Something different and Something for everyone. The tea here is fantastic and you can get it in several ways. Definitely not grandmas sweet tea.

The consistency is missing. I live in Madison and this one on 72 taste watered down. I’m not sure what’s going on but I do go the the one downtown on my lunch break and they’re great.

Piper and leaf has great tea! I really enjoy my coffee and teas and piper and leaf has my favorite tea. Im not an expert on tea, but this is more than just your southern sweet tea. All their teas can be sweetened, but there is so much more intricacy to their flavors. Their staff has consistently treated me well. I honestly dont know if they have wifi, but I think they do. That being said, piper and leaf strong station isnt a place I feel is really homey. At the time of this writing, they have made some updates that help, but it doesnt have the coffeeshop feel I would like. This of course is highly subjective, but I feel like I go there to get my tea and leave, and that the chairs are there for if Im tired, not so much to invite me to sit and chat and relax with friends. I was there today and did sit with a friend in one of their back tables. It was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. But the store lacks that inviting feel. It may be that its a little echo-y. None the less, this is my favorite tea establishment, and the tea prepared in store is always better then the local coffee shops that also carry their tea. 4 stars for their technical excellence. Missing one start because I wish it was a place I wanted to be more.

We budget a lot and we are really strict about it. Piper and Leaf has a line item in our budget. It’s just that good.They have a huge variety of flavors and you can customize your drink. You can get sparkling water, more or less simple syrup (sweetener), extra strong, with milk or cream, etc. The list goes on! Our favorite is Summertime Chai mixed with Lemon Berry Blush, barely sweetened, and sparkling. You can’t go wrong!

Always super nice staff and great tea! I really like how they have everything set up inside as far as keeping mindful sanitation practices in regards to covid. It was very thought out and so unique compared to other places Ive seen! Was just the relaxing pick me up I needed.

Very friendly and extremely helpful. I went in to buy a boba kit as a gift for my daughter and I left confident that shell have everything she needs. I even got a tea for the road! I cant wait to go back!!

These guys have really good tea either in bags or loose leaf this tea you can do hot or cold, go by for a sample if you havent tried it.

Amazing drinks with amazing services. The verity of unique flavors guarantees finding a great choice. The baristas allow you to combine and sample the flavors and really give you the best experience. On top of friendly baristas, the atmosphere is nice and cozy, perfect for hanging out or studying. Look for monks meditation and peach orchid for unique, unforgettable, flavors.

So, we were waiting on a friend to get here, and they got held up in Madison rush hour traffic. We hadn’t been here before, so we kind of just waited for our friend to get here. No one was upset that we were just hanging out which was cool.When our friend got here, we ordered. I’m not the biggest tea fan in the world, so I had no idea what to get. The guy working behind the counter was super helpful, and helped me find something that I would like.He recommended some type of blueberry drink that wound up being amazing. That type of knowledge is something that I love seeing from staff.I’m happy to say I had a great experience and highly recommend in the future.

I ordered a gallon for delivery as a special splurge during the quarantine crazy and ended up having an issue with it. i called to ask about it and they told me they would fix it immediately with a fresh gallon!!! this is why i love them! they are so helpful and so amazing! not to mention the best tea ever! Updating my review now that I have experience ordering online and at this location.The in-store experience is great; lovely staff, great atmosphere, and fantastic tea. Its a wonderful little cafe, and I liked the deal they had when I visited when purchasing multiple teas.Recently, I ordered online to surprise my mother-in-law with a gift. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. The website is easy to browse, and the team has left an awesome overview of each product. Shipping wasnt a hassle either; I was emailed my purchase information quickly, and my mother-in-law got her gift just a few days later. She absolutely loves the teas I got her, and I was so happy Piper and Leaf have tea accessories for sale online, so it was easy to send a tea ball over with the loose leaf tea.Online or in-person, Piper and Leaf is worth checking out!

Must stop and try this tea!! Fantastic customer service and great teas. The best bang for your buck is getting the large mason jar and then you can get refills from there on at any store or farmers market they are at. They have samples of the ready made teas for the day plus more tea for sale in both loose and in bags.

Love the different varieties of tea and marched flavors. My favorite is the Brair Patch Brew. Staff is usually friendly and welcoming. They are willing to help you determine what you want and even make suggestions based on others that you like. Nice atmosphere for relaxing. Reasonable prices for the kind of teas and options you can get.

I never liked tea until I had Piper and Leaf and it is SO good. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of teas and how to make them and all 3 of their shops are super cute! Will continue supporting this company!

Piper and Leaf have amazing tea, that’s not why I’m giving them a 1 star review. When I asked if there was military discount they said only if the person is in uniform. To me this is insane... active duty, reserves, and spouses of the military all have or has served our country. To have to be IN UNIFORM to get a discount is absolutely ridiculous.

Friendly people, tasty tea! My ONLY complaint is that I wish my tea had been stronger, but I like mine stronger than average. They have a comfortable atmosphere, and a neat product presentation and reusable, refillable Mason jar cups available.All in all, its worth a stop. Support local folks.

First time to use. I love tea but I got unsweetened peach tea. No tea flavor and almost no peach flavor. It tasted like cold water with a hint of peach. Very disappointed

The best tea you will ever find! They have a vast array to select from depending on your taste. Piper & Leaf now offer tea to go in a glass gallon jar which is a nice addition to any party or family gathering. It has a lovely in store atmosphere to sit down with a friend or date & share an iced tea.

Ive only been here once and Im hooked. I got Old Fashion Birthday Cake tea and it was amazing. The inside was cozy and the staff was really nice. I would definitely recommend their tea any day of the week.

Visited this local shop while visiting from out of town in a Monday morning. Quiet environment with enough white noise for focus while doing computer work. Excellent staff and manager, who provided my first drink on the house since it was my first time in the cafe. I tried a chocolate flavored tea with pour over coffee on ice with almond milk. Very unique tea flavors, kombucha, and a unique peanut butter and jelly flavored nitro cold brew on tap! Yum! Definitely making an effort to stop in their Huntsville and B-Ham location when I am passing through again.

My boyfriend and I go here all the time and its always Wonderful everytime. The staff is really kind and helpful, and its only $4 for me to get a refill in my huge jar. Its really a lot of drink for the price and its delicious!!

Good tea. The loose leaf is a little expensive, but the flavors are unique and you do get free tea if you buy multiple bags of loose leaf tea.

The food is delicious, but its the atmosphere and ppl that stand out. These kids are really authentic. You can hangout alone, or meet friends here. Various seating options. Family friendly too.

So refreshing!i first started drinking their tea stopping by the madison farmers market when we lived close by a few years ago... walking around, looking at all the fresh fruits and veggies with a large jar of summertime chai iced tea. we moved back to kentucky last september. everytime we visit, i bring my jar back by the madison store to fill up for our ride home.luckily, i can order bags of their tea online so i can have fresh brewed iced tea all summer long and hot tea during the cooler months. my favorite cold tea is the summertime chai. for hot tea its a toss up between the chocola and capri cream. i had stocked up before we moved but recently ran out. i ordered my tea yesterday and received the order today... 1 day turn around incld shipping time! thanks for the super fast service!
