I wasnt feeling the greatest and there is no place to sit down. Dont they realize old people come in here to spend there money? You want to know where we go...look in the water aisle. The people are really nice to see you checking out and quick to answer your questions.

Cleanest Walmart Ive ever been in. Store Map is right when you walk in. Found what I needed, was in and out no problem. Bathrooms were clean and smelt fresh. 👌 Best Walmart Ive experienced

I always check the fabric selection at this location. They offer 1-3 yard pre-cut fabrics at excellent prices. Ive purchased fabrics here that sell for $12 or more online.

Registers down so kind of a lengthy time to check out. Needed associate to come over a couple times to check out. Usually have a good experience but since their upgrades kind of shakey

Sad little Magnolia, never ever fails, always have to wait almost as long in self ck out line as full service. Reason, 1/2 the registers arent working or an associate is using the self ck out! Ugh!

Very few checkers working and no buggies inside the store. All the buggies were in the parking lot. Several employees were just gathered around the side entrance visiting and smoking

Magnolia Arkansas Walmart Supercenter recently remodeled and the store is a clean and friendly store. Convenient and usually on our route to the lake.

Employees talking on cell phones and listening to videos as I passed by them. Noone asks to help find items anymore. While employees are stocking shelves...when they do...they act as if customers come 2nd as if we are in the way.

Got everything I was looking for but I wish they would have better clothing options for women.

This store is HORRIBLE. Never any checkers, then on top of having to check yourself out-every single machine says No Cash Payments, there was spilled food on one of the registers that no one was bothering to clean up....

Its Wal-Mart. I have a love hate relationship with this place. I hate to go there and avoid it at all costs... until I cant. And then I go.

I just left walmart. There were absolutely no cashers and when I asked about it the lady at the service desk was very rude! I have to shop here because its the only place that has most of the stuff I need but it should not take half an hour to check out. its hard to find someone to help you and when you finally do they have no idea what theyre doing. I swear its like the employees there just go to work to group up and hang out.

I arrived at Walmart around 7:10 pm. Went back to the cell phone s. I got there around 7:15 pm. Found a phone I wanted to buy. I waited at the counter till 7:34 pm. No one showed up at the counter so I could buy the phone. Then a lady that works at Walmart said that station was trying to close. It doesnt close until 8:00pm. Alot of wasted time. Unprofessional . Sad sad

The associates have better things to do and talk about besides doing their jobs..and the attitudes wow..

It was awful, there are 2 cashiers checking people out on a SATURDAY, self check is absolutely a crowded mess, the employees are rude & inattentive to your needs, they all seem to be in slow motion and lazy, and ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES! I literally shop at DOLLAR GENERAL just so I dont have to deal with wall mart! Every time I go it gets more expensive, nothing is ever in stock, things are always changing! So there you have it WALL MART SUCKS!

The Walmart in Springhill Louisiana has the most wonderful and patient employees. The Walmart in Magnolia Arkansas is the best one iv been to yet. Im a loyal Walmart shopper. Springhill is my home store.

Walmart is pretty good for the most part theyre having a lot of problems with stocking while customers are in the store I thought the whole thing about being shut down from 10:00 p.m. to like 7:00 a.m. was to sanitize the store and to stock maybe they need to change their deliveries or whatever to so they can stack at this time the other thing is they have a big problem with prices if you go somewhere and they see a price on something it normally doesnt ring up that price at the register its usually higher so they need these people that work there to go through the store and verify that the price above the product is the actual price and if it isnt they need to take the product off the shelf and put it somewhere until they can figure out how to correct that or maybe we can start need to use our cameras any stores and take a picture of the price with the product and demand that the store give it to us for that price because I have to argue with them all the time about the price that it says and the price that it tries to charge me arent the same the manager doesnt seem to have any control over her employees taking care of this process maybe we need a new manager

Rude customer service waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged for a return held me up at door for a 20oz bottle of soda demanding for my receipt when 4 employees watched me in the self check out lane ring up everything while the young couple next to me stole over 100$ worth of merchandise and was not asked to see their receipt 🧾 will never return to that store ever again

Dont like goin to Walmart. The customer service is terrible, theyre rude and they ignore me, but on occasion I hafta have something that no other store in town carries. I stay outta there on purpose. Even the customers are rude.

All I mainly needed was jugs of water and this the the 3rd Walmart Ive been in and the are ALL OUT !

Employees are rude. Customer service is severely lacking. The actual customer service department is rude and has rules in place that I have not been subjected to in other Walmart stores. The body soap selection is limited. The African American and makeup sections always seem to be in disarray and picked over. When buying produce, Walmart pick up orders rarely have the weights/specific items you’ve ordered correct (ex. Vine ripened tomatoes- which cost much more replaced with regular tomatoes but receipt reads vine ripened.) I have been charged with .5 lbs of jalapeños and received.25 lbs of Serrano peppers before as well as being charged for more weight than I received on actual jalapeños. Corporate needs to look into this store. It’s sad really.

Covid has been hard on businesses, but this Walmart has been exceptional in ensuring it meets the needs of the community by offering Walmart prices in a store that shines with disinfectant while putting a human face on service.

They dont care where they put their items as long as they are put somewhere.the other thing is Walmart doesnt say anywhere that they have a water refill station. Cost is 39 cents a gallon. A better deal than 6.50 for 5 gallinsThe Arkansas Blvd store. They had some sort of church or school group there there were probably 20 plus kids and staff in a line. Why didnt walmart schedule this group to come in before being open to the public. There arent enough front staff once opened.

No one in this place knows anything I talked to about 12 people in there each and every one was answer was I dont know from the woman at the door to the employees that I asked to help me find things Im used to people saying okay let me help you and then taking me to the spot where they should be the items Im looking for but that is not the policy here when the ride on shopping carts did not work three out of five no one knew why or had any plans to make it better as a matter of fact they were saying that the customer should know which ones to pick even though they dont know which ones are working I was very disappointed and frustrated about service

Well you probably really dont want me to tell you about the Walmart in Magnolia Ar.It never has what I want or need when I go in there. Its ashamed I have to choose between the Walmart that I have.I get better help when I go to Shreveport Louisiana for a doctor appointment.The workers in Magnolia are so snotty to the shoppers. Just like the ones in Camden Arkansas. I live in a small town that does not have the store we need.So I have to go to Magnolia,Hope, or Texarkana most of the time.
