The brand used to be much better in other places.. this is a very small place with 1 worker!! However they are doing just fine but because i love the brand I say they can do better in Madison!! I mean they can expand the business in the city with full equipped facilities like Starbucks.

Probably one of the better cups of coffee on the East side. Watch for deals, they seem to run more buy one get ones than other coffee shops if you get their texts or emails, and any 2 for$5 on Tuesdays right now which is cheaper than what one of my large drink costs. They use real chocolate/white chocolate in their drinks instead of syrups and it shows. Can be slow if busy.

They have great service here. The coffee is a nice warm up before shopping around.

I stop at the coffee shop to get a smoothie every weekend. I dont mind waiting for the whipped cream to be made. It is usually busy but the barista there is always working hard. She is friendly and very helpful. The smoothie is always great. Just because there isnt a line does mean it isnt important to receive the freshest product possible and the barista may have been very busy a few minutes earlier.

Starbucks prices for average coffee. Not bad, not fantastic. I agree with the other reviews, service is slow and untrained compared to what you would expect.

Very basic in-store coffee counter with a constantly rotating staff of Hy-Vee cashiers, not trained baristas. Quality is wildly unreliable depending on whos behind the counter -- often, they havent even learned the basics yet, but are left on their own. Basically, this exists solely to provide a quick caffeine fix for Hy-Vees shoppers.The hot chocolate is noteworthy, however. Like real Caribou locations, it is made with melted chocolate chips, and when the cashier actually makes it right, it puts all other cafes hot chocolate to shame. Thats the only thing saving this place from a one star rating.

Went to get an ice coffee, was the only person in line after the person she was helping and was told she could not help me till she made whip cream, I want a coffee and have to wait for you to make whip cream? I could see if there was 10 people in line but it was just me. I will not return.

Friendly staff, but middle of the road espresso. If youre there before 7:00 AM, you can get in and out pretty fast.

The slowest coffee place I have ever witnessed. I have never rated any business this low. I thought it was a practical JOKE for a little while. I went there for a coffee waited in line then went shopping the same person was still being served. I waited 5 minutes more then left a bit irritated.

Best white chocolate mocha anywhere!!!

I am a Caribou regular customer. Ordered Campfire and it was so bad, there was no chocolate or marshmallows. Visited on May 27th 4:30 PM.

This is second time I visited this location and both times it took 10 min to even get my order in with one person ahead of me. The staff here lacked efficiency in how to multitask. Management needs to train their staff in how to multitask with one person working. Don’t bother coming to this location if feel like waiting 15 min for you drinks.
