Moved in almost a year ago and it has been great! Only issue I have had is kids running around in my yard and driveway hitting my vehicle while its parked in my driveway and I was even sitting in it this last time. When the car is out of the driveway my yard becomes their play ground and drives my dogs crazy. Other than that the management does a great job and they have community activities pretty often which is nice. My neighbors have all been pretty welcoming as well. Glad we chose this park as home for us!

Im new to Utah ! We’ve only been here 4 months but I love it! As far as mobile home parks go you can’t ask for a better one . Great amenities and cordial residents. We have been made to feel welcome and even the occasional train doesn’t bother us 😊

We were interested in buying a home here. so I made an appointment with silken, the community manager. She decided to no call no show, leaving me waiting 30 minutes with nothing.

Its pretty quiet and the management is pretty awesome unless you have violations of having a dirty lot or parking in the wrong place. You will like living here.

Its a smaller mobile home community, on the very edge of small town of magna, seems to be diverse selection of tenants, who for the most part seem to keep to themselves while still watching out for their community. Small park/playground, tennis and basketball area, with on site private swimming pool and picnic area nearby.Railroad tracks run behind park and nearby shooting range and military exercises, make it less than quiet, but, not too bad. Near to public transportation, shopping, fast food and interstate.

Update 05/15/18Gun range closed no more loud bangs on the weekendsIt’s a trailer park home not much else to say about lots of trailers!!!! It is what it is!!! Negatives are the train horns at night!!! Obviously its magna so this isn’t much of a location everything is next to each other, one other negative is there’s not neighborhood route to school u must walk either across a busy road which no one stops for u at the crosswalk, or along the crazy hectic busy road. There is only one entrance to this trailer park.

Trailer park is upkept for the most part. Pool is open occasionally during the summer. New management does neighborhood get-togethers once in a while. For the most part its quite and safe.

We tried to look up five mobile homes they have listed on their website for sale the manager is never in her office never answers her phone and never returned any of our calls so I finally did call and get ahold of her and she said all all five of those have been sold she just had never updated the website

Wont work with bad credit even if you buy house cash.

Its a typucal trailer park

Its a dump, over priced lot fees, with the loud gun range behind and a train that makes way too much noise and blows its horn all hours of the night. And a swimming pool thats hardly ever open because the tenants poop in it.

These guys cant seem to settle on a price

This place like to kick you out and then take away there mobile home from right under you. It a horrible place to live

Hard to navigate

The WORST customer service ever!! No one is ever at the office. They never answer the phone and dont return messages. Now they have a 3rd party answering department whats the point? No phone calls are being returned. Are they forwarding our messages like they said they would?? Office hours are false advertisement. They are long gone before 5pm.

I have lived here for several years, it is super quiet and safe, my children play freely in the playground, the neighbors are very friendly, thank God so far very nice experience living here
