Installed a Control4 system in our home in Lake Mary, Fl. The team has worked on all of our homes and this one was the first home we did with Control4. We couldnt he happier with the system installed. Stephen suggested we use the Samsung Frame TVs around the home as they looked like pictures when off and my wife cannot be more thrilled.

I am a general contractor who specializes in high end residential home renovations. I brought Greg out to meet with two clients interested in Home Automation Systems. I also have a few large projects coming up that I hoped to get him involved in. Unfortunately, after meeting with my clients, Greg disappeared. It took weeks to get a proposal back after numerous calls to his office. He finally got back to me and said his friend had a stroke, and he was out of town attending to him. I let the lack of response slide and waited for him to get back to me with the 2 proposals. Only 1 of 2 proposals was sent my way via email and once again Greg has fallen off the face of the earth. I called his office multiple times and no response. Had Greg not met my clients, I would have simply hired another contractor after he failed to get me a proposal in a timely manner. I now have to introduce someone else to my clients and start the process all over again. A lot of stress due to lack of communication and failure to follow up. Would not recommend to other contractors.

Out of Sight has been our exclusive vendor for install projects for over 7 years now. Before this, we had several nightmare experiences with other installers who frankly did not know what they were doing or over-promised and under-delivered. Our last project with Out of Sight required Greg and his team to travel a few hundred miles to Miami to complete and we couldnt have been more pleased with their work. I got my house done about a year ago and I’m talking about the works lights, locks, tv about and I have nothing but great things to say about out of sight and Greg, anytime there’s an issue with my cable system I’m always able to get a hold of Greg or any technician there more than helpful they would help you troubleshoot cable issue I have even called them a year later just to ask them Questions about new products and they’re always very helpful for me one of the best company’s customer service experience in Orlando no buyers remorse definitely would do it again for my next house

We installed a big home system with Greg and Out of Sight, he is very difficult to deal with and always wants to argue. I would recommend to go to another company no matter what the cost. He is very unresponsive and takes a very long time to fix any issues. I will make sure that all my builder friends never recommend this company.
