Very happy with my experience. i bought some glass and had special instructions for shipment. They executed the instructions perfectly, reasonable cost, no hassles, even though they dont as a rule ship fragile or large lots. Very competent and nice people.

A new item I brought in was missing from my lot when the auction started. After asking about it, it was added to the listing but the new item had been damaged. When I asked about the damage, they indicated that is the condition it came in with. It was new, not fragile and in perfect condition when it was brought in. Breach of trust. I am done consigning with Wise Owlre: owners resp: I have the right Madison Wise Owl location. When you omit items from a lot, you should apologize and add it. When the missing item is damaged, you take accountability...neither of which happened. When you treat consignors with complete disregard, you lose business
