disrespectful of my time.

I went to have the name changed on the account because my husband died unexpectedly. I called and they said they needed me to bring in a certified death certificate, so i did. When i walked in, i was immediately greeted and told there were 5 people ahead of me, and it would be 15 or 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, and only one person had finished their transaction. I asked if i could jump ahead since it was only a name change, and i was told no. So i left.
CJ was the best! Very patient. Helpful and informative. I hope he’s available next time I come in.

After 8 years with an iphone 4, I finally decided to upgrade. I detest technology… its prices, its size, etc. Walking into a phone store is like walking into anxiety producing hell. Fortunately this particular store has an employee named Kayla who was very patient and not at all pushy. She understood my need to keep things simple and inexpensive. Even though I bought my new phone at Best Buy, Kayla happily hooked it all up for me. She is an asset to AT&T and I hope she is treated & paid well. Thanks again, Kayla!

I stopped in to purchase an iPhone 11. The sales lady said they do not sell them outright, due to limited stock. I purchased an iPhone, outright, from the same store 8/2019. However, I was looking to upgrade. I guess they changed the policy. Horrible customer service!

Wasted a whole morning here. Need better communication between phone, online, and in-store. Unhelpful employees that would not give us a straight answer of how to change an order from delivery to in-store pickup. Phone is on back order for a month and no one in-store, on the phone, or online will help. Overall frustrated with this whole process. I am a new customer and AT&T is really starting off on the wrong foot.
