Took my girlfriends car in ti get an alignment, they told her it qas gonna be 500 dollars worth of repairs (i knew right off the bat that was a lie) so we took it to her dad, who a mechanic. Just in another state. He told her that nothing was wrong with it but an alignment. If I could put no stars at all I would, terrible place.

Since I purchased the battery at auto zone, he said he would take care of it. Me, not realizing to ask if there was a fee.I thanked them for their service, but I had already made arrangements with auto zone and they would have replaced the battery (which they did for free) and installation- free.I just wish Spittler would have informed me there was a service fee.

Theyre great mechanics and people you can trust. From my experience, they never try to upsell or rip you off. When my car had real issues, they always fixed them, and a couple of times they honestly said it was an easy fix, or nothing was wrong with the car, and didnt charge me a penny. Quick turnaround times, too, but be sure to make an appointment, as they have a lot of customers!

Ive taken my car to these folks a few times for some relatively minor problems. The most recent visit was prompted primarily by a dead battery which I had to replace to get it to the shop. I was concerned that it might be a problem with the alternator, and asked them to check it. While I was at it, I got new tires and had them check the pads and rotors and a turn signal that was out. Despite ample opportunity to pad the bill with unnecessary work, the only electrical issue was the old battery Id already replaced, and the only other work besides the tires was a new blinker bulb and topping off the brake fluid. Theyve always been completely honest and competent in my experience, and Id recommend them to anyone.

I like them. But the condition the driveways/parking lot is in, you need a 4 wheel drive truck. Or else be supper carefull. Iv giving them my car couple times to fix/repair things on it. The 1st time I gave them my car they turned the rotors, put new brake pads on, rotated the tires, and aligned the front end. They did a very good job. The 2nd time i gave them my car was to put new 02 sensers in. They knew to disconnect the ground on the battery 1st, a lot of mechanic shops forget to do that. And it will screw the cars computer up. And then when they finished, hooked theyre diagnostic machine to the cars computer to reset reset it, check everything and make sure everything is in working order. And they did it for a reasonable price. And now my car gets 40-43mpg again.
