This is not just another Nissan dealership. If you want a down to earth personal experience, visit Hays Nissan. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and I made the mistake of visiting the downtown corporate store last time. To say there is a night and day difference between how I was treated at the corporate location vs a family owned location would be an understatement.The entire process from the time we pulled on the lot til we drove off in the new car was perfect. Every member of the staff made sure we were comfortable and happy. We gave a number that we wanted to leave at and everything was clearly explained from start to finish. In the end we left with more than we had hoped for.Thanks to the entire Hays Nissan staff for making a stressful situation as smooth as possible.

Staff were very friendly accommodating with refreshments while wait and book for child.Raleigh was very nice great customer obsession. Very educated on cars on lot and very helpful showing features on car. He went above and beyond to even move old junk from old car to new car. He explained everything step by step during car buying process explained everything to the tee. One option was never presented during process had so many options to choose from. This was the quickest, easiest car purchase ever with the best financing ever.

Painted my bumper a different color from my car. They painted my door perfect, match the paint great but today while I was washing my car a friend point out that my bumper was a different color and now I noticed it, You can see as clear as day on the last picture. Now I have to come out of my own pocket to find someone to paint my bumper the correct color and they lost a piece on my driver side door and tried to argue with me like it wasnt there before I gave them my car. (they eventually found it and put it on. and last but not least they only paid for my rental for like 3 days which made me miss work and lose money in the long run.

I am very pleased with this Nissan location. Despite the fact that I have to return and have the work redone the professionalism and kindness the team demonstrated was amazing. I believe it was Mike that checked me in and managed my work order, he was amazing and extremely patient with me as I was in a hurry. I was worked in and they made it a priority to get my work done as fast as possible.

We just bought our new Rogue from here and the service was excellent. Abram was helpful and knowledgeable. There was no hard selling, just helping us to see the great features of the car. When we decided to go ahead and buy the car, he took the time to show us round the servicing area, booking in our first oil change. He walked us through the online services, getting set up with the app. There was little we didn’t know when we drove out with our new car.

Completely disappointed with the service department. I took my 2018 Infinity Q50 in for an oil change on 10/19/2021 like I always do. They have done my oil change since I think 2019. After leaving my car for an oil change, they called me to tell me they have damaged my oil pan/screw and Im liable for it. They wanted me to pay $632.22 to fix, what they messed up. When I went to get my car and spoke with the Service Adviser Mike Burney, he was giving me all kind of excuses. Once I explained to him they have did all the service work for over two years, he went to the back then came back and stated that they would order the part and fix it when it comes in. About an hour or two after I left I received another call from the adviser Mike stating the his manger said they are not liable for the oil pan/screw damage. At this point he said I supposedly had a after market screw. This is the first time I have heard I had an after market oil pan/screw. They havent had any trouble with the previous oil changes nor did they tell me the screw was after market. The adviser Mike stated that he did not know how they had trouble taking it out. So someone was rushing or not paying any attention to what they was doing. They are trying to cover it up with this after market BS saying they are not liable for it. Why do I have to pay for something that they messed up and then did a patch job and told me they would fix it, to get me to leave. I have dealt with Nissan for many years and this is NOT how Nissan deals with stuff. If I could put negative stars I would for this experience.

Dewan Swett was my salesperson and I will highly recommend him to anyone. Dewan saw that I was interested in the Nissan Kicks and contacted me. I called back to ask questions and set an appointment with him. He notified me that he was home and was having sinus problems. Not once did he complain when I was asking him questions.I already had a bank lined up for my loan and he told me what to do in order to bring the check so I could purchase the Nissan Kicks. Dewan is an outstanding salesperson. Thank you for everything thing. It also made me proud to hear my name called out over the loud speaker after I purchased my first brand new vehicle.

The issue was an air conditioner compressor had to be replaced. They did not have the part, so I was without a vehicle for the entire weekend. I had asked about using my Car Shield insurance to cover the work, and I was refused. The repair was over $1,600.00. Since the technician did not talk to my insurance company as requested, I have no idea if I will be able to get reimbursed or not, because of this I will not be using Nissan of Rivergate in the future. Even though, I purchased the vehicle from them.

Shannon, Nikki, and Brandon were so great and really made me happy with my trade in. They were honest and made me feel so welcomed!! I went to another dealership and they basically tried to short hand me, but Rivergate really gave me a deal!!! They made sure they helped reach the monthly payment I was looking for. A few days ago I had some alerts and I was concerned because it was a brand new car. I contacted a Nissan that was close to me and they said they couldn’t help me and said I would have to pay up to $5,000. I contacted Nikki and she made sure my vehicle was fixed with no charge. They make sure customers are well taken care of! I live an hr away but I don’t mind driving because they are so great !!! I look forward to doing business with them again!!!!

I was treated like a literal queen. The sales team offered me a car that was safe, knowing I had to travel so far for work. They gave me confidence in my purchase, having eased my mind about a ong term payment after NEVER purchasing a car on loan before. I called, expecting that I would not be financed. Not only was I financed, but they explained my credit-which was much higher than I was lead to believe, and how the loan would work- IN GREAT DETAIL. I was with a representative at all times and never once, left alone. Derek was very supportive and kept my energy up while we waiting for the car to be detailed. (Which I did NOT expect BTW). I have never been treated better in any circumstances in my life. I was petrified, but was cared for the entire process and I cant say enough good things. No matter where my job takes me in the future, when I choose to upgrade my car, I will drive the necessary distance to come back to this location. I seriously cannot say enough positive things. So, I have been looking to buy a truck. Going back and forth from Ford Ranger to Nissan Frontier. Finally I decided with Frontier. So I started looking. Called a few dealerships and was given some bogus numbers added to the MSRP. NO discounts. I am not going to name those dealerships. Finally two days ago, I stumbled upon this frontier that the Nissan of Rivergate had. I called and Justin answered. I was to the point about the driveout price and Justin answered straight up. No run arounds. I was happy about it. We agreed upon the price and than I asked him about the financing APR. And again he was right on the point. No nonsense, no pressure of any kind. From the first call to the last one, which happened within 2 hours, I had closed the deal. Thank you Justin for an honest transaction. I picked up the truck today. David helped big time on the paperwork. I was out the door driving my new truck with a broad smile in less than 75 minutes.I will recommend this dealership to anyone with my full heart. As soon as I stepped out of my car, Abram Aziz walked over and asked if he could help me. From that point until I left in my new car, Abram explained everything in a way I could understand. He showed me the cars I was interested in, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He set up my cars technology and walked me through all of the settings. Therefore, instead of spending two weeks at home trying to teach myself how the many options work, Abram did the work for me, and I can just drive and enjoy my new Nissan.

I have had several interactions with this business and all of them have been my absolute least favorite experience with a car. Service was good when we bought our brand new Altima but after that its been 💩💩💩. Took it in for an oil change and when we left radio didnt work. They said come back in 2 days they were busy. Then the bearings went out in the A/C compressor and took 2 days to get the part but now 4 days later they still dont have information on our vehicle. Were headed out of town and now weve got to rent a vehicle, needless to say were not happy!

Damaged my 2019 Nissan Rogue wasn’t a month old yet . Wouldn’t recommend them at all sad can’t have a vehicle serviced where you purchased it. Management doesn’t even care to make it right by replacing my door panel told them direct what would make me happy but didn’t seem to care so going to call Better Business Bureau !!! Sales person, Dewan, lied about pricing multiple times, and then at the end was 5000 over his own top end. Finance guy, John Paul ran our credit for a loan we didnt want. Left the rooms several times without explanation why. He misspoke about both what we needed to do to get paperwork in order and how long it would take. His numbers kept changing and not for the better. But frankly his biggest deficit is he was rude. I knew I needed walk away when neither Dewan or John Paul drove a Nissan. They were a nightmare and Nissan would do well to sack them both yesterday. The only reason I kept the car is my husband is terminally ill and easily upset. I will sell it at my earliest opportunity and NEVER buy another of this brand or from this location. Its a new low-- even for car sales.. Do yourself a favor avoid this location.

The employees were nice. But I was advised it would only be a 1.5hr wait. So instead of getting someone to pick me up or asking for a rental, I waited. It took 3 hours for the work to be completed. I would have prefered some transparency.
