I have 13 rentals and a pretty good size house i use them for all my heating cooling and hot water work. They get in do the job and get out. That is what i like plus can trust them at my rentals all the tecs are great.

Im sad to see the bad review about being belittled when buying an igniter. Maybe the guy was having a bad day. Ive bought many igniters there for years and have never been belittled while doing this. Im sure to have the model number of my furnace and all is well. And Im a woman, so I get that pretty much at every hardware store, still, where guys feel the need to lecture and enlighten me about things I already know.I have also had their service and estimates several times for my house and a rental, when the job is more than I can do myself. They have always come in way lower than others and done great work and answered my questions. Once they quoted me half (not kidding) of what Air Quality Systems actually charged me. Sadly it was too late to switch. When I talked to AQS to ask whey they were so much higher, now talk about being belittled and berated by the guy there. So, personally, I will always call Heating and Cooling and I will pass on the bad and expensive experience with Air Quality Systems, never using them again.

I had an issue with my furnace late Thursday night. Jose was there before 10am on Friday morning and was outstanding.
