Everyone here is so sweet and so helpful every time i come in. i change my hair pretty often and they are always very helpful with helping me find the right stuff and will guide me through the steps. one of the girls there recommended me one of the purple shades from the unicorn hair (i believe it was called pony) and i absolutely love it. its so vibrant and left my hair feeling so soft, i could not have been happier

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The employee refused to return 4 items for my elderly mother. She said that the website was lying when shown the return policy. Refused to give her name, refused to give her managers information. She asked where we lived. Why? I cant believe that a young lady would treat ab elderly women who just wanted to return a few things and get some stuff to have a girls night. She said she was the manager. Wow Sallys. Good job on vetting your manager and making sure that your store is represented by a good person. Complete fail.

Nice selection, good service, good prices

I like this Sally location and Ive been to many! When I go its always clean and fully stocked. There is always someone there to help out with any questions I need. I also love that Sallys updated with new colors of hair dye and brands ( Arctic Fox 👍)

I get my hair dye and random eye liner from here one of the workers recommended a hair dye and it is my go to every time I love the colors and it stays in awesome the worked are always so friendly and willing to help with my random hair questions. Love this location the best

I went in today to get some hair dye to have my dad do my ombré. The lady there seemed to be helpful helping me get everything I thought I needed. She obviously doesn’t know anything about the products there. I dyed my hair and the results were nothing. It did absolutely nothing to my hair didn’t even change the color at all. I will never go back to Sally’s again.

Crazy to go in there today and they tell me I have to pay .15 cents for a bag because they are going green. They cant restock their product because they cant order things, but they can order bags. Going green from a supplier of all kids of chemicals that arent good for us. I find that odd.

Then start is always willing to help and they have almost anything I need!

Was ok but very small for what I am used to, also wasnt really greeted when walking in and wasnt asked if needed help. I asked for an item and dont know what I was talking about but when showing me what they had the item was sitting right there so misinformed as well.

Always have very nice peoples.

Called on the peanut and they wanted 82 dollars asked if they price matched and was told no. Thats to bad Amazon has it for 49. Would much rather kept my business local, but not at that high of mark up.

The girls working here are always rude. I went in today and was asking about a certain product I guess they dont carry. When she told me no she was snarky and rude. Sorry I asked you about products, not like its your job or anything..

This location has completely gone down hill, they have fired some of their best employees, and replaced them with people who dont really care at all about the customers or the shop, they have been trying for YEARS to get it right but only continue to fail
