Thought this shop was a good store but they are consistently inconsistent told they were going to order what I need then 1 week pases nothing an two weeks still nothing now on the 3rd week of waiting for you guys Ive got to take my business elsewhere because I cant trust this one on its word they very few juices to chose from as well if your looking for a place to just run in one time for juice theyd have what you need the employee running it also had no mask on

I went into the store today and picked out a mod. And the guy put it all together, after he put it all together and I paid for it.Then he tells me I need a battery that I was unaware that I needed. I showed him the one I wanted and he said I couldn’t return in because I I already paid for it, but I never touched it and didn’t leave the store. He also wasn’t wearing a ⚠️FACE MASK⚠️This was very unacceptable and unprofessional. He should of known it needed a battery before I paid for it. I would advise everyone not to go here it was unprofessional!

Purchased a Fume Bar last night only to find out it didnt work the next morning when I went to use it at work. Super annoying. 2nd time I purchased unusable Nic Bars at this location. I swear they buy defective stuff. Done getting anything from here.

They are for sure one of the best vape shops in the salt lake city area! They have a great selection of juices and have a very friendly staff. Their prices are pretty great as well. If you have any questions theyre more than willing to answer them, and they have great recommendations. They have a great lineup of house juices that they make, I personally love all of the flavors they make. Nothings more exciting to me than trying their new flavors, even if I already have a ton of juice. All in all its an amazing establishment

I go here almost daily, if not for their coffee then for their huge selection of juices! Kayla is awesome, super friendly, and very knowledgeable of their whole line up of products she is the one who helped me get my current mod setup built! If you haven’t already visited this shop I would highly suggest it!

This shop is hands down the best Vape Store there is! Theyve got a huge selection of juice, mods, and coils! I always come in when Mikala is working and she now knows exactly what i get right when i walk through the door!

They’re not great at giving the right products for your mod. Example : twice I spent money to buy new coils and they’re either too big or don’t work with the mod. Please teach your employees more.

This place is awesome! I was super loyal to another smoke shop but you cant beat these prices unless youre online. Micheal is really great and helpful, so is the guy with darker hair. Very helpful!They also care a lot about customer satisfaction! I got a bad smok atomizer and they really helped me out when I know other vape shops would tell me tough luck.Theyre very knowledgeable and will give honest advice which I find really helpful. I dont want to be told something is good and end up hating it. I can give an idea of the flavors I like and then get a suggestion which I like.Loyal to Vape Ave 4Eva

Bought a mod there and can’t get any coils I need. The worker never has his mask or takes it off. Doesn’t know much about the inventory which is suuuuper low. Hardly any product!

The staff is amazing, and kind! They dont pressure ypu into buying anything. They talk to you, and help you. Love this place. Its not overly priced. Its like really cheap. And good juice and mods.

Inventory has always been an issue with these guys.keep stock of the products you sell or don’t sell them. And please no need for excuses. I have been going to vape ave since they opened and have been to all their stores multiple times only to find out they don’t have what you need. These guys have been a joke in the industry since they apexes and I won’t spend another dollar at any of their locations. I highly suggest going to murray vapes for all your kilo needs. This place falsely advertises discounts. 11am - 2pm is supposed to be 10% off juice and they have a big sign out front that says 20% off juice. However, the new employee doesnt give these discounts. False advertising and rude staff.

We have been going to this place for almost 18 Months. Always had a hit or miss customer service. Nick, you are AMAZING we love being able to come in and have you help us out. Best suggestions and what a great person. Went in there last week and got treated HORRIBLY by this young girl who just wanted us out of the shop. Hey, you guys dont want us to spend money in there or come in and feel welcome? You got it! There are so many other vape shops in the valley, so we will spend our money elsewhere. She also didnt know jack about CBD. Too busy being RUDE.
