This has been my best car buying experience thus far. I highly recommend Ganni. He is just as helpful after your purchase as he is before you purchase. The last Mercedes I owned was a 2012 two years ago, so I had a bit of a learning curve. He responded to every text/email I had regarding the vehicle after I’d already took the vehicle home. He got me approved and locked in the vehicle before i arrived at the dealership. He was honest and transparent. I’ll definitely be back.

First impression was that the staff was dismissive. I paid $181 for a diagnosis and NOTHING was done because there were aftermarket parts on my car that I was not will to pay them to change. Instead, he continued to advise me to trade my car in. When I decline the advise and/or the additional $800 diagnosis, I was told that I should come with a tow truck because my care hasnt started since dropping it of. I arrived with a tow truck but my car started perfectly fine when I arrived. I drove it back home.When I arrived at the dealership. It was parked in the dead lot under lots of trees with tree sapp, leaves, dirt, debris and dirty hand prints on my vehicle. My experience with Mike Hertz and this establishment was a nightmare!! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Professionalism and Service are two of the main reasons I LOVE Mercedes! Without a doubt you can go to any Dealership and be treated very well but when you are out of town and can go to Mercedes with an emergency and be treated like you are most important, that is as good as it gets!My recent visit to Orlando included a trip to the service dept...Michael Hertz was so friendly and helpful, had my car ready in no time. Scheduling staff provided stellar customer service. Superseded customer service at Millenia. Alberto was friendly, respectful and thorough. Alberto listened, he helped to increase my comfort level with choosing Mercedes and he was genuinely concerned about my service issue. He displayed that by the way the issue was troubleshooted and solved. However, the staff overall on the property was not welcoming, not helpful, and disconnected. I’m not sure if they know that they are in customer service.

I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for decades. Currently I have an SL63 AMG in Florida and a GLE 43 AMG in Montana. Yesterday I took my car into this dealership to have a trunk lock system evaluated to determine why the latch wasnt closing the trunk lid completely. The service department had my car for more than 7 hours and never called me to provide the diagnosis nor repair estimate. I called twice, was on perma-hold and was dis-connected twice. I had to return to the dealership to finally speak with the General Manager, Service Manager and Service Advisor. I was told by the Service Advisor that he was going to check on it.....15 minutes later he informed me that I was going to need a new latch. He stated that he would email me the estimate, which I didnt get. I called back the next day (today) and left messages with both the General Manager and Service Manager, which apparently prompted the Service Manager to call me back. Needless to say I will not be having the work done on my car at this dealership. I will not be going back to this dealership for anything. If you want to work with total incompetence, then choose to go there. I will be contacting Mercedes Benz corporate and sharing this with them as well.

Rafael Pena has been my service advisor for my E400 since I bought it at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando 3 years ago. Rafael is GREAT and I am very happy to have him as my service advisor. I know that my E400 is always in good hands with him when I take it for service. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient in explaining the service being performed. I took my car for service two weeks ago and as always he was great. I highly recommend him.

Do not come prepared to purchase your vehicle with a pre approved bank draft. They will not accept it. Claiming the bank issued draft takes too long for the dealership to be paid. Ironically my bank has yet to be paid for my trade in. You want your money quickly but are in no hurry to pay off my trade in. Please be more upfront with your clients on this topic. I waisted several hours of my time by prearrainging my loan and coming in with bank issued funds.

Lessons learned not to nickel and dime on simple jobs like change oil. I brought my Smart car to Dealer Service Alternative for simple oil change; their incompetence damaged the oil plug and the oil pan costing me eleven times the cost of oil change. Lost confidence, I had towing service bring my car to Mercedes Benz and did an excellent job! Just do not believe any other than Mercedes Benz claiming Benz and imported car expertise.

Not happy! I had a new windshield put in here at the service dept. I noticed a leak after the service and called back the service dept and left a message for them to call me back. No one called me back. I then called them again and explained the problem and told them I needed to drop the car off for service and get a loaner car so I could return to work. The service attendant informed me he would not give me a car to use. This is horrible customer service and not the usual way I have been treated here. This is my 3rd Mercedes that I have owned and this location is by far the worst service I have ever received. Mercedes has always had a high standard and I have always been treated well, until now. I am hoping Maitland Mercedes will make this right. Last time I was there the service dep … Michael Hertz he very helpful . Now I have to waiting for him to give me a call back.

I have had multiple encounters with dealerships over the last few years, but nothing can compare to my experience with this one! From start to finish, everything was smooth. I worked with Carlton in sales; who is kind, knowledgeable, and very honest. He truly cares about his customers. He made sure I was informed of every step and every option I had, and also made sure my vehicle was in pristine condition before I drove it off the lot. I work with Ramy as well, the finance manager, and he was exceptional. I can’t say enough good things. If you want to ditch your typical experience with pushy salesmen & shady deals, you need to come to Autonation. They will take great care of you.

I’m disappointing with their service department. I brought my car to get service A at this location. The tire pressure were good the service. After 4 hours, the right front tire of my car only got 22. I talked to the staff, they took my car back to got air. After I drive my car back, I haven’t go out for one day. Guess what, the front right tire are completely out of any air. There is 0 air in my tire, so I called this location and ask for a solution. The first receptionist just transfer me to a empty line and let me leave the message. I hang up and called again, and the second receptionist put me on hold for 5 mins and told me she email the supervisor. She just said somebody will call me back probably by the end of today. She told me supervisor is working at this location today. I wait until 5:30pm, and service department already closed. So I really need Mercedes Benz can give me a answer

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have had such an unpleasant experience at this location and service department that I felt led to share. I took my 2007 SL550 to Mercedes in Maitland in April of 2020 for a recall on the SBC hydraulic unit. I also had the car serviced to include the transmission. 1 week later transmission fluid was leaking so I took it back for it to be corrected. Fast forward to September of 2021- my brake light came back on and break fluid was leaking. I might add this car is in pristine condition with only 34k miles on it. I called again and Mercedes immediately had it picked up and brought back to the service department. My car was with the service department for two full weeks. The SBC hydraulic unit had to be replaced again. When I was given an update I was told employees were off, the tech was checking the line, and parts were ordered. I understand the times we are facing right now… however during this time there was no communication at all. I had to call several times to get updates through the looped answering system they have set up which is tiresome. Mercedes stands behind a huge name that is supposed to provide excellent customer service to their customers regardless of the warranty being expired or not. I did not receive that at all. I’m disappointed.

Service was great. Service Manager was great. Price was twice as much as it should have been for a 40K service check even with a $100 discount when the only things needed were oil and filters. I will not recommend service at this location simply because of cost and nothing else.

I would give zero stars but you have to give at least one. Service advisor was terrible and when I spoke to Service Manager not much better. Dropped off vehicle for service in the morning and received a call at 4:30 that afternoon asking to bring the secondary key. I asked if it could wait until morning and I was told they really need the key now. 45 minute drive in rush hour traffic, to go 9 miles, to get there and service advisor is gone. No one knew I was coming. Left key with another advisor with why and who needed they key. 8 am next morning I get a call asking about the key. Not happy again after advisor not waiting for me to bring the key. Spoke to service manager and got the oh well attitude. He didnt think his employee needed to stay and wait for me. I tried to explain my expectations since I was asked to bring the key right away but the service manager told me his employee wasnt expected to stay and wait for me. They just want your money and it doesnt seem as if they care about you and the inconveniences they cause.

The salesman was very good. They located an ordered the car for me. They also shipped it.But I am concerned, because I am still waiting for them to send me the second key. And more importantly, there are sprinkler stains on the car (I thought they were water stains when it was delivered). These stains require a clay bar to remove. This process can cost hundreds of dollars.So a generally very positive experience has left me frustrated.

My most recent visit (3rd this year) will be my last as there is always an issue when I go. The 2 stars are to acknowledge that I received the necessary to get my car back on the road. My husband and I are convinced that my service advisor provides lackluster service to me because I’m a female. Just had my GL550 service here and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and got me right in to service. The customer area is nice and inviting and has convinient amenities as you waited for your vehicle.The rest rooms were clean and the show room had some really beautiful cars on display.the price is decent, lets face it youre in a dealership, Mercedes Benz to boot. The service C performed was priced right and I left not feeling too bad. I did get a fair warning on the next big service and how much I will be paying. I can appreciate the early warning, it gives me an option to price around.The service was done promptly and the vehicle was returned clean and ready to go. I look forward to dealing with them again.

I had my ML350 in for service. Had a miss upon acceleration. They had my car almost 2 weeks and a bill of over $1000.00 and did not find the problem. I picked it up and took it to an independent service center and for $50.00 and 15 minutes determined the problem and what service was needed. Therefore I do not have a lot of good things to say about their service department. Not only that but try to get them on the phone wait on hold forever.

I have never seen a service department that is this busy! There were about 20 cars lined up, impossible to get out on time. I had an appointment at 9:00am and I only was getting brakes done and it took an entire day. I had a loaner but I should not have had to wait until the next day to get my car for a repair that can be done in around 2-3 hours, when I had an appointment. Im almost sure they pushed my car back at the end of the line just because they had given me a loaner car. I dont think I will go back there unless its an emergency and I dont have the time to go to Melbourne. I will return to the dealer where I purchased my vehicle, Melbourne Mercedes even though its an hour drive away.Also there was a customer at the Maitland dealership demanding a loaner car who evidently didnt understand the procedure. If you want a loaner car you must call ahead and make sure the day of your service there is one available. The customer was very rude to the service employee which I found to be uncalled for. It wasnt her fault they didnt have a loaner and he didnt understand the procedure. Kindness goes a long ways.

Had a great experience. I am in from out of town and got a flat tire, I called to see if they could get me in same day, Macy, checked with Ray in service and said they could make it happen as we were continuing our travels through Florida and I really needed my tires replaced. Ray went through the pre-pay service plan with me in detail and highly recommended the program. I called my finance guy and got it all set up. Not great. Very hard to get anyone on the phone. Had a flat tire replaced, dropped off in the morning and hadn’t heard anything by 5 pm even after trying to call several times and left voicemails. Finally just went in person around 530. When I got there I just stood in the doorway while employees were chatting. After several minutes of awkward standing someone finally said “do you need something?” Then they said “oh yeah it’s ready.” The rep was not particularly friendly and didn’t say thank you for the business or anything remotely positive, just took my card and then handed me a receipt. Overall unimpressed.

My visit was to replace two run flat tires on my E300. I love that you can schedule an appt the day b4 online. Very convenient 👌. I must say that my service advisor (Ivan) is always amazing 👏. My tires had to be ordered, which would take a week. But Ivan was able to find a loaner for me with out notice. He consistently goes above and beyond to meet and exceed his customers expectations !!! I came to buy a used Mercedes from this dealership. They start the whole process, show you cars, they sell you with their “service” and “amenities.”Still a typical dealership so don’t forget the “let me speak to my manager and see what I can do” card is used heavily and it’s all a part of the show. I ended up with a Mercedes CLA250 as it fit everything I wanted, mind you I was 20 years young. All I wanted was the car payments and the gap insurance. So the payments started at around $400, but then they enticed me with getting “extended warranty” as the current warranty was going to end. As a 20 year old, you just go with what the “professionals” tell you. Payments went up to $504. They convinced me with their sales technique to get extended warranty way before getting Gap Insurance and the conversation was quick and short, almost like to make you forget about it.The few times I came in for vehicle service, which is another disaster in itself, my sales consultant would approach me about buying a new car, every single time. FYI If you need car service DO NOT COME HERE. Go to Euro Motors in Lake Nona. Might be a drive but when Mercedes of Orlando will charge you $400 to fix your gas cap opening vs Euro Motors for $80, that should answer everything. Anyways, as someone that likes changing cars often, I definitely would’ve loved to buy a car from them in the future before I had realized all the manipulating they had done. Fast forward to today, car was totaled in late 2018 and I still owed $15,000 as insurance doesn’t pay all costs and I did not get gap. I give them props, they knew how to manipulate a young 20 year old who was barely informed about gap and insurance, etc to buying a used car with extended warranty knowing the sales consultants make most of their money from that. Luckily, it’s 2021 and I purchased a brand new 2021 Tesla Model X out of pocket. It was either a Tesla or a G-Class but after this experience, I’m satisfied I know all the information of how this dealership works, will never purchase here again, will keep informing people of their sales pitches and “show” style and will never provide business to them. Oh and this will not be the last time I will be posting on social media about this dealership. Trust that 😏

About a month ago my husband and I traded in our previous vehicle for a new vehicle at this dealership. What initially seemed like a very smooth transaction, has turned out to be a complete nightmare. Mercedes is affiliated with AutoNation, and my previous vehicle has still yet to be paid off. Apparently, they had sent The payoff check to the wrong location, and as a result my credit has been affected, and my license is under suspension. Still, I sit here today and my previous vehicle still has not been paid off, we have received little to zero help from either dealership in regards to facilitating the issue that they have create it from sheer carelessness. So do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this dealership. This hands-down has been the worst car Buying experience that I have ever had!

Got my vehicle home after taking it in all day on Monday to diagnose a suspension malfunction code and coolant started pouring out spewing all over my garage. Looks like they forgot to tighten my coolant cap. I called and they said to put to cap back on and drive it in. Well, that probably would be bad advice since the reservoir was dry. Luckily I had a jug of European formula coolant so I filled it myself and drove to an auto store to top it off. The associate I spoke to didn’t seem too concerned and that was alarming to me because this could’ve ended way worse. Might consider going back to South Orlando after this incident for service on my AMG. Oh, and had a nice mess to clean in my garage as well

Got my husband his Explorer Sport from Mercedes-Benz of Orlando and I definitely plan on getting my next car from here. It was just a long drive. We also got the warranty and the closet location is in St. Pete which is a 45 min drive for service. All in all was a smooth and easy buying process. We had 90% of the information we needed before we got there! Loved that.

Ray, who was assisting me when I brought my car to get serviced, was awesome! Busy guy but very attentive and clearly knew how to prioritize. He also went out of his way to troubleshoot an issue with my CarPlay and still ensured the service department took a look at it too. Overall, great experience - easy to schedule and then was in and out.

Great experience. I brought in my car for an airbag recall. They performed the replacement in less time than expected while also performing a check of all of the standard fluids, tires, etc. They did not try tp upsell me for additional services and the team all seemed to be having a great time. Wow! I absolutely love this Mercedes dealership. They are fantastic! I checked out this location after a long and disappointing day at the Millennia location, I got way better customer service, a super LOW interest rate, was able to trade in my car (they also gave me more value for my previous vehicle), the staff was great (T Lee helped us—go to him), they even offered me to take the vehicle home to see if I really like it and long story short...I came home a brand new Benz a whole $4k cheaper than the other car at the Millennia location, way less miles, white exterior, and with the dark interior—exactly what I wanted. It was a great experience! I bought my CLA 250 from them back in 2019 and T Lee (Terrance) was my sales representative. He was great and so nice. He made sure I left satisfied. I even loved the sales manager. Since my dad couldn’t make it the second day, he made sure I was taken care of and treated me like I was his own daughter. He was so amazed at how mature I was and really looked out for me. I really appreciated that.I actually went there recently for service and I saw everyone and they remembered exactly who I was after almost 3 years. They even asked me when can they get me in my next one…LOL! Not yet, not yet! But either way, even the service guys were great as well. My favorite is Marcus! He always takes care of me, makes sure he thoroughly explains everything so I understand especially being a woman, very professional, and he never pressures me into things like I have experienced before at the other location. I even saw one of my former students who was one of the detail guys which put the icing on the cake for me.Although I live in Orlando and closer to the Millennia location, I will drive the 30 minutes to Maitland just to get my car serviced. Wow! They are such a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere is so positive! Please do yourself a favor and check them out! I love them so much.

I was there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. My serviceman - Marcus Diaz - accepted me right away, took my car, and gave me an approximate time when services would be complete. I was escorted to a luxurious waiting area and was offered coffee and a snack. During my wait, Marcus visited me twice to update me on the proceedings. I received a complete written inspection - free of charge. Additionally, my vehicle was also washed. All this within the allotted time. I am completely satisfied and will recommend Mercedes-Benz of Orlando to all of my friends. I am COMPLETELY satisfied. Thank you!!
