First time going to a store like this before. It was a pleasant browsing experience with clean environment, however, I feel like I got scammed a little bit by the lady behind the counter. We choose to divide our payment up in cash and then the rest on a debit card. After ringing up everything, we stood awkwardly waiting for her to have her manager come over and fix her ringing up amount. Supposedly she entered a worker discount and it took $5 off our bill so she had to go through the whole ringing up process to charge us more from an error she made... Had to cancel the first card payment to charge more to the card after she already told me an original amount and took my cash...? Seems a little sketch.. just be careful going here.

Absolutely horrible experience. Was sold something by a new employee that gave me incorrect information and the burden and blame was placed on me, the customer. Tried calling and couldnt truly explain anything because I was continually being interrupted and spoken over. Of course the manager was off duty. Seriously everyone, in Madison there are an abundance of glass shops run by people who have great customer service and truly appreciate their customers business, not to mention much better quality and prices. I wont make the mistake shopping here again and I urge anyone reading this to not even waste your time.

Great selection of adult toys. Better than most in Madison and the surrounding areas.

Worse store ever. They never know anything about the items they are selling, the manager is the worst. If you complain they curse you out. If you have a choice to shop anywhere please do so, you will be highly disappointed if you go here. To make a long story short, very unprofessional.

I had an awesome experience at this location and at the other one! One of the girls that works there, Im pretty sure Ive seen her at both locations, I think she said her name is Crissy. She is always helpful and keeps us laughing. She helped me pick out a vape and rig for my wifes birthday, even found one for us that was my wife and my favorite colors together, my wife loved it!

Over the course of the last month I have had continuous AWFUL experiences with this store, their workers and their products. I have purchased vape pens and gotten home for it to not work due to it being manufactured incorrectly or be incompatible with the cartridges I have due to the workers incorrect recommendation. THEN they REFUSED to give me my money back or exchange for in-store credit... I usually shop here a lot for smoking accessories but I will no longer be doing any business with them. Waste of money and time!

I really I recently made a purchase at this location with an accessory the sales associate told me was compatible only to find out when I got home that it wasnt I returned the next day explaining the situation asking if I could bring back the old one exchange it for one that did work. I was told by the staff working that I would have to eat the cost even though the sales associate misinformed me about the product I informed them that that was very bad business to make the customer eat the cost because the sales associate misinformed me I will never spend money at either location ever again and Ive been shopping there over 20 years

The late night clerk was so rude. She literally told us we were irritating her and I literally were asking questions. I was looking at a vape that was 279$ and was very interested but her attitude was way to much l. Wont be returning to this location

Havent had much of a problem there, granted it was years ago that I last visited. The clerk might have been a pinch impatient, and could have just let me look and tell me to ask for them if I needed something. Again though, this was years ago, and I was looking at pipes(which were right at the register, so that may have been the reason).

Shaved head girl was extremely rude and not helpful at ALL! Never will shop there again
