The produce there is disgusting. Gnats flying around the product. If you look under the platform its sitting on theres grime and nasty buildup. The onion shelves arent clean. Rotten onions on the shelf. Ill pass.

I like the Market Place. They have some good deals but some of the groceries are a little high but overall good.

I was headed to no. 4 register, light on, and when I got there the light was turned off and she was cleaning the other stations. I went to self checkout. I needed help. She came but I had to ask. I had several different items that did not want to scan. Also, the checking tray is so sensitive. Could not leave bag on this tray after filling It has to go directly into basket. Needed more than one checker in store. Also could not find small cans of pork n beans.

Easy to find what I was looking for, most of staff is friendly others may just be over worked.

Cheaper brands, cheaper prices. They usually have weekly sales on name brands, especially coke and Pepsi products. Meats are packaged by the employees, so they are cheaper. They usually have a pretty good selection of meat, also have sales at certain times on them. Beyond groceries, market place has a few isles of laundry/dish detergents, pet foods, home cleaning products, paper goods, etc. Prices are higher for the name brands here verses other stores on these products especially. Most of the time they have several lanes open to check out at, no self-check out options here. There is a service desk for lotto tickets, cashing checks, westren union and cigarettes. Deli with fried chicken, various sides, drinks and a small seating area off to the side. They also serve breakfast. The food is good and prices are average. Restrooms are very dirty, only use if necessary. Overall a good place to shop. 24/7

Fair prices with a modest selection of items, Market Place is a great place to go if youre short on something for dinner or if youre looking to stock up for the week.All checkout clerks are friendly and attentive with checkout times being pretty fast.The deli is a great place to get some fresh sliced sandwich meats or to grab something hot for lunch or dinner.The meat department is always clean and the product is always presented very well and is always fresh, with no defects and with little to no discoloration, also with fair pricing with everything appearing to be cut in house.Keep up the good work folks.

They have started a grocery pickup for customers, but after they brought out my groceries I checked my receipt I noticed I was charged a higher price for 2 items, I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone to take of this and I also ordered a Legend Ham and wanted it sliced thin but it wasnt sliced at all and have not heard back from them, I appreciate them doing this service for people but if they dont have the item requested dont put something else higher in your order, its my money Im spending not yours. So be sure to check your receipts before leaving.

This is a very nice, recently remodeled and especially clean store. They have a great selection and have the best prices in town. They have the best meat in town and offer custom cutting for free.

Twice i have bought family pack of ground beef that was spoiled . The 2nd time I called store said being in receipt and get something else. They refused when i got there . Was able to speak to manager and the women at desk came over yelling you cant he was reasonable and polite.thank you

Shelves usually stocked appropriately for shopping. Neat and uncluttered aisles for walking. Always good deal on drinks and 5 for 19.00 meat sale.

None compliant.....I felt unsafe while bagging my own groceries face to face with another customer 2foot directly across from me. No one was monitoring the one person for family in the store or people standing close in the check out line. I’m not going back.

Could be cleaner and food at food bar not fresh or appetizing looking. Fried chicken fresh is good but often not fresh and dry.

I generally like Market Place. They do a lot for our community and most of the employees I have encountered have been kind. I have had a few issues where the customer service experience has been lackluster, but the good they do outweighs the bad. I would recommend that they spend a bit more on customer service training though.

Great prices on practically every thing. Plenty of parking. And its on the right side of town for me and all of my, South Hopkins County family and friends.

Was visiting family in July and went to grab some things. I was extremely disappointed in how marketplace has gone downhill over the years. There was a very limited selection of fruit and produce. I had to return the blackberries because they were moldy. I had to return the salad from the deli too because apparently the deli coolers are so cold it freezes the lettuce. Try eating a salad with thawed lettuce and tell me what you think. Went to Krogers or walmart for the rest of my visit. The only thing that made me give it 2 stars is they had these unsweetened japanese teas in a bottle that were pretty good called Teas Tea. I get them from Amazon now for around the same price with prime lol
