Came in for just a small repair today (cleaning the fans in my laptop), but Liam was more than happy to do it. He even checked to see how well they were running after putting the laptop back together. Very friendly, and very reasonable price for the service. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolute scam of a business. Youll get better prices building your PC yourself. Despite claiming they dont mark up their computers over 200% like their competitors, the price markup is nearly over 450%. Highly recommend doing more research before working with them.

Ive been getting micro stutter while gaming for some time now, and suffered in silence. Today I decided to give these peeps a call and Liam has been so unexpectedly helpful thus far. Over the phone he recommended I tried some testing and I sent him the results. This was all free of charge. If needed, I was also offered to bring in my pc for a free diagnostic. For now, Im going with his recommendation to swap ram, and will update this review as we troubleshoot. Thankfully, I can textem with any questions I have. Very consumer friendly service!

Wow I’m so happy I found this place! We walked in to meet the friendly staff and he started to check on my custom built PC.I don’t know much about PCs Because I’m a console gamer haha and I was recommended to come here from a computer repair store since custom PCs are a nightmare to fix for other places. I can tell he was intelligent and knows what he’s doing. He was actually working on another custom PC when I walked in!I wasn’t getting any video on my monitor and he found that my GPU isn’t working anymore and uninstalled it for me and gave it to me in a non-static bag! Luckily with it uninstalled, I can use the CPU to use my PC normally for now!We weren’t charged since it took around 15 minutes. Thank you so much!! 😁Edit: Added picture!

After a lot of painstaking guesswork I decided to take my new computer build to a place that knows what theyre doing. Liam was a godsend helping me finish this build and telling me the next steps I should take as far as drivers and such. I dont really have anything bad to say about this place, Liam is a great guy to talk to, I am very glad I talked to him and I am very appreciative that he helped get my $4K computer up and running!

My PC wouldnt turn on when the power button is hit. No boot. No post. No fans turn on. Nothing. Power supply brings power to usb devices but no power to motherboard. Called the number from Google. Spoke to a Liam. He tried to help me fix it over the phone. No nickel and diming. I still decided to bring it in because he was so helpful.Same day, repaired it, and the repair was NOT expensive. Liam thoroughly explained everything he did with full transparency. This place is amazing! SUPER RECOMMEND IT.

I contacted Dauntless Computers about building a computer for me to do video capturing with a very specific capture card and software. I talked with Liam and explained my needs in detail. He was not only able to build an awesome computer that did the job, but he also spent a lot of time troubleshooting the software and ensuring it worked on the computer - even switching out the motherboard when it turned out another model would work better for my needs. Liam is extremely knowledgeable and great at keeping in contact. We communicated over email and text about the project throughout the process, so I always knew what was up. The prices were fair, and they explained everything to me and listened to my concerns and needs. I dont write reviews, but I cant say enough nice things about Dauntless Computers. These Guys are AWESOME, my GPU liquid radiator cracked, and needed to be replaced. They had three that they were not using, and gave one to me. really professional, and very knowledgeable, even gave me tips about optimizing my system. friendly, and experienced, Ill be needing a new motherboard soon, so Ill be going back.

These guys are incredible! I recently started my first computer build and hit a snag to get the machine running. After a month of trying to fix it myself I scheduled a time to bring my machine in. I was standing at the front desk for only 20 minutes and in that time they were able to troubleshoot the rig, identify the faulty cable, and had the machine up and running. I will be using Dauntless for any of my custom build / computer repair needs in the future.

My desktop computer got damaged by a wonderful summertime thunderstorm here in Florida. I had no idea of who I was going to get to fix it so I went to Yelp for help. I was put into contact with 4 local repair people. Only 2 of the four responded at all. I ultimately chose Dauntless Computers which was the best decision ever. Not only was Liam professional but the job was done in 2 days and very affordable. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for computer repairs or for myself if ever needed in the future.

I own a PC with water cooling, an entire loop. My coolant reservoir/pump was making a loud grinding noise upon startup. Turns out, it just needed more water! They changed out my coolant for a decent price. Having metal piping drove up the labor cost. However, the cooling loop works like new again and they even changed a faulty fan for me free of charge! These guys are awesome and very competent! Highly recommend.

Liam was great with building my PC. Walked through everything with me as Im more for understanding software rather than hardware. Ive learned quite a bit from his explanations. Went in with a fried motherboard, Jacob was able to test my CPU and Graphics Card to confirm they werent fried as well and had a new MOBO in stock for me to be able to switch out. I actually cancelled my amazon order and paid more for the part just due to the customer service and advice i received from them(the one they had in stock was better quality than the one i ordered anyways). Our PC began running slow and acting constipated. I was constantly getting pop-up ads for virus protection that I did not want. And my copy of Windows 10 was the version that was loaded onto our hard drive as a “trial” copy. So, I went to Google and found Dauntless IT Solutions of Winter Park; this was a very good find. After consulting with them about my problems and my needs, I had them install a genuine version of “10” and a new SSD. Liam also removed the superfluous anti-virus programs that wanted my business. HOOTIE HOO! It’s all good now. A quick turn-around time and everything works just great. Thanks Liam and crew!

Wow, Dauntless Computers was a godsend for me. Four months ago my computer started to get random BSoDs. I signed up for Best Buy’s total tech support so they could repair my computer, but they ended up not being able to fix it. What they did do was “diagnose” it as being either a motherboard or PSU problem. But they were WRONG. I had Liam from dauntless install a new motherboard for me and it didn’t fix my computer. When he saw it wasn’t working he offered to take it to their shop to take a look at it. That same day I got my computer back fully functional! It turned out that my water cooler pump broke, thus causing my cpu to overheat. I will be going to Dauntless for any future computer needs!

I had them help finish up a gaming cicomput build I was unable to. They are very good at what they do and are willing to work with you to get whatever you need. They go above and beyond to help you. The down side is they have a lot of business clients they will take priority over yours. If you dont mind waktwai a bit they will so you right. Also there office could use a good cleaning and overhaul.

My computer suffered from a complicated operating system failure, but when I took it in they instantly knew exactly what to do, in just two hours they had my computer working good as new. The employees are as friendly and knowledgeable as they come, and youd be hard pressed to find a more reliable and trustworthy group of computer engineers.

Im an experienced IT professional who was sick and tired of the gremlin living in my gaming rig. Having reached my wits end i reached out to Dauntless and had them take a look. Jacob was able to diagnose and resolve my issue free of charge (because it took less than 15 min).The shop is a little hole in the wall place, but the quality of the people inside are top notch. I will do business with these guys again if i run into more issues, or if i need help sourcing parts for my gaming or mining rigs.Edit: 2 years later and i ran into a similar issue which of course just needed a second pair of eyes to point out and obvious problem of something not being plugged in. again they insisted no charge because it was such a simple fix. Dauntless is a company you can honestly trust to not screw you over.

This company is truly amazing! I had spent quite a while searching for a quality computer that could keep up with my addiction to Sims and Civ 5. Chase put up with my endless barrage of questions for over a week until I finally felt comfortable to put in an order.He updated me on the progress almost every day and, since I was coming from Gainesville, helped work around my schedule so that I could pick it up. He even threw in a free SSD.I picked it up September 2015. It ran great. I ran into some problems around February 2016 because I had downloaded some programs incorrectly. I brought it back to Chase that week and he fixed it for me free of charge.Hes very easy to contact and great about continuous support and answering any questions you might have even months after your initial purchase. Truly a pleasure to work with and definitely knows what hes doing. I will never buy from anyone else when it comes to gaming. I would recommend 100x over.

I bought a 6 gpu mining rig from dauntless computers and the way it came all organized with the cables and risers, all the components they used were top end! Asus mining motherboard, evga psu, asus gpus.FLAWLESS.

Excellent service I had the pleasure to talk with Jacob he gave me an amazing quote for a custom gaming pc for all the labor plus a really good price for the Windows 10 key, I bought all the parts from Newegg, and he did an extraordinary job with my build, the cable management is impeccable, he was able to overclock my I7 7700k to 4.9 Hz, and my EVGA GTX 1080 TI both run incredibly cool even under heavy load they won’t pass from 65F .Do yourself a favor and give them a call, these guys are professionals they know their stuff, if you’re investing your hard earned money on a gaming pc let the guys at Dountless pc do it right.

I wanted this to work out. Unfortunately it didnt. He built me a system that gave me nothing but problems and then left me high and dry when I really needed help. His prices are great, his customer service after hes got your money, however, is not.Go to Newegg or CyberPower. Hell--you can even go to Alienware. Just do not go to Dauntless.

Great product, great customer service, great price!Long Story Short: I spent a lot of time debating where I should get my computer build because of post-shipping horror stories, so I decided to go local. After a quick email Dauntless set up an appointment and we got going. Shortly after I got my computer, it ran like a beast. I moved to a new apartment and I guess I messed up a couple things trying to upgrade to Windows 10, and I was able to take it back to Dauntless computers to fix all of my problems NO CHARGE! The thing is running great now and I have no regrets! 11/10 would do it again.Long Story Long: I spent weeks researching prices for my 6th generation on big websites like ibuypower. I even waited for special deals! But then i started reading about how poor the support is afterwards, and I got scared that my 1.3k investment could not work on arrival, and then I am stuck with it.I started to search local, and after comparing the local places Dauntless had the best prices. But the best price does NOT always make the best service! So I wanted to make sure we got an appointment to see if I was going to get good service. Chase was very thorough and professional. He made sure that I was comfortable about the price breakdown, terms of service, and the fact that I WOULD NOT PAY until he did a full demo (complete with benchmarks) on the day of delivery.I signed the invoice (labor cost was low too!), and came back a few weeks later to see my beautiful new machine. We did a full sit down demo of the machine, and then after wards we counted out the money and I was on my way.I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 a few weeks later and that (of course) was a disaster. It actually caused a lot of issues and then I downloaded MORE stuff to try to fix the stuff I broke, and it was just a landslide of failure.I brought it back to Dauntless Computers and he took like 3 HOURS to fix my computer and he just installed Windows 10 with a brand new key FOR FREE! He got all my drivers up, made sure it was good to go, and sent me on my way. My computer has been running great ever since.Moral of the story is, Dauntless computers provides great products, with great service, for a great price. Customer support is what I was afraid of when I started, and I see made the right choice.

This place was super great, didnt cost much, and the pc is beautiful and runs like a pro. However there are a few problems, one of the RAM cards I got with the PC were faulty and caused the PC to go into an infinite boot loop. I got help finding the problem, but after that I was told I was pretty much on my own. Customer service here is unsatisfactory, they spent most of the time avoiding the problem and lying saying that Avexir will email me about the RAM (I never got that email.) After confronting them and telling them I hadnt received any contact from Avexir, I was ignored completeltly. I even waited 2 months to write this review, so they had a chance to correct their mistakes, however that has not happened.

Called to ask questions about parts they have in stock, the person answering was very rude with me. Asking me if it’s not on the website then “why am I asking him?”.Not recommended.

Wildly overpriced.

Just went today and they helped me replace my PSU, same day service was 10/10, thanks a bunch.
