Its permanently closed even though it shows open on here. I dont understand why a great place like this that was always busy and never had any bagels that I wanted because of how busy they were just to be shut down. I sat at the parking lot for 5 minutes and watched 4 elderly people at different times walk up to the door to get food and you guys just shut down and didnt care about them. You dont care about your community that supports this location! At least change your Google times to let these poor innocent people that just loved your Einstein bagels no that you no longer cared enough about them to keep your location open. What a shame corporate greed so strong that they cant even let people know that they have decided to take away the one thing that this community loved.

Bagels are pretty good, sometimes staff is disorganized. I ordered online so I didn’t have to anxiously deal with people and waited 20 minutes to ensure my order would be completed. It wasn’t and I found out 2/3 items in my order weren’t available. Were they going to tell me? I ended up having to do what I tried to avoid. Service was friendly, though!

Although service is usually on point at this chain, this particular store leaves much to be desired. Perhaps a better training program for their employees would improve things or maybe it needs better management.

The eggs aren’t fresh they are almost always old and overcooked and green/grey, dairy products are left out all day and not disposed of after the required time, bagels are stale, understaffed,,, And overall. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.,,. Unfortunately this has happened every time I have visited,,, Food poisoning 👎

The cook staff on Saturday the 6th was incompetent. No one in line to order when we arrived, one order before us on the screen. It took 20 minutes to get our two bagel egg sandwiches prepared.Staff stared at the screen over and over, and would slowly do the next step (e.g. open one bag for the order, slice one bagel put it in the toaster, wait for it to complete toasting, slice second bagel and do the same.) And on top of the long wait, the order was wrong. Keep up this type of service, and you will go out of business.

Food is decent but service is really really slow/bad. 25 minutes for a bacon avocado & tomato sandwich is pathetic. Multiple people after me got their order before me. Make me think twice to even consider this place for breakfast sandwiches.

Terrible experience. Ordered online at 10:00, was told the food would be ready at 10:20. Arrive at 10:20 and the food wasn’t brought to my car until 11:10. Asked for a refund and was basically told there was no way to do in store and it needed to be completed on the app. Staff was rude and acted like it was my fault they were a mess. This isn’t my first bad experience with Einstein and I will not be ordering from them again.

Nope dont bother, to comercial, bagels are small and have a rubber texture. Eggs are not fresh grilled almost cooked like processed.

This place is usually pleasan, but occasionally there are issues with rude cashiers. My last visit was one of those occasions. I went in on 10/31 around 12pm and ordered two bagels and an orange juice. The lady that took my order was polite. Went to pay and the cashier was RUDE as ever. HANDED her my debit card to pay and after swiping it she looks me in the eye and PLACES IT ON THE COUNTER. She then crushes up my receipt only to later ask me if I wanted it. I told her yes and she hands me a half CRUSED receipt which isn’t a big deal, but the sheer principle of the thing is what got me. I wish her name was on the receipt. All I remember is that she was a fat, sloppy looking middle aged woman. So annoyed at this incident. If it wasn’t for individuals like her I would have easily given this place five stars for food AND service. Too bad.

Love Einstein Bros. Bagels, but Im leaving a review on this one because the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, they even remembered my name when I came back later for another order. The place is very spacious. Einstein is great, but this is my favorite location.

I placed a catering order a week in advance for a company meeting. I was so worried that because I placed it early they may forget about it and it wouldnt be ready when I arrived. When I arrived this morning not only was my whole order packaged up and ready, they had included a bunch of napkins, utensils, and everything else needed for coffee. They even helped me carry everything out to my car! I highly recommend this location and will be using them for all of my companys breakfast needs.

This location made the worst impression possible on opening day, serving the thinnest hint of cream cheese and a manager lecturing customers who complained on portion control. I avoided them for years but on returning found a case full of really delicious looking bagels, super-friendly staff, a well-made cappuccino and yes, cream cheese applied and bagels cut by people who have perhaps actually had a NY bagel. 5 stars for most improved, even if the gal at the register was having an off day.

Go there every week on monday and its great.

The food they prepare here is fantastic! The GM phyllis came to my table and asked about my experience was it all tasting good, and asked if i was missing or needed anything. Fantastic place. In fact im going back tomorrow morning!

This location is awesome. I had the tasty Turkey for the first time and it was amazing . The spinach and fruit were all fresh and the asiago bagel be as toasted just right. This is my new favorite sandwich.

Love this place and the bagel pizza was delicious. They were out of a few selections which was rather disappointing. But what they did have was delicious and hot. Cashier was polite and talked me into a cookie! Worth it!

So many bagel and cream cheese options! My fave combo is everything bagel with garden veggie shmear! All of them are tasty and their new caribou coffee is amazing!

Overall the food options and I love the options. I never disliked anything I ordered from Einstein. My issue is with this particular location however. Every time i order a breakfast sandwich, i ask them to not cut the bagel in half and about half the time they dont do this. I usually catch the person taking the order verbally passing the request on to the person actually prepping the food so thats probably why it gets lost. I guess the computer doesnt have an option for this or for custom orders. Im usually not one to complain about things but this makes it difficult to eat in the car without losing containment of the bagels contents.The calling by orders ready by name is rather silly for a place that is as busy as this. My name is Jon. Thats such a common name so when Jon is called out, it could be me another Jon who was infront of me. Apparently their ticket system doesnt use order numbers so calling by order number is not an option. It just seems that as busy as this place is, efficiency should take precedence over that personal touch that Im seeing trending lately.

My office sends a lot of bussiness to Einstiens Bagels because of its proximity and quality bagels. Hard to find a better bagel place in Central Florida. The service here can be hit or miss but the product is consistent and keeps us coming back.

Super friendly staff, and they make a great effort to learn everyones names and their usual orders given enough time. Sometimes they get backed up during meal break rushes, but they definitely put in the effort to keep a good pace. Overall, one of my favorite locations for this bagel supreme restaurant chain.

The service is a little slow in the mornings, BUT I love when people remember you. I went in twice the other week and on my second day in the last remembered my name. Its the little things that make a difference. 🙃🙌

Honestly the most disappointing bagel experience I’ve ever had. Service was extremely slow, especially considering that it wasn’t busy at all. The bagels themselves were terrible: very sparse toppings, everything bagels had fennel on them (yuck), “toasted” bagel was barely warm and not even a little crunchy. Also, the orange juice they put out in clear plastic cups to make it look like fresh squeezed is just Minute Maid from concentrate. Save yourself the money and disappointment and take your bagel business elsewhere.

This place has rude people working there they don’t really even want to bother with a single individual coming in in the morning they’re always busy working on their to go orders and will stand there with their back away from you and not even acknowledge your alive when you at the counter when they do inconvenience themselves to serve you, the last two times I’ve been in there they tell me there’s something wrong with the registers so we can’t take your order right now it’s like they don’t even want your business are used to go there two or three times a week because I live Close by but it’s too big a hassle for this place to wait on you

Let me start by saying, we love Einsteins, but this location needs some work. The carpet is disgusting! The guy that took our order, J D, proceeded to bang the end of his broom in the ceiling tiles right next to the register and prep area (why he was holding a broom and swinging it around is beyond me) while we were trying to ask about the new menu items. We seemed to have been bothering him. This isnt our usual location (I swear the bagels are smaller here) and the edges of the bagels were burnt black. They forgot to put shmear on my wifes bagel. Finally, in the middle of eating the entire place smelled like something was burning. Not a pleasant experience.

Never has bagels which is ironic since it is Einstein Bagels... coffee is made but sits behind the counter while the manager talks about firing people. Worry about keeping customers happy and your inventory stocked...

Bagels OK but way too small. Food and coffee way overpriced all over menu.Wawa beats them by so much .. imagine better quality food from a gas station franchise. Eggs are horrible. Service and employees pleasant but 8$ for a bagel and medium coffee is OK. But not when neither coffee is great or bagel is starchy with no flavor... I asked for a slice of tomatoes with my cream cheese bagel .. they said not on menu.. worst place ever.Wawa has a huge fresh bagel for 2.19 special and cones with veggie cream cheese... Cucumbers. Tomatoes. And I ask for spinach. Hot pepper and oregano and they make pleasantly in 17 Wawas Ive been in.What a difference.BTW... I left Dunkin donuts for Wawa due to no common sense service.

The worst. the baker did not bake enuf bagels so at 11:30 they had maybe 12 bagels of weird assortment. the most inefficient so called manager. dont settle, select does not apply with a bad manager who, by the way, should know how to bake!!!!!!
