Very friendly and professional. The minute I walked a few steps with arch supports in my shoes a huge weight was lifted off my back and hips. I stood straighter too. I absolutely love them. As I told my son, they are cheaper than surgery and a lot less painful. No one will be sorry if they get the arch supports. Go try for yourself. Good Feet is the best.

Hi, I took my Mother to the Good Feet Store about a month ago in order to get a pair of shoes that would fit her foot, due to her feet swelling every day, poor circulation. Mr Jason was an Absolutely Sweetheart. He greeted us entering the store, and the Genuine Care he showed up Mother(shes 85), he made her feel very special and took care kof what we needed. After that he has contacted us twice to check on us to ensure we are still satisfied with my Mom shoes. Also to inform us that hes always there to assist us in any way. My experience was great!! Paul got me started with my arch supports and a new pair of shoes. When they did not have them in my size, Jason did an excellent job of taking care of me and kept me updated on the status of my order. He contacted me weekly with other possible styles until the ones I wanted came in. Jason came through!!! I am wearing my shoes with my inserts and they are amazing. Thank you for your help.

I felt relief from the first day of having the arch support in my shoes.

I walked in last Thursday (March 11th 2021) in pain in my heel from planter fasciitis, a pain that I suffered with the past 9 months straight everyday. I was pleasantly greeted by the store manager Landon who sat me down and patiently listened to my story. After we chatted and laughed a bit, he asked me my shoe size, assessed my foot, and explained the 3 step system to me and how it works. I was desperate and eager to try the three step program because I was at the end of my rope. Nothing had worked before, will this actually help my foot?, I thought to myself. It was worth a try. I continued with the process with Mr. Landon, who walked me, no pun intended, every step of the way. The process was simple and before long I was the owner of the good feet 3 step system. I walked out although some what apprehensive, but hopeful. I begin using the insoles right away. Long story short, because I could go on all day, my feet were pain free the very next morning. Morning after morning for a week, I waited on this daily pain to come as it had always done when my foot hit the floor first thing every morning but still I was pain free. I had been seeing a foot doctor the past 6 months and had also recently started physical therapy, but my relief did not come until I limped into The Good Feet Store. I thank the young man Landon that helped me more thank hell ever know. He was very kind,, honest, and knowledgeable. The Good Feet Store in my opinion is underrated but has changed my way of life completely! I used to have bad feet, but now I have Good Feet!!!

My Dad has been having issues with his feet, knees, and back for awhile now. On his first consultation with Jason my Dad was standing straight up. He has been slightly slumped over for about six months. The level of professionalism from your Madison staff (mainly Jason) is phenomenal. I talk about Good Feet every where I go. My Dad feels great and he now loves His Good Feet. 🥰

These are NOT custom insoles. They offer different sizes of insoles that are suggested for customers based on a sizing system that is similar to the Dr. Scholl system at Walmart.The decision to be made is paying upwards of $500 for a pair of insoles at Good Feet or $50 for a very similar pair of insoles at Walmart? Oh, and Dick’s Sporting Goods has great insoles for less than $30.

Go in and ask for Landon! Landon is personable and makes your experience at The Good Feet Store amazing! I went into the The Good Feet Store not being able to walk, and I walked out with no pain. I highly recommend.

I came to your store 11/16/2020, trey welcomed us in. Trey sat down with us and he took an imprint of my feet. Then, he went and got the insole that I needed. He explained how and what each insole worked, he let me walk around the store in the insoles, never rushed or pressured me into anything. After the strength insoles I began to cry, the hip pain I had been getting shots for, the hip pain that would not let me sleep was gone. With this being the 2nd. day of having the insoles that hip pain is still non-existence. Thanks for such a good, knowledgeable employee!!!!!Loria Graham

Trey was amazing! He went over the details of the product, answered all our questions and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He presented the product in a way my 13 year old daughter and I could both understand without talking down to her because she is not an adult. He gladly answered all her questions and handled her concerns including how it works with sandals. He is so kind!She has only been using the insoles a week or so I can’t speak to their effectiveness yet. The only negative I have is that she hates having to change them out so often. After she works her way up to wearing them all day, I think this will resolve.

I came in about 30 mins. to closing on a Sunday. I was instantly greeted when noticed, informed of long wait (per 3 customers before me), closing hours, and offered to schedule an appointment if waiting was not an option for me. That alone screams GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I patiently waited till after closing to schedule an appointment for another day, but I was told that he’d still assist me❣️ For Landyn to be working by himself on a Sunday and still help me after closing just made me want to cry. I’ve been dealing with pain in my feet for the last 3 years which eventually moved to my knees. Just how Landyn explained the insoles and payment plan had me completely sold before I knew I was even approved. I’m so excited to go to work now, because I know I’ll be able to instantly go to sleep afterwards without my feet being on fire from pain. THANK YOU so much Landyn! (If it’s up for debate GIVE HIM A RAISE! He deserves it) And thanks Good Feet for hiring great employees like him. The insoles he gave me instantly took the pressure off, and felt amazing

My left foot has hurt me for many month’s! Decided to give Good Feet a visit today, and thanks to Landon, and his manager. I’m leaving the store pain free!! I highly recommend giving them a visit!

I shouldve reviewed this business a long time ago but went through such a traumatic ordeal, I just wanted to distance myself from it for a while.Please let me start by saying to educate yourself before going into any Good Feet Store location.This is a franchise, so each owner can decide how they want to conduct business, but PLEASE READ at least the BBB reviews of this company across the country and the many horror stories of people being tricked and stuck with a huge expense for a product thats not even right for them.From my own experience, understand that if you walk in with foot pain, you are more than likely going to be fitted for an approximately $1000 set of 3 plastic arch supports, plus also more than likely, a $200-300 pair of shoes.You may or may not also be told that ONCE YOU PURCHASE THIS ITEM YOUR RECEIPT WILL PRINT ALL SALES FINAL.It is up to the store owner as to whether they will decide to give you your money back. After putting God on it through prayer and petition I was given mine back, which is why they got at least the 1 star.My recommendation is to STEER CLEAR, though.
