These guys are amazing. Scott is engaging and wants everything to be perfect. I have had multiple bikes in the shop and all the techs have taken an interest. I have been impressed each time I bring my bikes in. Any negative reviews of Scott and his team is a personal agenda and not reflective of the teams commitment. Scott is a perfectionist so plan accordingly, he is swamped, yeah, he is that good!

I took my bike to them for the first time a few weeks ago. It took about three weeks to repair (tune-up & minor replacements). The work was completed quickly & very well. The parts being shipped took the majority of the time. Really nice guys at the shop. Dont be discouraged if they are short with you on the phone, they are working to get things done in a timely manner. Great in person. Bike rides like a cloud now. This shop has become my go-to.

Took my bike up here to get new tires and change all 3 oils on a very short notice due to me and my wife had planned a spur of the moment ride to three twisted sisters in the hill county for our frist time. I had a issue with a bike of mine that I could not figure out, I’m pretty technologically inclined but could not figure it out, so I called scooten cycles and they told me to bring it on down. When they finally got down to working on the bike and I mean worked on it Scott called me several times about this and that and kept up with me on everything. Finally got the bike fixed the day before my first race of the Season and qualified 4th place. The bike is running strong and super super happy with the work.

I managed to mangle up a bolt pretty bad while installing saddlebags on my wifes new bike. Emailed Scott in a panic and he responded back that night after hours asking me to bring it in the next day. They were able to fix the issue, get me out of the doghouse, and save my marriage. What else can I say......customer for life.

Ive been doing business with Scott for several years now. It was mostly small stuff; oil & filters, new tires, that sort of thing for my `06 Road King Big Bore (95ci).Then about 2 years ago the oil pump failed, or so I thought. The bike started banging and clattering like Id never heard before. So I trailered the bike back to the house and started Googling around for oil pump replacement. The videos indicated that all it took was removing the nose cone, remove the bolts from the cam support plate, then slide the support plate/oil pump assembly off the crankshaft. It wouldnt budge.So I brought the bike up to Scooten Cycles. It took both Scott and myself to wrestle that thing off. The first thing we saw were needle bearings lying in the crankcase. The inner bearing on the rear cam had come apart slinging needle bearings everywhere. Damn. One needle got sucked up into the oil pump and seized it onto the crankshaft. In 2006 I started a custom bobber project... at least 5 shops in two states have tried to sort out the electrical side of this bike and a host of other problems, like the seat bracket breaking three times. To be honest, Id about given up on it after 10 years. I took one last chance and had Scott from Scooting pick up the bike. Trying to get the taillight to work and get the thing to turn over consistently. It took some time and there were a few other major problems. But I will testify that finally after 10 years I have my bike! It turns over first, time, the wiring is clean and simple. Ive had my nightster to scooten cycles a few times. Scott The owner does good work and hes cheaper than harley. He did me a solid with my last repair and ill for sure go back
