I love this little shop, my go to place for a lot of different items!

I received a coupon in the mail for 25% off “one regular priced item” from Buds & Bows and thought I would give them a try. I have used another flower shop in Madisonville for over ten years and I have always been happy with them but what the heck, give someone else a chance right? I called them and said “Good morning, I received a coupon in the mail from your store and I would like to order some flowers for my wife.” The lady said, “that coupon is for gift shop items only, not any of our floral products.” I said “Okay, well... Thank you then.” And she said “Have a nice day” or something to that affect and we hung up. I threw the ad away and called the other store, bought a nice package for my wife and was done. But then I thought about “What if that was my business?” I would want to know about this. So I dug the coupon out of the trash and looked for an email and could not find one so I looked online and only found this review box. I reread the coupon several times and it says nothing about it NOT pertaining to flowers (which is odd seeing how this is advertised in the coupon “Full Service Florist” and this person had someone on the phone saying “I want to spend money at your store” why would you waste advertising dollars trying to get the word out about your store and then when a new potential customer calls as a result of that money spent on advertising, say to them “sorry, that coupon isn’t good for what you want to buy.”? Why would you do that? Margin? Even if it was at a loss (keep in mind, I have no idea what the prices are for floral packages over the phone so she could have sold me literally anything and I wouldn’t have known any different”. This makes no sense to me.

I live out of state, and I rely on this business for all special occasions for family in town! The best part is, I call and tell them how much I want to spend, and they just make something beautiful!! I have never been disappointed! Will stay ordering from them for a long time!

I called to get a funeral gift from out of town for the next day. The lady who answered the phone was helpful and friendly and even took the time to send me text pictures of items she had available so that I could make a choice since I wasnt in the state. The item she choose was beautiful and my sister in law loved it as a remembrance for her mother.

Called last friday asked price of bulk mulch. told it was 20.00 per small scoop. left 20 later to get some after hooking our flat bed trailer to our truck. we live on eastlawn road so its about a 10 minute drive there. when we got there ..no one there could run the piece if machinery used to scoop the mulch so we came home irritated. Saturday we went back and tried again. man running the place said he had a larger bucket on the front of the machine so we would only get 2 scoops if we wanted 4 small scoops. we said that was fine. 84.00 total price. good mulch. we went back today to get more to finish our yard and price increased to 94.00 for some reason and the man shook the scoop to about 3/4 full. nope if I pay for a full scoop um getting a full scoop. petty...dont care. wont be back!!!

Excellent. Quality, unique merchandise and such friendly folks to deal with. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. So Nice to have this in our small hometown.

The website clearly states the shop is open until 2 PM today. Being from out of town I called to inquire about a wedding gift when and was greeted by HELLO and not the shop name, was informed that they were closed because Monday is Labor Day. Today is Saturday. The lady was very Unpleasant, rude, and a poor “first impression” of any business.

There is a woman who answers the phone and deals with the customers paying their bills, she is absolutely the rudest person ever. She talks to you like you are annoying and hangs up before you can get a word in. I would talk nicely and all she would do is be extremely disrespectful. Instead of trying to help me with something she tells me to shop somewhere else and she talks to you like a dog, what do you want?I have never been so disrespected for no reason in my life.

Dustin is good to deal with and stands behind his work. He and his crew have completed both small and large projects at two of my homes and at the office (which is next door to BlueBoy).Unlike another reviewer, the ladies in the office have always been pleasant.There are only a few lansdscaping companies in this area that I can recommend and BlueBoy is among them.

Great place to shop if you need something thats super cute! !
