Buying the flooring was amazing! Kenneth was the salesman and he is just great honestly. The installation of the floor was meh! There is an air pocket in floor and there is some trash that they seemed to lay the vinyl over. The installation quick though!

I do not know who the bad reviewers used, but it was obviously not Magnolia Carpet One. They were very professional. I spoke to Wes and Vance the day I went in and they answered every question I had. I left the store with samples to chose from and after I picked my new floor, installation was scheduled within the week. Anthony came to my home to install the floor and was very professional and worked hard to make sure the floors were done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place.

Vance and Kimberly were a great help to us when our home flooded and ruined our floors. We called and Kimberly set us an appointment for a free quote later that day. Vance came out to measure our home and we enjoyed a cup of coffee while going over products and pricing. By the time he left, we knew what floor we were getting and how much it would cost us. It was very affordable and I would recommend this business to anyone that is looking to purchase new floors.

The guy that came to install our floor was very rude. He missed 2 appointments and didnt call to let us know. He didnt take off the baseboards on 3 walls. You can see the old floor patter through the new one. The floor is uneven. There are 2 dents in the floor. And they left a huge mess. I would not recommend this place. Go through home depot they are more professional.

Anthony came to do my floor. He didnt come when he said he would. He didnt skim the floor like they said. U could see the old floor pattern through the new. His work is very sloppy to me. I would recommend somebody else. Hes rude and he left a huge mess for me to clean up.

First I paid 4x what the material was. They scheduled 2 appointments no call no show.They said he would skim my floor but he didnt u can see the old floor pattern through the new one. Sent a message to have someone return my call in regards to having carpet installed. Never received a call and that was a month ago. After reading reviews about the Magnolia, AR Carpet One store, I will not give them my business. It is the closest to me but no thank you.

I waited around all day for Anthony to show up. He never did. Didnt even have the decency to let me know. After only 5 months the floor is already coming up on the seam. He didnt put the baseboards back on. He also left the clean up to me . I asked him to lock the door when he left being that I was at work and he left the door wide open.
