EXCELLENT! Tiara is amazing! Her manager is awesome as well- he communicates well, your items are loaded up for you and you receive your items in a timely fashion. I live in ElDorado, but started making this my primary store because the customer service is always grand! Even when I was having a problem with the ElDorado store for 6 months, they mediated for me and my problem was solved! Unfortunately, I don’t use the ElDorado store anymore because their service doesn’t not measure up to the service you receive at the Magnolia store. The Ivan Smith store in Magnolia always makes you feel like you’re their #1 customer! Tiara is very knowledgeable and appreciates you as a customer! Prices are a little high but they have an amazing selection and a good financing program. Would HIGHLY recommend this over rent to own because your prices will be much better and they have a nicer selection of items. The staff is always incredibly helpful and very compensating. When I was in college they always helped us how they could with events and such even if it just meant letting us have cardboard boxes. Sounds like such a small thing but I will never forget how much they helped!

Very happy with the refrigerator I bought although with that said I must say as a retired nurse I felt terrible for the delivery guys. The dolly was broken and LIFT on the truck so they had to manhandle the fridge. Very tough on the back, I suggest a new dolly and a better way for the guys to unload the items.Thank you & I will return to the store for furnitureMelinda Cisneros
