Best service Ive ever received for my HVAC. They went out of their way to help me out and I will never use anyone else to service my hvac. Im so grateful to TY for his professionalism and knowledge!!!

Called them late one night, told me they be there in the morning the next day. Showed up early that morning, within 20 minutes of being there he had diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Very happy with the overall experience, I’ll definitely call them again. Great price for the professional service they offer.

It was less than 3 hours after I called that the repairmen had showed up, diagnosed the problem, left to get the part, returned and installed it, and in 40 degree weather. Really happy with their results. Highly recommended.

This is the first time Ive had to call a HVAC company, and now I wont call anyone else but Indoor Comfort Service. I love that they text you confirmation of the job, when the service technician is on their way AND their name, and a confirmation of the job when it is complete. So simple. The service technician, Richard Hensley, was kind and patient while explaining everything to me. He was done in less than an hour. That was on the 5th, and Ive had no problems since. I have no complaints at all, and have already suggested them to my friends and family. You cant go wrong with Indoor Comfort Service.

Indoor Comfort Service is the best. Our A/C went out this summer on 15+ year old unit, they came out fixed it at my request, (should have ordered a new unit then), now to the present, our heat went out so I called Ty again. Told him about it, he came out late that afternoon, our unit was done. He gave me great advice on a new unit and installed it as soon as it came in. He will not over charge you and not sell you something you dont need. Best service around. I dont care where you are from if youre not using Indoor Comfort Service, youre not getting the best service around.

Very pleased with my service from Indoor Comfort Care. They were quick to schedule me even around the holidays. They let me know the time frame they would be coming as well as when they were on their way. They were very professional when in my home. I have had a full install done by them as well as recently just had my units serviced. I will definitely use them the next time I have a need and will continue to recommend them.

I have used this business during the spring/summer months for my central air unit and during the fall/winter months for my heater as well. Ty always goes above and beyond and gets someone out to my house extremely timely and the problem is always fixed. My units are both older so things are going to happen periodically but when they do....I am happy to know that Indoor Comfort will competently handle whatever issues arise! I highly recommend this company!

Ty and his company are the most courteous and prompt company Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. They are the only heating and a/c company Id recommend. Had an issue with my heating unit, turns out it was beyond repair and a possible safety issue. New unit was installed in record time, and exceeded my expectations. Great company to work with. Guys were courteous, prompt, and clean. The experience was a pleasure from beginning to end.

I called Indoor Comfort around noon today and Ty has already came and got it fixed up! Everyone else I called was booked almost a week out so same day service was wonderful! This was our first time needing any AC work but we will always give them a call when needed

We have used Indoor Comfort now for a couple of years. Ty and his men have repaired the old unit in our house on a couple of occasions. As all old units do it would break at the most inconvenient time. Ty has alway be great about either getting to you himself or having his men come and get the units going again so that you experience as little discomfort as possible. When I had them replace the old unit his men ran all new duct and placed the new unit in a more convenient location in my house. The men were so respectful and when the job was finished the new unit was the only evidence that they were even there. We have since used them at the business I work at and we received the same courtesy. Quick to respond, very clean and respectful folks to deal with. Most importantly they actually fix the problems they are called to fix.

I called about my air not working at 8:30am... they had someone here by 10am and completely fixed by 3... couldn’t ask for better service so quickly. Teddy was professional and nice. They also showed up quickly last summer when we were on vacation and our house sitter discovered the air had stopped working. Highly recommend them!

I purchased a new Amana heating and cooling unit. It was fair priced and works great! And it cut my utility bills in half. Indoor Comfort was the only company that offered me a 10 year parts and labor warranty. The Amana unit I purchased also came with a lifetime compressor and heat exchanger warranty. So if they ever fail I’m covered. I would highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs. Thank you Ty for your fast and professional service!

The lady that answers the phone is very rude. They never showed up called again and still didn’t show up then called again and still no show. I’ll take my business else where.

Indoor Comfort is no longer a place to do business with. The original owner, Darrell Hawkins, has sold the company to some incompetent and dishonest halfwit. Not to mention, the poor quality of work is performed by unlicensed “professionals,” as they claim. It’s only a matter of time before this once great company is buried by broken laws, dishonest work, and repeated mistakes. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
